Just received this incredible report from Marilyn Carroll from OSA Connecticut. After 25 years of faithfully fighting the battle, God has heard their many prayers and rewarded their godly actions in Bridgeport, CT (My hometown). The Summit death camp is finally shutting down!

I invite you to rejoice with the Carrolls and Vasquezes and all the other saints that stood so faithful for so long at this death camp. HALLELUJAH! Our God reigns!!!

We are planning a memorial/praise service to shout from the rooftops this glorious victory in Jesus’ name! Please let this good report encourage you in the battle. It may be long, we may even grow weary at times, but God is faithful to watch over his word to perform it in His time.

Summit  Abortuary CLOSES in Bridgeport CT

September 26, 2015 last killing day
To God be the Glory!

This is the most wonderful, glorious thing that God could have done. Its so incredible that this abortion center has CLOSED. So much has happened in the past 25 years it would be impossible to capture it all. Here are a few highlights of what has transpired.
Faithful laborer, Stan Scott, was at the Summit since they opened in 1975. Stan had put an announcement in the Christian Heritage School newsletter in January 1990 to ask people to come to a prayer vigil. That’s how we found out about the Summit.  He went home to be with the Lord this past May 2015. He must be rejoicing with Jesus about this good news!!

We had a memorial service in 2002 at the old location on 211 Middle Street with OSA National Director, Flip Benham,  to remember all the thousands of precious babies that were killed there.

Five abortionists, Jonas, C. Souvlis, M. Blumenfeld, S. Richman, J. Foster, are responsible for killing probably close to 150,000 babies in the past forty (40) years. Many women were seriously injured by these so-called doctors. Susan Richman has had a malpractice suit against her. Mark Blumenfeld was in the newspaper for slapping a patient on the table and taking prescription drugs illegally.

This past August, 2015, Abortionist Jonathan Foster made the front page of the  CT Post newspaper! He was fined $5,000 by the state medical board for taking out a woman’s uterus at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury,  while the woman was still pregnant with her baby!! So barbaric!!  He completed a course to maintain his certification in his “specialty”.  We reminded him to stop maiming women and stop killing innocent little baby boys &  girls, to repent and turn to the living God (Jesus)!! We did expose Foster to all the girls going into Summit Center and gave them a copy of the article of the newspaper! It’s so sad that most of these young moms going into these abortion mills have no idea who the abortionist is or their names!! (God please bring out more Christian laborers to help share the light with these young moms and dads going into these abortion mills)!
The people who worked next door on Middle St in the 90’s told us Summit took a young woman out on a stretcher with a white sheet over her into an ambulance. We were able to get lawyers for a another mom that was maimed with a perforated uterus and bladder. Her baby was bigger than the abortionist thought (21 weeks) and he ripped apart half of the baby and couldn’t get the second half out. The mom was hemorraghing all the way to the hospital. Summit had to pay her $350,000 in damages and she could never have a baby again. Abortionist Jonas retired soon after that incident.

Three times in Jeremiah God talks about parents who sacrifice their children:

“…. they sacrifice their little sons and daughters in the fire. A thing I have never commanded such a horrible deed; it never even crossed my mind to command such a thing!” Jeremiah 7:31, “And they have filled this place with the blood of innocent children. They have built pagan shrines to Baal, and there they burn their sons as sacrifices to Baal, I have never commanded such a horrible deed; it never even crossed my mind to command such a thing!” Jeremiah 19:4-5 “…and there they sacrifice their sons and daughters to Molech. I have never commanded such a horrible deed; it never even crossed my mind to command such a thing. What an incredible evil, causing Judah to sin so greatly!” Jeremiah 32:35

Just think how this applies to us in America!
In 1995 the United States (AG Janet Reno) and the State of Connecticut (AG Richard Blumenthal) sued us with F.A.C.E. (Freedom to Access Clinic Entrances). During this two year lawsuit the government attempted to suppress peaceful, constitutionally protected speech and leafleting outside Summit Women’s Center. With the help of the American Family Association Law Center from Mississippi, the Lord vindicated us in 1997 with the help of five amazing lawyers (BJ Brown, Brian Fahling, Bruce Green, Steve Crampton, Michael DePrimo) that stood by us through a very difficult time. We are eternally grateful for these warriors for Christ. We won the lawsuit in 1997 after the government spent $1.5 million to sue us. It cost AFA $500,000. to defend us.

