This message of interposition was preached at a federal court in Milwaukee, Wisconsin yesterday morning in the cold.

The Bible and history define and grant great examples to teach us the important doctrine of interposition. It can be summed up in Ezekiel 22. The nation of Israel was in a mess. The prophet, priest, prince, and citizen had corrupted themselves greatly in the eyes of God. As God beheld their lawlessness, He called for someone to stand in the gap and make up the hedge, lest He bring their evil upon their own heads. Tragically, He found none and the hammer fell.

The Patriarchs, the Prophets, our Lord, and His Apostles all heralded the importance of interposition. Jeremiah declared, “Run to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem; See now and know; And seek in her open places If you can find a man, if there is anyone who executes judgment, who seeks the truth, and I will pardon her.”

A good friend of mine, Michael Anthony Peroutka gave a great analogy to vividly reveal the doctrine of interposition. He talked about parents who brought home a family dog to bless their children. One day, however, the family dog, who once acted in a benevolent manner turned malevolent and attacked the children. Upon hearing the screams, the fearful parents rushed out and put themselves between the mad animal and rescued their abused children. This is interposition.

The federal government has become the mad dog and it is up to the state magistrate to interpose as the parent to protect the citizens under their jurisdiction from the hell that has come out of Washington DC to murder children and corrupt our nation.

Numbers 16 gives another great example on a national level. Once again, Israel had gone astray and pushed Moses and the Lord to the brink. God’s wrath went out and many people died. Finally, through intercession, Moses instructs Aaron to go with a censor to stand between God’s wrath and His people, between the living and the dead. As a result, the plague was stayed and the nation spared.

Today, we are here to let you know Federal Courts, we have gone with this message to individuals, to churches, and to communities. We are now taking this message to the state magistrates. We are demanding they interpose between your oppression, lawlessness, and corruption and the innocent victim, the preborn child, that you have targeted for destruction by an iniquitous decree in Jesus’ name!
