MEMORIAL DAY ARTICLE

    On May 12, 1962, Douglas MacArthur, famed General of World War Two, addressed the cadets at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He stated:
    The soldier, above all other men, is required to practice the greatest act of religious training – sacrifice. In battle and in the face of danger and death, he discloses those Divine attributes which his Maker gave when He created man in His own image.
    No physical courage and no brute instinct can take the place of Divine help which alone can sustain him. However horrible the incidents of war may be, the soldier who is called upon to offer and to give his life for his country is the noblest development of mankind.
    The Scriptural principle MacArthur was highlighting is found in the words of Jesus Christ, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13). This truth was not just articulated by our Lord, it was exemplified by Him. In fact, this truth goes much deeper. The Apostle Paul in the book of Romans explains, “For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:6-8).
    On May 30th, 2016, America will observe Memorial Day. It is proper and fitting that America takes time to honor her military veterans and their sacrifices―sacrifices made on behalf of our cherished freedoms. There are many who gave their last ounce of devotion “for the land of the free and the home of the brave.”
    Charles M. Province wrote a poignant poem that expresses the honor due our brave military veterans. The poem is simply called, “It Is the Soldier.” One clarification must be made concerning this poem. The soldier did not give us any rights. Unalienable rights come from God, as expressed in the Declaration of Independence. The soldier fights, bleeds, and dies to preserve those God-given rights if they are threatened.
It is the Soldier, not the minister who has given us freedom of religion.
It is the Soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the Soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer who has given us freedom to protest.
It is the Soldier, not the lawyer who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the Soldier, not the politician who has given us the right to vote.
It is the Soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag,
And whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.
    President Woodrow Wilson, a progressive back in his day, certainly got it right with this quote. He stated:
    A nation which does not remember what it was yesterday, does not know what it is today, nor what it is trying to do. We are trying to do a futile thing if we do not know where we came from or what we have been about…America was born a Christian nation. America was born to exemplify that devotion to the elements of righteousness which are derived from the revelations of Holy Scripture.
    It was the Psalmist who declared that righteousness cannot long endure in the land of forgetfulness (Psalm 88:12). Throughout history, altars, memorials, and Ebenezer Stones have been built to recount the miraculous interventions of God and the brave deeds of men. Without memorials that recount true history, the intervention of God, and the sacrifice of our soldiers, America cannot discern from whence she has come. If she does not know her past, she will surely lack the proper vision to know where she is going or what to do once she arrives.
    A Russian philosopher once said, “The surest way to destroy a people is to sever their roots.” Sadly, our roots have been damaged. Our history has been revised and rewritten; our godly heritage has been purposely ignored. The current occupier of the White House has made several apologies to the nations of the earth on the behalf of America. He is fond of saying, “Whatever we once were, we are no longer a Christian nation.” Tragically, Obama thinks this revision of America is good, yet our nation falters under his watch. Obama has created a hostile environment where good in America is mocked, vilified, and marginalized and what is dreadfully wrong is celebrated with demonic glee.
    We are a nation adrift. The rudder that steers the great ship called America through the dangerous seas of life, has become suspect. Since we cannot rely on our rudder, we are in peril of being tossed to and fro with “every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting” (Ephesians 4:14). Without a sound rudder to keep us on course, without a strong root system to ground us, America will fail to preserve liberty for her posterity.