To God be the Glory we won the lawsuit in 1997.
Then in 2001 the City of Bridgeport and the Bridgeport Police created a bubble zone to try to prevent us from persuading moms going into the abortion center not to kill their babies and giving them literature for alternative help available to them. Again AFA lawyers came by our side and defended our 1st Amendment rights with a federal lawsuit and won the case in January 2002. The money we received from the city was used for attorney fees and prolife ministry.
In another lawsuit we sued the City of Bridgeport for trying to take our sound amplification system away. This would make it hard for the moms going into the death camp to hear us offering them hope and help. Attorney Michael DePrimo brought the lawsuit to court in 2013 and we won it in 2014. Praise be to God!
Isaiah 59:14-15 “So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance, truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter. Truth is nowhere to be found and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice.”
So for the last month or so we came to find out the Summit had their  building up for sale. The word was also out that they were CLOSING the end of September. Their business has been down for quite a while and statistics show that less women are getting abortions. When we started in 1990 the Summit was doing up to 80 abortions a day, four days a week. Now in Sept 2015 the norm has been less than 10 abortions a day two days a week. The Summit said yesterday that they are no longer doing “terminations”. They are referring surgical abortions to Planned Parenthood in New Haven and chemical abortions to Planned Parenthood in Bridgeport which is moving next door to the Hopeline Crisis Pregnancy Center.
Now we can focus most of our efforts on the New England Headquarters for Planned Parenthood at 345 Whitney Ave, New Haven. They do abortions Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (8 AM- 10 AM). Planned Parenthood is the #1 abortion provider in our nation…but not for long in JESUS name!! We want to encourage everyone to come out and help shut this “Goliath” down. In Christ’s name… Nothing is impossible with our God!!
Proverbs 24:10-12 “”If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small. Deliver those who are drawn toward death, And hold back those stumbling to the slaughter. If you say “Surely we did not know this.” Does not He who weighs the hearts consider it? He who keeps your soul, does He not know it? And will He not render to each man according  to his deeds?”
The total count since 1990 of babies saved is 2371 and salvations is 418.
All praise and honor goes to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who gives us all the opportunity to co-labor with Him. We take a  step in faith when we go out to the streets to fulfill the Great Commission and are ready and willing to get involved helping the lost and the needy.
We can’t even put into words the emotions and memories we are feeling and what we are thinking about right now. We’ve been waiting for this “Big Day” for the last 25 years. We needed to be faithful like Noah. It is God’s perfect timing…….Hallelujah!! We are planning to have a memorial and celebration service in the future. We will keep you posted.
We are still working with many moms that have changed their minds in the past. We still have moms that are due to have their babies within the next six months. We still need your help!! We are not STOPPING until JESUS comes back!! We always need baby items, diapers and wipes. We are on the front lines and all of you that help us are our supply line. We appreciate your prayer and support, we cannot do this alone. WE WANT TO THANK ALL THE LABORERS WHO HAVE COME OUT TO PRAY AND ENCOURAGE THE MOMS TO CHOOSE LIFE. GOD BLESS YOU!!! Now we need you all to come out to Planned Parenthood in New Haven.
For the Least of These,
Marilyn Carroll & Carmen Vazquez

“The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name (Exodus 15:3).”

To the modern day milquetoast, feminized, peace-at-all-cost boys in America this is a rather strange depiction of the Lord. The reason is less complicated than one might imagine. For several decades, the church in America has been content to abandon the warrior, masculine aspects of the God of the Bible and replace Him instead with an adaptation that suits America’s “nicer than Jesus” mentality. Many pulpits throughout America have consistently preached a feminized version of the Gospel. It is no small wonder why people would cringe at this aggressive portrayal of God Almighty in Scripture.

Regrettably, many churchmen ignore our Lord’s admonishment, “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force” (Matthew 11:12, NKJ). Granted, the initial violence commences inwardly. It is the force of God’s truth, which attacks the deception enslaving the minds of men to sinful bondages. God’s Word has no mercy upon the den of thieves who ransack our hearts and steal our minds from the Lord our God. He is indeed a jealous God (Exodus 20:5). From there, however, the violence spreads as Christians endure persecution by spreading truth and standing for righteousness in a world addicted to wicked lies.

Remove the violent nature of the Kingdom and one can easily surmise why women would find the Lord more appealing than men. The results of a kinder, gentler Gospel are telling. Authentic manhood is suspect, fatherhood is superfluous, and men who act like men are anathema to the modern, metro sexual factions of society.

Once the church shied away from the revelation “The Lord is a man of war,” Biblical manhood became archaic. In its stead, America opted for a sexual hybrid society. This sexual rebellion led to a colossal quandary. Our sexual dilemma is part and parcel of America’s cultural corruption, which demands the removal of all distinctions between men and women. The confusion this unisex mindset has wrought upon our young is deplorable.

The gender blender movement has produced startling results. We stand in awkward amazement as we raise “men” who biologically can have children (women) and males that crave to be females. And what is our collective response? We bow before the idol of tolerance while it rots our culture like a spiritual and moral cancer.

The church inadvertently has participated in this befuddled cultural experiment. This too has come with a towering price tag. Many men have turned away from their duties toward God, family, church, and the culture. This distressing condition reveals why churches mainly comprise women and children today. Men, for the most part, are spiritually AWOL and morally missing in action. They would rather stay at home on Sunday watching sporting events and vicariously live their manhood through action figures in Hollywood movies, then to be bored to tears sitting in a church. May I suggest that these things ought not to be.

The source of the problem is not primarily gender related as much as it is a theological issue. Where there is orthodoxy (right teaching and sound doctrine) orthopraxy (good behavior and right action) should follow. The church, however, to avoid conflict, confrontation, and conquest has relinquished these bedrock realities.

The church has no qualms highlighting the mercy (motherly) side of Christ, while she barely mentions the prophetic, justice (fatherly) aspects of God. She touts from the rooftops the love of God, but whisper in soft tones the justice of God. She emphasize the nurturing attributes of the Lord, but shies away from the disciplinary actions of our King. She shouts the forgiveness of God, but rarely a word of His wrath. One does not have to be a rocket scientist to discover why women and children would find this lopsided depiction of Jesus more attractive than men. Especially, men who may still have some pockets of testosterone left in our feminized nation.

Rev. William Einwechter commenting on the Lord as a “man of war” stated:

First, God, through the inspired words of Scripture, depicts Himself as a “man of war” engaged in a battle against His enemies (Exodus. 15:3-9; Isaiah. 42:13). The Lord reveals that He is “mighty in battle” (i.e. warfare; Psalm 24:8). He describes Himself using weapons of war (e.g., the sword and arrows; Deuteronomy 32:41-42) to take vengeance on His enemies.
If warfare is always evil and the warrior is always acting sinfully when wielding his weapons, then God could not depict His nature and ways by reference to war. The fact that God so extensively associates Himself with war and the warrior indicates that war can be just. The Messiah, the Lord Jesus, is also depicted as a warrior engaged in battle in both the Old and New Testaments (Psalm 110; Revelation 19:11-21).

