Though we have all been hearing so much about the irreparable fractures in the Democratic Party, we have not yet been treated to the truly big story in the Republican Party. John McCain will be the straw that breaks this elephant’s back. The question before Christians today is, “Who is your daddy?” Is it the Republican Party or is it the Jesus of Scripture? The Republican Party has sold its birthright for a mess of pottage. “Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentils; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went on his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.” Genesis 25:34. Esau, the first born of Isaac, chose to sell his birthright (that for which he was born) for a measly bowl of pottage to fill his belly. He was never to get it back even though he sought it with tears (Hebrews 12:16-17).

It was such a blessing to see her again as we were privileged to sound the trumpet call to Atlanta, Georgia at Pastor Mahlon Helmuth’s church just outside of Greenville. What a joy to preach in a church where many have been arrested for their faith, and “all” are standing in the gap on behalf of preborn babies. Several of these saints will be joining us in Atlanta this summer as we storm the gates of hell in this city. They will also be joining with us in reading through the Bible this year.

I have read a number of articles of late dealing with Barak Obama’s speech. This is the best one. It hits the nail on the head and also exposes the cowardice of FOX News to tackle the real issue. Pastor Jeremiah Wright’s church is apostate as are all the United Church of Christ (UCC) churches in America. Long ago this institution abandoned it Christian heritage and responsibility to stand upon the Word of God. Killing children in their mother’s womb is alright in the UCC. Homosexuality is viewed as a good thing in the UCC. Islam and “Christianity” worship the same god in the UCC. Wright is preaching “a different gospel” (2 Corinthians 11: 3-4). The Apostle Paul tells us in Galatians 1:6-7, “I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to “a different gospel” which is really no gospel at all…” We should not therefore be surprised that Barak Obama will defend his pastor when he (his pastor) is exposed to the light of the true Gospel of Christ. We should furthermore not be surprised when FOX News can’t seem to get it right about Rev Wright. Rev Wright is no more a Christian than he is a poached egg.

 One of the wonderful saints, a gentle warrior for our Lord Jesus, has left the Church Militant and joined that great cloud of witnesses in the Church Triumphant. Richard Ulbrich was a strong friend of Operation Rescue and an even better friend of Jesus and His precious preborn babies. Many of you knew him as the Grim Reaper for He often dressed in that uniform when confronting the horror of abortion at abortion mill doors.Colonel Ulbrich traveled around the country to lay his life down for children being led away to slaughter at the gates of hell. When he grew too old for that, he prayed fiercely for those of us who still had the vitality to follow in his and His Lord’s footsteps. What a privilege to have known him and to be known by him.

Martin was the sponsor of the “Paramount Human Life Amendment” (HR 536) in the House and Jenny was his tireless encourager and organizer. If this bill were ever allowed to come before the electorate in the state of Georgia there would be no doubt of its being passed. Unfortunately, the electorate has no voice in the vaunted halls of the Georgia State Capital. Neither do unborn children.

 We knew Kirsten Breedlove as the director of the A-Z abortion mill in Dallas, Texas. She hated us, and would call the police at the least provocation. That provocation ordinarily was the presentation of the Gospel of Christ to women going in to the mill to kill their babies. But often she was provoked over the fact that the Jesus we all knew was knocking at the door of her heart.
Through the faithful witness over the years of one Mark Gabriel, Kirsten surrendered her heart to Christ. She is still following him. Here is her story!

Planned Parenthood is building the largest death camp in the country to date in Denver, Colorado. Pro lifers there are making a monumental effort to stop the construction of the new super-sized killing center. Included in that effort is Ron Brock who drives a large ostentatious truth truck displaying large graphic pictures of aborted babies along with scripture verses and the Weitz company name. His truck was parked outside of Bill Hornaday's home several mornings a week. Bill Hornaday is the president of The Weitz Company Rocky Mountain. One of his neighbors lied about Ron's peaceful morning protests in the neighborhood and got a temporary restraining order against Ron. Our dear friend Pastor Mark Kaiser has put out a Macedonian call to Operation Rescue/Operation Save America to come to Eureka Springs, AR and aid him against the enemies of God who are plotting to take over the city.
Here is more on the movie, “Expelled” It is due in theaters on April 18, 2008. Though I have not yet seen the film, I have an idea that this is something we can all support. It is an all out “Truth” attack on evolution.
Over 1750 babies have been saved at abortion mills in Bridgeport, CT since 1990. Just a few precious warriors for our King Jesus have had a huge impact in their city as they have taken up their positions of responsibility at the breeches in the wall. They have been faithfully standing in the gap on behalf of the preborn and God is pushing back His enemies (Ps 44:3-5). More than 366 people have given their hearts to Christ as a result of their witness on the streets. Below, a report of our visit there this past weekend Feb 28 – Mar 2, 2008. 
I held Grace on my lap recently, my three-year-old little girl who lightens up the room with a broad, dimpled smile that appears to make up half her face. She looked up at me and said in her squeaky voice, "I wanna be married!"