    We see this consequence today. One undeniable evidence of America being “tossed to and fro” is abortion. The war is raging against life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is a common practice in the “land of the free” to slaughter American children in the wombs of their mothers. This holocaust is responsible for the deaths of over 60 million little baby boys and girls since January 22nd, 1973. This shocking figure greatly surpasses American lives lost in all our combined wars. More American citizens have been killed by domestic terrorism (abortion), than foreign terrorism could only dream of committing.
    When George Washington viewed his rag-tag group of soldiers, soldiers who suffered extreme deprivation, exposure and were outgunned and outmanned, he inspired them with these words:
The time is now near at hand which must probably determine whether Americans are to be freemen or slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their houses and farms are to be pillaged and destroyed, and themselves consigned to a state of wretchedness from which no human efforts will deliver them. The fate of unborn millions will now depend, under God, on the courage of this army. Our cruel and unrelenting enemy leaves us only the choice of brave resistance, or the most abject submission. We have, therefore to resolve to conquer or die.
    Our Founding Father pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. They were willing to spill their blood and die to pass on to the preborn a legacy of freedom. Tragically, we have taken that same freedom that came with the price of blood, and now abuse it to slay the preborn and shed their innocent blood. This betrayal of our heritage flourishes with the blessing of the State and the silent consent of the Church. What a travesty. God have mercy on us! This is a desecration against the blood of our veterans who died in freedom’s cause.
    Dr. Leo Alexander, who studied the Nazi war criminals at the Nuremberg Trials, came up with a profound and concise definition of Nazism. He implied, “Nazism occurs when a government or a culture utilizes death to solve its economic and moral problems.” Tragically, what the World War Two generation fought against in Germany is now alive and well in America.
The Jews in the aftermath of the Nazi Holocaust came up with a motto that declares “Never Again.” Well, “Never Again” is most certainly happening again and it is happening under our watch.
Can anyone imagine our brave World War Two soldiers fighting and dying so “Never Again” could happen again, but this time defiling our own beloved land? Can anyone believe that what inspired and sustained those who were dropping from planes on D-Day and storming the beaches of Normandy were the “right” of parents to kill their babies and the “right” of homosexuals to parade their sin like Sodom? I think not! The idea is absolutely repugnant and ludicrous and yet, it is now mainstream in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
    We tragically proclaim abortion and homosexuality are Constitutional rights. But what does our Constitution actually say? It states, “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
    Notice the Constitution is not just for us, but for our posterity. Abortion is the height of selfishness. Abortion and homosexuality produces death, not life. These sinful acts and crimes against nature cannot pass on anything to posterity. Their immoral lifestyles can only destroy posterity. If our nation today is not willing to grant life and freedom to our own flesh and blood, are we worthy of it ourselves?
    The French historian, Alexis De Tocqueville, once stated that “America is great because America is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.” America was great because America’s foundation was Christianity. The reason why we were so successful militarily is because we used our strength to help aid and defend the weak nations of the world against strong, tyrannical, oppressors. Right made might! Currently, because we have abandoned God, excluded Him from the public life of our nation, and disobey His Holy Laws by which men are to live, we now believe might makes right. We use our strength to exploit and destroy the most vulnerable amongst us, the preborn child. These things ought not to be America!
    I leave you with these words uttered by President Abraham Lincoln during his famous Gettysburg Address. Clearly, he was wondering if America would survive the Civil War and bring forth “a new birth of freedom.” I know there are many who struggle with our national survival today. If so, we must “highly resolve that these dead (Our military veterans and preborn children) shall not have died in vain–that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom–and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