Second, God commanded Israel to engage in war and went forth with His people to give them victory in battle. This included the charge to destroy the Canaanites and the commands related to the defense of the land of Palestine against invaders and oppressors (e.g., Judges 4:6, 7; 6:11-17; 1 Chronicles 14:8-17). God cannot command His people to do that which is intrinsically evil.

Third, the Lord gave specific instructions on the conduct of war in His revealed law (Deut. 20:1-20). All of the laws of God are just. Therefore, it follows that war itself is just if the laws of God concerning it are followed.

Fourth, men of God, such as Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Gideon and David, engaged in warfare with God’s approval and help. Furthermore, the New Testament specifically endorses the warfare of these men as examples of faith in God and what faith can accomplish (Hebrews 11:33, 34).

Fifth, the New Testament does not repeal the Old Testament law in regard to war, and specifically upholds, in principle, the civil magistrates’ authority to go to war. The sword that is given by the Lord to the civil ruler, which he does not wield in vain as God’s minister, is a weapon of war and symbol of warfare (Romans 13:1-4). Additionally, Jesus, John the Baptist, and Peter did not call soldiers who believed in God to leave their profession of arms (Luke 7:9; 3:14; Acts 10).

God’s word commands, “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong (1 Corinthians 16:13, King James Version).” God presupposes strength to men. He desires men to act like men with no apology necessary. He wired men to be aggressive, adventurous, achievers, overcomers, explorers, conquerors, protectors, and providers in his name. Tragically, this expression in men has been suppressed by feminism, corrupted by machismo, and perverted by homosexuality.

Taylor Caldwell, in her 1970 article in American Opinion, “They’re Spoiling Eve’s Great Con Game,” stated, “Remember this: The strongest sign of the decay of a nation is the feminization of men and the masculinization of women.” Both of these manifestations are happening under our watch. As a result, we are out of order in our homes, churches, society, and our children suffer the dreadful consequences.

What can be done to reverse this awful trend? First, we must understand that men are at their best laying down their lives for God, country, home and hearth. C. S. Lewis wrote, “The disparate strands of manhood– fierceness and gentleness–can find healthy synthesis in the person of the knight and in the code of chivalry. Here these competing impulses–normally found in different individuals–find their union.”

The Lord is a man of war and yet he is the epitome of love. God exercises great wrath on rare occasions and yet is gentle, kind, and considerate towards his creatures. All His justice, wrath, anger, coupled with his mercy, love, and grace met at the cross and kissed each other. Psalm 85:10 states, “Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed.” The divine tension at the cross appeased God’s justice and released God’s forgiveness in our poor fallen world.

It therefore behooves men to recapture the tension between fierceness and gentleness in order to courageously lead with God’s Word once again. Men must be strong enough to lead and gentle enough to care. C S Lewis suggested that it was the chivalrous model of knighthood that can help in this process. In my first book The Kingdom Leadership Manual in the Appendix section I list the actual nine principles associated with Knighthood. I updated the language for a modern audience, but the Biblical principles remain the same.

I state:

The Knightly Code of Honor is a tremendous model to train young men in the concept of chivalry. It will help them become poets, warriors, and statesmen, for the glory of God and the benefit of women and children. It will aid every young man in making wise decisions for his life. If a young man embraces it and lives it out, it will forge the manly character that is necessary for leadership—a leadership times like this demands.

1. Believe in the Lord and obey his teachings.

“And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments” (1 John 2:3).

2. Obey lawful authorities, so long as your obedience does not bring you in conflict with the duties owed to God.

“We ought to obey God rather than men” (Acts 5:29).

3. Respect and pity the weak, and be steadfast in defending them.

“Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked” (Psalms 82:3–4).

4. Love your country.

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matthew 28:18–20).

5. Refuse to retreat before the enemy.

“A righteous man falling down before the wicked is as a troubled fountain, and a corrupt spring” (Proverbs 25:26).

6. Be courteous to women.

“[Entreat] the elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity” (1 Timothy 5:2).

7. Be loyal to the truth and your pledged word.

“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves” (James 1:22).

8. Be generous in giving.

“It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35).

9. Champion the right and the good, in every place and at every time, against the forces of evil.

“Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” (Psalms 94:16).

OSA Final Report

Saturday and Sunday Sept 19th, 20th 2015

“And Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” But the people answered him not a word. Then Elijah said to the people, “I alone am left a prophet of the LORD; but Baal’s prophets are four hundred and fifty men” (1 Kings 18:21, 22).

On Saturday morning we split up into three teams. The Word in Warfare Team went back to Planned Parenthood, the Awareness Team went back to the hospital to expose the abortionist, David Eisenberg, and our third team stormed the gates of hell at the Hope Clinic in Granite City, IL.

Preaching to Proaborts in St. LouisPreaching to the Pro-aborts at the St. Louis Altar of Moloch

The Word in Warfare team continued their siege against the Planned Parenthood death camp. Apparently, Planned Parenthood recruited supporters from nearby colleges to defend their altar of Moloch from the church of the Living God.

It was a clash like Mount Carmel of old. It was the Baal prophets versus the prophets of the Lord. The powers that be demanded the pro-aborts keep silent and not engage us. This worked to the Lord’s advantage. All they could do was listen to God’s Word as it thundered throughout the neighborhood. Some of them broke down and cried, while others dropped their signs and fled that den of iniquity.

The set up was quite prophetic. The battle between the two seeds was in full manifestation. The pro-aborts were lined up behind the iron fence imprisoned by their demonic ideology. The Church was on the outside of the self-imposed prison storming the gates of hell. The Gospel was proclaimed that has the power to set the captives free.

My lovely bride, Kendra, helped them connect the dots between the plight of massacred children and their eternal souls. She explained, “After the babies are murdered, their little bodies are incinerated. The smoke and their ashes rise as a testimony against us. If you refuse to repent and trust Christ for salvation, the smoke of your torment will rise forever as a testimony of your lawless idolatry you committed here on earth (Revelation 14:11). Surely, we serve a God who answers by fire. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Hebrews 10:31).

Hospital Outreach

Hospital Exposure

Once again, the Awareness Team went back to expose abortionist, David Eisenberg, at Barnes Jewish Hospital. The first day they dealt mostly with poorer people who readily received the message. On this day, they went to a different intersection. It was more an elite crowd that were somewhat hostile to the hard truth being presented. Some of the team tried again to pass out flyers in another garage. This time the security guards caught them, cuffed them, and then thankfully released them.

Our last team made a surprise raid to the Hope Clinic in Granite City, IL. They reported the deathscorts played rough as they tried to minister the Gospel at the death camp.

FrankPastor Frank Campana ministering the Gospel at the Gates of Hell

During lunch the Truth Truck teams had a divine appointment. A young black couple, Ronbrion and Tiffany, were convicted by the graphic pictures of abortion. Right then and there the Lord recruited them into the battle for the souls of men, the lives of children, and the future or our bloodstained, perverted nation. They came to our rally Saturday night and the saints loaded them up with books and DVDs to help equip them to press on to the high call and prize in Jesus’ name!

At our Saturday night rally, Doc Johnston and Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas addressed the congregation. Johnston ministered a powerful prophetic, dramatic parable that demonstrated God has a plumb line that judges men and nations. Our nation keeps moving the line to the point that if God’s people go along to get along, we will end up siding with the enemies of the Lord, instead of staying faithful to God’s standards.

Thomas preached on the doctrine of suffering in the times of tyranny and persecution. Utilizing the reaction of the early church in the book of Acts, Thomas exhorted the congregation to follow their example. When threatened, the Apostles prayed for more boldness and rejoiced they were counted worthy to suffer for the Lord and His righteous cause in the earth (Acts 4:23-31; 5:40-42).

If any of you desire DVD or CD copies of our rally messages contact Pastor Dale Sochia. For $10.00 dollars you get all the messages for each of the four rally nights. His address is 3900 N Turnbull Drive, Metairie, LA 70002.

Word in Warfare St. Louis 2Brother Cal Zastrow Proclaiming Revelation Chapter One at our Concluding Service of Word in Warfare at Planned Parenthood

We concluded the event at Planned Parenthood by reading out loud the book of Revelation. In three and a half days the saints prophetically proclaimed the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation. Mission Accomplished! Well done saints!
As we were declaring God’s Word, some neighbors of the death camp called the police. Three cruisers pulled up. We over heard one lady state, “They kept on speaking and I was terrified.” Another woman complained that she felt bullied by our presence. “The wicked flee when no one pursues, But the righteous are bold as a lion” (Proverbs 28:1).

St. Louis is in the can and it is on to Orlando  for our next battlefront. We appreciate your love, prayers, and support as we desire to spend and be spent in the cause of Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom. Love ya all in Jesus’ name!

States of Refuge Regional Event: St Louis, Missouri

Wednesday, July 17, 2015

Saints from as far away as Nevada, Washington, Connecticut, Colorado, and Texas arrived to protect the preborn at St Louis, Missouri’s last remaining abortion clinic. The States of Refuge regional event was well attended. Many brought homeschooling children and grandchildren with them. Pastor and author Matt Trewhella delivered a sermon against pietism during the opening rally. He warned of using prayer and other spiritual virtues as a cop out to disobey God’s clear commands.

Coach Dave preceded him with a rousing speech on the need for Christians to follow prayers with action. He challenged the audience by asking if prayer alone is all that God required, why didn’t Jesus end His ministry at the Garden of Gethsemane. Why did Jesus feed the 5,000, rather than pray for their provision. Why did Jesus heal the sick, rather than pray for healing? New Life Drama Company performed a skit entitled, “The Gift,” which revealed the rejection of children (God’s gifts to us) and the sin of abortion.

Thursday, July 17, 2015

The slogan for the city is “St. Lou is all within reach,” with a picture of the Gateway Arch bridging the “St. Lou” with “is.” In keeping with the slogan, brought the Gospel “within reach” of the people of St. Louis Missouri.

If you know anything of OSA, you know OSA’s about preaching the Gospel and saving preborn babies. OSA is simply the church in action, loving the lost and rescuing those unjustly sentenced to death.

Reaching the Lost at Planned Parenthood

Day two of the “States of Refuge campaign” brought the love of Christ to Planned Parenthood at Forest Park Ave. Led by Coach Dave D. and Pastor Dale S., fifty OSA members interceded for the lives of their preborn neighbors. While some members began Word in Warfare, others surrounded the clinic in prayer. The preacher boys ministered on the sound system and held signs exposing the sin of abortion.

Frank C. met a young woman with blue hair and piercings coming out of the clinic. “Venom was coming out of her mouth” but as he spoke the truth, her demeanor softened.

The presence of the Lord touched a person walking by the clinic. Cassia W. noticed a troubled man pacing the sidewalk. After a moment, he stopped in the middle of the driveway. It was as if he was in a daze. Cassia called over her brother Elijah T. to minister to him. As Elijah moved him from the driveway, he asked, “What can we pray for?” The man replied, “I want it all.” As Elijah prayed, Frank approached. Moved by the Spirit, Frank placed his hands in the middle of the man’s chest and prayed. There was an impartation!

Reaching the Government

Pastor Ante P. led a team (which included three faithful members of Ante’s church, affectionately named “the Mighty Men”) to City Hall. Pastor Dale brought Tom Radell’s freestanding display of abortion victims. After a few minutes of ministry, the police arrived and threatened to impound the display if it wasn’t promptly removed.