Prayer Preparation for Wichita’s Summer of Justice

God first opened my eyes, broke my heart, and recruited me into the battle against child sacrifice back in the Fall of 1988. Being a blood bought, Spirit-filled believer, praying to God on a consistent basis was almost an involuntary function. It was necessary as breathing. It was unthinkable to do otherwise. God had invaded my thoughts, filled my heart, and was guiding my life. Of course, communicating with the Almighty was of paramount importance.
There were many battles along the way as Christians sought to bring forth fruit meet for repentance by loving our preborn neighbor as ourselves. Though we never wanted to use prayer as a cop out for godly action, we recognized that prayer should fuel actions that is in accordance with God’s will.
Out of all those times, it can be said with certainty that more prayer has gone forth to cover the Summer of Justice event than any other event that I can recall. This event, prayerfully, is going to have significant impact on Wichita, Kansas, and perhaps even our nation once again. Through the varied interests of others, the eyes of our nation and perhaps the world may be upon us. When the saints beseech heaven with frequency and intensity, God powerfully intervenes.
In the book of Revelation, we get a glimpse of the prayers of the saints ascending to heaven and their impact upon earth. Revelation 8:3-5 describes this phenomenon:
Then another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel’s hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake.
As God’s people pray, our prayers ascend to His throne and are placed upon a golden altar. Apparently, our prayers are mingled with some kind of divine incense, which produces smoke. At some point, an angel adds fire to the prayers of the saints and the smoke of the incense. This combination is cast to the earth and mighty manifestations of God’s power are unleashed upon earth.
Most are familiar with the term bowl that is frequently used to describe God’s judgment being poured out on the earth. Seven bowls are presented throughout the book of Revelation, each containing a different judgment. Before the pouring begins, however, the bowls are filled. Revelation 5:8 reveals the substance that fills the bowls, “Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.”
As we prepare to go back to Wichita, our prayers need to go up and fill God’s bowl of justice. At His appointed time, they will be poured out against the injustice of baby murder defiling Wichita, Kansas, and our nation. We need an open heaven as we go marching back to Wichita. We need to trust God that what he began in 1991, He will finish in 2016.
I’m asking that you pass on to your families, churches, and friends, this charge to pray. For several months already, three times a week, consistent intercession has gone up to the Throne of Grace. OSA prayer warrior, Michelle Stewart, has facilitated this time of corporate prayer. Thom Huey, on a separate AHA prayer conference call, has repeatedly interceded for the event. Together with others on the prayer calls, they have pleaded with God for a double portion of His Spirit to be poured out before, during, and after July 16-23, 2016.
Prayer is foundational. It must undergird everything we do to vanquish baby murder from our land. We are at the end of May. We have less than a month and a half to bombard the heavens to saturate our activities in Wichita with prayer. I beseech you to take this on with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. We desperately need God to intervene. Prayer is one of the major ways God moves to impact the earth in time and history.
Three Days of Fasting and Prayer
July 11-13, 2016
“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke” (Isaiah 58:6)?
To intensify our effectiveness on the ground in Wichita, the next phase of our prayer strategy will be to set apart three days for prayer and fasting. We will start on Monday, July 11, and finish on Wednesday, July 13. Fasting is a spiritual discipline that many have forsaken or simply ignore. Our Lord, however, commands it. The Bible reveals its spiritual potency. Jesus taught when you fast, not if you fast (Matthew 6:16-18). He also taught fasting and prayer increased our effectiveness against demonic strongholds (Matthew 17:21).
Need I remind you, we are going up against Satan’s crown jewel, child sacrifice. The abortion mill in Wichita represents a worldwide Moloch, a high place of child sacrifice. This high place needs to be plucked up, rooted out, overthrown, and vanquished from Wichita (Jeremiah 1:10). Fasting and prayer are two spiritual weapons we need to employ to get the job done, in Jesus name!

24 Prayer Watch
“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much” (James 5:16).
Starting 8:00 am Saturday morning, July 16, a 24 prayer watch will commence. We need prayer warriors to fill one or two hour slots, all day and night. It will end on Sunday morning 8:00 am, July 17.
In addition, Miss Donna Lippoldt floated the idea of having a prayer tent set up 24/7 for the entire week. Donna has faithfully fought the battle in Wichita and throughout Kansas for years. If we are able to staff this, we will move the tent on site of the death camp. Like Jericho of old, the death camp will be surrounded 24/7 by prayer, proclamation, praise, and worship.
If any of our national folks are interested in being part of this intercessory team, please let me know ASAP. We will need to coordinate with the locals to see this happen in Jesus’ name! If we can pull it off through Christ, I believe the continuing intercession will greatly enhance our effectiveness in defeating the culture of death in Wichita, and beyond.

Three Days of Prophetic Prayer and Fasting for Wichita:
July 11th- 13th, 2016

Operation Save America is gearing up for our next great adventure in serving the Lord. From July 16th-23rd saints from across America, coupled with the local church in Wichita, KS will participate in Operation Save America’s national event commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the Summer of Mercy.

To help prepare the way of the Lord as we set our face like flint towards Wichita, we are consecrating three days for prayer and fasting. This call is sent out to those who are coming to and to those who cannot make it, but are with us in spirit. This special time, set apart, is extremely important as we seek to advance the Gospel of the Kingdom against the gates of hell. We must obtain God’s blessing, favor, and an open heaven to achieve Kingdom success.

The book of Acts reveals that before the Holy Spirit came in power, the people of God were in one accord. We know from scripture and from experience that when God’s people get lost in the vision and mission of God, unity commands a blessing and that blessing is “life forevermore” (Psalms 133). Unity is not a root obtained by pursuing it, but a fruit, a gift, that God grants His people who obey Him.

We also are well aware that the church cannot win this battle in the arm of the flesh. It is the anointing that destroys the yoke. “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD Almighty” (Zechariah 4:6). The same Holy Spirit that empowered the early church to face and overcome the evil of their day, is the same Holy Spirit we need to do the same in our day. The Apostle Paul declared, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God” (1 Corinthians 2:4, 5). If the Apostle Paul needed this empowerment to be effectual, how much more do we?