The team improvised. They dismantled the display and turned the posters scenes into giant hand held signs! City Hall heard the Gospel of the Kingdom through the open air preaching and the one-on-one conversations that took place as tracts were shared. During this event thousands and thousands of tracts, brochures, and flyers were distributed throughout St. Louis.

Ante engaged one young man walking by. Alex listened as Ante shared the Gospel. After a few moments, he knelt down on the grass, repented of his sins, and confessed Jesus Christ as his Lord. He came to our rally that night, a soul transformed by the regenerating power of the Holy Ghost.

Reaching the College Students

Jason S. and Bishop Kenner led a team to St Louis University and Harris-Stowe State University. They set up signs, leafleted The campus and engaged the student body. The team spoke with a young lady. She revealed she was an agnostic. According to Bishop, much of her thinking was steeped in paganism. Because Christians were willing to witness in the public square, she heard the truth of the Gospel and she changed her mind.

HSSU is an African American campus.  A security guard stationed outside prevented the team from entering the campus. This did not stop the team from exposing Planned Parenthood’s racist origins and Margaret Sanger’s eugenics. One African American woman was so impacted by the truth she asked for material to bring on campus and share with others. A male student spoke with Bishop. He was from a Christian background but had begun to lean towards Islam. After Bishop reminded him of the Gospel and the truths found in Scripture and encouraged him in the faith, the young man responded, “You don’t know how much I needed that.”

Reaching the Neighborhood

Cal Z. and Patrick J. led a team of fifteen to the abortionist’s neighborhood. They held a banner that read “Doctor David Isenberg Kills Babies.” The awareness campaign was able to quickly disseminate literature that exposed the sin of abortion and called the abortionists to repentance. Ten minutes into the outreach, six police cars showed up. Praise God, the leafleting was finished.

The Evening Service

New Life Drama Team performed again. After their moving skit, “Say Something” there was not a dry eye in the church. Scott Heldreth of Heart for the Next Generation http://www.heartfornextgeneration.com/ shared and Jason Storms preached a convicting message on the importance of family discipleship.

“These who have turned the world upside down have come here too. Jason has harbored them, and these are all acting contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying there is another king—Jesus” Acts 17:6b, 7).

It is on to the next battlefront. Leaving Kentucky behind, we now set our face like flint towards St. Louis for our States of Refuge campaign. With special thanks to Chris and Shelley Clegg, who helped to prepare our way, the saints are marching into St. Louis. It was a thrill to see cars and trucks on the highways filled with the saints coming from all over America to take on the last remaining death camp in MO. It is none other than a notorious and increasingly toxic Planned Parenthood.

Tonight our rallies begin at 6:30 at Shiloh World Outreach 2160 TenBrook Rd Arnold, MO 63010. Tonight we are blessed to have Coach Dave Daubenmire and Pastor Matt Trewhella minister God’s Word to prayerfully equip, inspire, and provoke God’s people to love and good works.

After the rally, we will split up the congregation into 4 teams. My right hand man, Chet Gallagher, is broke down in Idaho with his bride Joann. He is our logistical expert. Please pray for them. Regardless, we will muddle through, put the teams together with the next day’s assignment. The salt will come out of the shaker and the light from under the bushel as the church advances the Gospel of the Kingdom to prayerfully overcome and defeat the culture of death savaging our nation.

We will have four teams stationed at strategic spots throughout St. Louis. The Word in Warfare team will be stationed at the death camp. There assignment is to unsheathe the sword of the Spirit and proclaim the entire Word of God from Genesis to Revelation in three and a half days. They will have signs and literature to pass out while one reads and one prays.

The 2nd team is our display team. Tom Raddall has graciously, once again, sent his powerful display that we can use to expose the hidden works of darkness. It will be set up each day at city hall in St. Louis. Ant Pavkovic will be leading a team there. They will have a sound system set up and literature to pass out. From what we understand there is good foot traffic.

The 3rd team is our campus team. This team will be led by Jason Storms. They are assigned to do Gospel raids upon different universities and schools throughout the St. Louis area. Armed with portable signs and tons of literature, they will engage students on a daily basis to expose our national sins, which has brought national calamity and to plead with them to be reconciled to God through the merits of His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Last, but certainly not least, our 4th team led by Cal Zastrow will be our Awareness Team. These commandos for the Lord will go to strategic pressure points in the battle to shine the light of Christ into the darkness. They are going to a neighborhood, a hospital, and another special place that may connect Planned Parenthood baby parts scandal to a “business” that buys them.

Each afternoon, we plan on investing in the next generation of good soldiers of Jesus Christ. Scott Heldreth and Jason Storms will be having discipling and mentoring training for all the young people participating in this event.

We covet your prayers, love and support as we seek to spend and be spent for the glory of God, His Kingdom, and His great salvation amongst men. Keep pressing on to the high call and prize in Jesus’ name!

This is our national press release going out tomorrow. It is based upon our observations at what took place at the Rowan County clerk’s office here in Kentucky.

The Lord opened the door to privately meet with our Sister, Kim Davis. We encouraged her, prayed for her, and challenged her to principal stand upon God’s Word and the rule of law. God does not just want her protected from participating in this evil, he desires all citizens in America to be protected from this evil. We called her to the place of interposition.

We will see how things continue to unfold in Kentucky. OSA is released from here and on to our next battlefront in St. Louis, MO. We covet your prayers. If this press release has merit, please pass it on in your sphere of influence.

Yesterday Everyone, but Almighty God, Got What They Wanted!

Yesterday, at the Rowan County Clerk’s office:

Kim Davis got what she wanted (no marriage licenses issued  in her name)
Homosexuals got what they wanted (marriage licenses)
Lawyers got what they wanted (accommodations for Kim Davis)
Judge Bunning got what he wanted (compliance of the county clerks)
The Supreme Court got what it wanted (lawlessness enforced as a Constitutional right).

But did God get what He wanted? The answer is a resounding NO! Once again, America failed to give God what He demands– righteousness and the upholding of His law in the public square of our nation. He has given us clear direction from His Word on what He expects from us as a country, “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people” (Proverbs 14:34).

He has also sent many warnings about the unavoidable consequences for ignoring and violating His holy laws. Our nation has become increasingly defiant, even in the face of current natural disasters, terroristic threats, failing economy, increased violence, rioting, federal tyranny, lawlessness, corruption in the highest offices of our land, and the parading of sin like Sodom. Tragically, the Lord’s longsuffering and patience with our idolatrous nation will not last forever.

A day of reckoning is swiftly approaching. America has sown to the wind and we are reaping the whirlwind. If America does not repent of her abominations (abortion, homosexuality), God has more disaster planned than our federal government has relief.

Jeremiah 18:7-10 warns:

The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it,  if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it.  And the instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it,  if it does evil in My sight so that it does not obey My voice, then I will relent concerning the good with which I said I would benefit it.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God” (Romans 8:14).

As some of you may know, Operation Save America is strategizing three battlefronts at the same time. Thankfully, we have great leaders who, like the men of Issachar, understand the times and know what OSA should do.

In light of all that is happening, our current plan is to minister locally in Waco on Saturday, September 12, at the National Memorial for the Preborn. From there, our family will head to Morehead, Kentucky. The goal is to be with our OSA boots on the ground. These bold, courageous OSA leaders have shored up Kim Davis and provided her with immeasurable support, godly counsel, and encouragement. In other words, they are doing much more than political grandstanding and photo ops.

Last night, some of our folks went to the church that Davis attends. They were able to converse with Davis, her husband, and pastor. In spite of the court’s order for Davis not to interfere with her deputies issuance of marriage licenses, Davis’ position has not changed. She will not allow her name or authority to be used to authorize same-sex marriage licenses. This means Davis risks going back to jail when she again defies the lawless ruling of the Supreme Court and the lackey judge, David Bunning.

Our folks do not think Bunning will immediately throw Davis back in jail, but may order her back to court. As a result, Morehead, Kentucky may become the new ground zero. We are asking OSA saints who can to meet us there on Monday, September 14, at 8 am in Morehead, KY to support Davis, as she stands for the Lord and the rule of law in America. We invite all those who came previously to return and be there for “such a time as this.”

On Tuesday, our family plans on heading to St. Louis for our States of Refuge campaign. Wednesday, September 16th, our OSA’s States of Refuge Campaign commences that evening with our opening rally. If you have committed to SOR, please do all you can to keep this commitment. Regardless of what happens in Kentucky, OSA will fulfill its vision and mission in St. Louis. Keep in mind, however, if the situation warrants it, we may have to send some of our leaders and saints back to Kentucky if another escalation takes place.

God is at work in Texas. I have much I want to share, but I am not at liberty to do so YET. Just know, plans are in work that will prayerfully prepare Texas to act differently than Kentucky when it comes God’s Word, righteousness, the U.S. Constitution, our state Constitution, and the rule of law.

Obviously, negotiating through these three battlefronts at the same time has been challenging. You prayers, love, and support are needed now more than ever. Our nation needs gatekeepers, watchmen upon the wall, and good soldiers of Jesus Christ. Will you be one? Keep pressing on saints to the high call and prize. Hope to see you soon at one these battlefronts.

Some Sober and Needful Thoughts on the Defiance of Clerks in Kentucky

1394463_605159912877073_2019062009_n

Kim Davis and the other clerks in Kentucky who are defying an immoral and unconstitutional Supreme Court ruling are to be commended. Precious few magistrates in our nation have decided not to pay homage to the Supreme Court. The ruling is immoral because it impugns the created order and Word of God. It is unconstitutional because the federal government has no jurisdiction over marriage granted to it in the U. S. Constitution.

As James Madison, known as the Architect of the Constitution, said in Federalist No. 45, “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite.” We have long left that standard. The States have long been reduced to mere provinces of the federal government. So these actions by these clerks are refreshing to see.

Troubling Matters

There are troubling matters in this so-called act of interposition by these clerks however – they seem to be taking some bad advice from politicians and lawyers.

Not only are they not issuing marriage licenses to homosexuals, but they are not issuing them to heterosexuals either. The reason is to assure the federal courts that their intent is not to discriminate against homosexuals.

Further troubling is that the stated goal of those in leadership there in Kentucky and of these clerks is to create a 121st county clerk (Kentucky has 120) who will issue the licenses from the capitol in Frankfort. This would be done so that the clerks would not have to put their hand to being a part of the process of which they have religious disagreement.

The clerks (and others) do not want to have to lay their hand to this great evil (by issuing marriage licenses), but then promote a change in state law so that people can still do the evil – just not through them. This is not true interposition.

True Interposition

When standing in interposition against wickedness, lesser magistrates – like county clerks, judges, or legislators – should understand that their primary duty is to protect those who reside in their jurisdiction against the aggression of the tyrant – not to protect themselves.

Not only does the interposition of the lesser magistrates protect the people in the jurisdiction of their office against evil – but it also abates the just judgment of God.

Notice what the Lord says in Ezekiel 22:27-30:
“Her princes in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood, to destroy people, and to get dishonest gain. 29 The people of the land have used oppressions, committed robbery, and mistreated the poor and needy; and they wrongfully oppress the stranger. 30 So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.”