Moreover, we need to employ every spiritual weapon and godly principle God has granted His people to be effectual in His service. Most of you know that when we “take it to the streets,” we incorporate the high praises of God, the intimate worship of God, prayers, intercessions, travail, and the blessed proclamation of the Gospel of the Kingdom. As we do these things, we trust that God will watch over His Word to perform it, with mighty signs and wonders following (Jeremiah 1:12; Mark 16:20).

To add to this arsenal, it is vital to include the prayer of agreement. “Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:19-20).
To help fulfill this admonishment from our Lord, we have put together a prayer guide based upon the book of Psalms.

Historically, the book of Psalms has served as the hymnal and prayer guide of the church. It covers the gamut of human endeavors, human emotion, and human predicaments as it relates to God and His will on the earth. It ranges from high exaltation of praise, deep sorrow, cries of justice against God’s enemies, and celebration of great victories.

Practically, there are 150 Psalms that we will divide into three days; 50 Psalms each day. We took one or two key verses from each of the Psalms to use them as an inspiration to guide our prayers. 1 John reminds us of the importance of praying God’s Word. 1 John 5:14, 15 states, “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.” Just know, you are not limited by these scriptural references, but I would encourage you to use the book of Psalms as your guide during this appointed time of prayer and fasting.

Another key point as you begin this journey, one aspect of true intercession means “to take the place of.” God’s Word admonishes us to be a voice for the voiceless (Proverbs 31:8, 9). This we intend to do on the streets of Wichita. This time of prayer and fasting, however, will also be utilized to be the voice of the preborn. The preborn cannot pray for their plight, but we can. This kind of intercession will prayerfully prepare the way to intervene and save their lives. Some of the Psalms chosen capture the cry of the oppressed who desperately need God’s intervention. Use these Scriptures to provide the cry on the behalf of the preborn. In other words, if you were in their predicament, how would you pray?

Initially, the plan was to copy and paste the Scriptures to provide easy access to pray. The plan changed. It would be more beneficial, if we took the time to look up these Scriptures, meditate upon them, and then incorporate them into prayer. We pray the Lord grant the grace and time needed to fulfill these three days of consecrated prayer and fasting. May we also see the results of this special time manifested throughout Wichita as we go to stand in the gap and make up the hedge in Jesus’ name!

Just got back from Montgomery, Alabama to support Chief Justice Roy Moore. Once again, he finds himself at odds against the perverse, lawless, and depraved powers of darkness. We have stood with him every step of the way and by God’s grace, we will continue.
Chief Justice Roy Moore is acting as a shield to protect churches, businesses, and the citizens of Alabama and America from the homosexual juggernaut that does not just seek equality, but supremacy. An open “gay” member of the Alabama Congress, recently made this statement in the press, “The church represents a danger to children’s minds.” Her, along with the usual suspects, Southern Poverty Law Center an ACLU, are targeting Moore for simply upholding the law and obeying his oath of office.
Moore is one of the few man who will not back down. If they succeed against him, who will be left to stand in the gap? With all dispatch, please follow this link  Stand with Moore. We need folks calling and writing the powers that be to drop this inquisition that was started by a 43 three year old man who identifies as a drag queen. Complete with high heels, make up, dress, and a blonde wig, this very confused man has convinced the Judicial Commission to remove Moore from office, hold a trial with the hopes they can remove him permanently. We cannot afford to sit back and do nothing.
Martin Neimoller, famous German pastor, who resisted Hitler gave a powerful statement on how the Nazis came for different groups, but because people were not part of the groups, they did not take a stand. After all groups were gone, there was no one left to stand.

They came for the florist, but because I was not a florist, I did not speak out.
They came for the photographer, but because I was not a photographer, I did not speak out.
They came for Chief Justice Roy Moore, but because I was not a judge, I did not speak out.
Lastly, the Fascist homosexual agenda came for me and there was no one left to speak or stand.

National Press Release Supporting Chief Justice Roy Moore 

MONTGOMERY, Ala., May 19, 2016 / Christian Newswire/ — On Saturday, May 21st, at 11 AM in Montgomery, Alabama, a rally will be held to support Chief Justice Roy Moore, marriage, The United States Constitution, the Alabama Constitution, and the rule of law. It will be held at the Alabama Supreme Court, 300 Dexter Ave, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.

Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas, National Director of Operation Rescue/Operation Save America, will be one of the speakers to address the rally. Rev. Thomas’s message is as follows:

The prophet Isaiah warned, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter (Isaiah 5:20). Our nation has long rejected Biblical truth and we labor now under a stupor of delusion. When good becomes evil, it should not be surprising that the good guys become the bad guys. The movie Robin Hood states our current situation well, “In the days of lawlessness, those who keep the law become the outlaw.”

Our federal government for decades has been codifying evil into law. In the name of new federal values, they are destroying Christian and family values. In the name of government, they betray their sacred trust as government. In the name of the Constitution, they violate the Constitution. Under the color of law, they impose lawlessness upon the citizens of America and upon the great state of Alabama.

MONTGOMERY, Ala., May 19, 2016 /Christian Newswire/ — On Saturday, May 21st, at 11 AM in Montgomery, Alabama, a rally will be held to support Chief Justice Roy Moore, marriage, The United States Constitution, the Alabama Constitution, and the rule of law. It will be held at the Alabama Supreme Court, 300 Dexter Ave, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.

 

Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas, National Director of Operation Rescue/Operation Save America, will be one of the speakers to address the rally. Rev. Thomas’s message is as follows:

 

The prophet Isaiah warned, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter (Isaiah 5:20). Our nation has long rejected Biblical truth and we labor now under a stupor of delusion. When good becomes evil, it should not be surprising that the good guys become the bad guys. The movie Robin Hood states our current situation well, “In the days of lawlessness, those who keep the law become the outlaw.”

 

Our federal government for decades has been codifying evil into law. In the name of new federal values, they are destroying Christian and family values. In the name of government, they betray their sacred trust as government. In the name of the Constitution, they violate the Constitution. Under the color of law, they impose lawlessness upon the citizens of America and upon the great state of Alabama. Here is the interview with Life Dynamics. Brother Mark Crutcher and I discuss Maafa 21 and its impact within the black community and our national event in Wichita.

 

On my way back to Wichita yesterday, I received an interesting phone call from HBO. They are interested in coming to be embedded within OSA for our national event in Wichita from July 16-23. They desire to film a documentary on the battle over abortion in America. They are curious about what the future may hold, plus, the history of the battle as it relates to Wichita. Specifically, what happened at the Summer of Mercy event that changed the course of abortion in America.
As we share the vision and mission of our national event from July 16-23, it is becoming clear that this project is taking on a life of its own. Diverse entities are interested in what may happen for a variety of reasons. Regardless, it now looks like with HBO’s involvement, our Biblical messages and godly activities will go international. Obviously, the need for intercession to make sure we stay faithful to God and speak the truth in love to overcome the culture of death has risen exponentially.

 

Letter Sent to 600 Pastors in Wichita

Our boots on the ground in Wichita have been diligent to spread the vision and mission. A dear brother who fought the battle back in 1991 is letting us use his contact list of 600 pastors to promote the Summer of Justice. This is the letter that went out. There will be more to follow.

 

Operation Save America (OSA), whose mission is for repentance and restoration of America, is planning their national event in Wichita this summer commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the Summer of Mercy. OSA is partnering with the Wichita “church” for a week of events that are scheduled for July 16th through the 23rd.

 

The 1991 Summer of Mercy signaled a significant turning point in the battle against child killing in America as well as Wichita. In 1991 there were 2167 free standing abortion mills in America and four in Wichita. Today there are 517 mills defiling our nation and one left in Wichita.

 

Prolife Christians in America have unfinished kingdom business that we must complete in Jesus’ name.

 

We are calling all prolife Christians and churches in Wichita and across Kansas to mark your calendars, pray, and prepare your hearts for this monumental event.

Lastly, the Lord opened the door to meet with Dick Bott who runs 102 radio stations throughout America. He is completely on board to promote the event nationwide. God willing, we will meet this Thursday to come up with a plan.

 

God is moving and opening incredible doors. Right after Wichita, it will be off to Montgomery, AL to stand with Chief Justice Roy Moore. They are having a rally at 300 Dexter Ave at the Alabama Supreme Court on May 21st, at 11 AM. They asked me to share a brief exhortation in support of Chief Justice Roy Moore. Right afterwards, there will be a meeting with the locals to discuss how we can all help in the future.