Kim Davis (and others) are attempting to stand in the gap. Their fealty to the Lord does not allow them to join the higher authorities in their rebellion against God. But, it is all an utter failure if they proffer actions to see the evil accomplished another way (via a website at the statehouse). It is not true interposition.

Notice what the very next verse says when the evil was allowed to continue – Ezekiel 22:31:

“Therefore I have poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; and I have recompensed their deeds on their own heads,” says the Lord GOD.”

Again, their interposition is intended to abate the just judgment of God. But they (and the other magistrates) are not doing that if they help the evil get accomplished some other way.

The Bogus ‘Religious Liberty’ Position

The position the clerks have decided to stand upon is ‘religious liberty.’ Such a position is fine for an individual. But Kim Davis and the other clerks are magistrates, and as such, they possess lawful authority. Their duty goes beyond mere refusal to participate.

The ‘religious liberty’ defense has already proven a loser in the lawless federal courts. How many bakers and photographers have already lost? The federal courts have made it clear that the only religious rights you have when it comes to the homosexual juggernaut is to remain in the four walls of your building and play church.

This is the latest retreat of the GOP and the conservatives – ‘religious liberty.’ First they stood against sodomy itself. Then they accommodated themselves to that and retreated to opposing homosexual marriage. Now they are accommodating themselves to that and have retreated to religious liberty. The GOP has no fealty to Christ. They only know political expediency – an expediency for their own political ends.

The GOP is planning to use Kim Davis as a pawn to further their latest position – ‘religious liberty.’ They hope to use her to unseat the Democrats from both the governorship and the attorney general.

Governor Steve Beshear and Attorney General Jack Conway are self-serving godless men beholden to the sexual outlaws. Therefore they have refused to implement the 121st county clerk idea to protect the clerks and allow the homosexuals to marry. The GOP will now make them the targets of their ‘religious liberty’ campaign to unseat them and Kim Davis will be their poster-girl.

In the end, however, when the GOP takes power in Kentucky, they will implement the 121st county clerk and make it law that homosexuals can marry. Both the Democrat and Republican positions are wrong. They both want to make law that legalizes homosexual marriage in Kentucky.

What is Needed and Necessary

As a magistrate, Kim Davis and the other clerks should interpose against a lawless Supreme Court by refusing to participate in homosexual marriage because it impugns the created order and Word of God and it is repugnant to the Constitution.

Other magistrates – sheriff’s, district attorneys, judges, and legislators from all spheres of government – should rally around these clerks and defend them against federal aggression.
True federalism understands that all magistrates – whatever their level or sphere of jurisdiction – possess lawful authority. And that whenever one branch of government begins to play the tyrant – all other branches (whether federal, state, county, or local) have the duty then more than ever to uphold the Constitution and oppose that branch – even if that branch is the Supreme Court.

Many point to the Supremacy Clause of the U. S. Constitution to justify their lack of interposition. But this is a fiction. When you read the Supremacy Clause – Article 6, paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution – you see that it nowhere declares that the U. S. Supreme Court, nor any federal court, has supremacy over the U. S. Constitution or the constitutions or laws of the states or the judges of states. Rather, it states that the U.S. Constitution has supremacy and laws or treaties made in accordance with the Constitution.

The Supreme Court cannot make law. That takes legislators. Their ruling is not the ‘law of the land.’ There is not one law in all of Kentucky, nor any federal law, that states homosexuals can marry.

The Supreme Court is the lawless anarchist in this situation. Those who refuse to comply with their immoral opinion are the ones trying to restore order.

Final Thoughts

If Kim Davis were to win her case – that might be a worse situation. For decades now, when certain laws are passed, there is a religious exemption added. These laws seem good to the average self-absorbed, Pietistic Christian, but in reality they serve to further marginalize Christianity and Christians within the culture.

If she loses – Christians may have to begin to pay a price for obedience to Christ. They will no longer have the convenience of keeping their faith a private matter.

The people (and particularly Christians) need to understand that they must demonstrate vigilance against tyranny. They must give up what most Americans pursue – wealth and ease. They must give some time and effort to good governance.

To understand the character of most men who fill America’s pulpits today, one need only look at America’s laws and policies. The pulpits are by and large filled with whores.
The people need to eschew the narcotic-effect of these pulpits. They need to prod their magistrates to do right, and rally around them when they do right – with our persons, with our finances, with our prayers.

The interposition of the lesser magistrates reminds the higher authority that their authority is delegated and has limits. No man who holds state office rules with autonomy. The authority he has is delegated to him by God. All those in positions of authority stand accountable to God – even the U. S. Federal Government.

Matthew Trewhella is the pastor of Mercy Seat Christian Church (MercySeat.net). He and his wife, Clara, have eleven children and reside in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Kim Davis is still a Prisoner:
Only the Location of the Prison has Changed

In a crafty political “football” maneuver, Judge David Bunning caved to the moral outrage springing up from Kentucky and across the land. He wisely released Kim Davis from jail. His unjust ruling and false imprisonment of Davis created a national controversy. Judge Bunning maliciously incarcerated Davis for remaining faithful to the US Constitution, the Kentucky State Constitution, her oath of office, and the rule of law.

The very day that Republican presidential candidates and nationally known public figures arrived in town to stand with Davis, tyrant Judge Bunning became a shrewd politician by releasing her.

Although Judge Bunning claims to have freed Mrs. Davis, she is still in prison– only the location has changed. She is still a prisoner of conscience. Her imprisonment merely shifted from the Carter County Detention Center to her own county clerk’s office. Judge Bunning has ordered Davis to follow the lawlessness of the Supreme Court and his court by forbidding her to interfere with the issuing of marriage licenses to same sex partners. Thus, she remains a political prisoner to these tyrannical decrees.

For Fifteen Hundred years of Western Jurisprudence this was the thinking of our for-bearers, “When humans laws do not comport with God’s laws, they are no laws at all.”

Same sex marriage is against the laws of Almighty God, Kentucky, and the United States of America!

“Those who forsake the law praise the wicked; those who keep the law contend with them.” Proverbs 28:4.

Declaration of Obedience to Law and Defense of Natural Marriage

Whereas, the County Clerks of Texas are tasked with upholding the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas and the written United States Constitution; and

Whereas, on June 26, 2015, in Obergefell v. Hodges, five justices of the United States Supreme Court issued an opinion with no basis in the Constitution, the Fourteenth Amendment, American law, or Western history, purporting to overturn Natural Marriage and inventing a false “right” to same-sex “marriage;” and

Whereas, two justices essential to the majority, Elena Kagan and Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, failed to recuse themselves from Obergefell after publicly showing personal bias, in violation of federal law mandating that “Any justice…shall disqualify h[er]self….[where her] impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” (28 U.S.C.A. § 455); and

Whereas, in contrast, the Declaration of Independence explicitly recognizes that the Creator has endowed mankind with inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, under the Rule of Law, consistent with the created order; and

Whereas, Natural Marriage consistent with the created order, higher law, and the Law of Nature and Nature’s God has always consisted of one man and one woman; and

Whereas, Natural Marriage has been recognized in the Constitution and Laws of Texas, consistent with the written United States Constitution, and higher Natural Law; and

Whereas, the United States Constitution defines the powers of the federal government, and
no branch of the federal government has power to redefine marriage;and

Whereas, the Fourteenth Amendment never withdrew from the various states the authority to maintain Natural Marriage as an exclusively monogamous heterosexual institution; and

Whereas, the Obergefell opinion is “an opinion lacking even a thin veneer of law,” and “is a naked judicial claim” to…super-legislative power; “a claim fundamentally at odds with our system of government;” Id. at *43 (Scalia, J., dissenting); and

Whereas, the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions of 1798, authored by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, held that when the federal government “assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force; “and that the States” have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil;” and

Whereas, in the spirit of Jefferson and Madison, lawless decisions of the U.S. Supreme court have been successfully resisted by the States, in Dred Scott v. Sandford, and in the
series of cases In Re: Booth, 3 Wis. 1 (1854); and

Whereas, the Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected the U.S. Supreme Court opinion in Booth which claimed the federal Fugitive Slave Act was “constitutional;” as did the legislature of Wisconsin, which called the opinion “an arbitrary act of power … without authority, void and of no force,” and urged “positive defiance” by the states as the “rightful remedy,” and likewise, Wisconsin state officials refused to obey the U.S. Supreme Court; and

Whereas, after the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion, the Wisconsin Supreme Court refused to file the U.S. Supreme Court’s mandate upholding the fugitive slave law; and after more than 155 years, that mandate has never been filed, and no Wisconsin officials ever obeyed the mandate; and

Whereas, in addition to Wisconsin, the legislatures of Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Michigan actively nullified the Fugitive Slave Act and the repugnant Dred Scott decision of the U.S. Supreme Court, by passing “personal liberty” laws, making it nearly impossible to enforce the Fugitive Slave Act in those states; and

Whereas, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., stated that “a just law is a man-made code that squares with the moral law or the law of God. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law;” and

Whereas, the Governor, Attorney General, Legislators and County Clerks of Texas have sworn an oath consistent with the moral Law of God (“So Help Me God”) to uphold the Constitution of Texas and the Constitution of the United States; and

Whereas, the fulfillment of this oath, in the American tradition, may not be read to contradict the written Constitution, Justice, Reason and higher Natural Law; and

Whereas, not all orders claiming authority under color of law are lawful; and

Whereas, unlawful orders, no matter their source, whether from a military commander, a federal judge, or the United States Supreme Court are and remain unlawful, and should be resisted; and

Whereas, the American system of federalism envisions a political stance of resistance by States and their office holders against lawless federal court orders; and

Whereas, modernly, federal judges have once again usurped powers undelegated to them, and have violated Reason, the Rule of Law and Natural Law by purporting to strike down State laws and acts of the People recognizing and protecting Natural Marriage; and

Whereas, the United States Supreme Court is not the sole and final arbiter of the powers of the States under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, when it acts in an area outside of its jurisdiction; and

Whereas, the federal Judiciary was created by the Founders to have “neither Force nor Will, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm” and the States, for the carrying out of its judgments, and it is high time that the Court be so reminded; and

Whereas, the United States Supreme Court is certainly not infallible, and has issued lawless
decisions which are repulsive to the Constitution and Natural Law; including Scott v. Sandford; Buck v. Bell; Korematsu v. United States; Roe v. Wade; and most recently, Obergefell v. Hodges.

Therefore, as County Clerk, I declare as follows:

1. I will continue to defend Natural Marriage as recognized by the People of Texas, in the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, consistent with the Declaration of Independence; the written United States Constitution; the Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments; and higher Natural Law.

2. Natural Marriage between one man and one woman remains the law in Texas, regardless of any court decision to the contrary. Any court decision purporting to strike down Natural Marriage, including Obergefell v. Hodges, is “unauthoritative, void, and of no force.”

3. I, as County Clerk, in faithful execution of the laws of Texas, shall resist unlawful federal or state court encroachments upon the prerogative of the People of Texas to protect Natural Marriage, and shall only issue marriage licenses consistent with Texas law, so help me God.

4. With a firm reliance upon the providence of Almighty God and the support of my fellow citizens, I call upon all of the Officers of the State of Texas, the Governor, the Attorney General, and the members of the Texas Legislature, to join with me, and utilize all authority within their power to protect Natural Marriage from lawless court opinions, wherever the source.
