AFTER 30 YEARS

A message from OSA NationaSl Director, Flip Benham:

Folks, instead of going to Washington DC to celebrate the 31st anniversary of decriminalized child killing (Roe v. Wade) let us consider going to the places where babies are killed and to the courts that ushered us into this culture of death. Fr Francis McCloskey has made up his mind that after 30 years of marching in Washington, D.C., enough is enough! He will be joining the saints in Bridgeport , CT as they conduct an Ecclesiastical Court outside the federal courthouse in that city. We're asking you to do the same. Ask God to put creative ideas into your mind and heart as to how He would have you speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. We will be mourning 31 years of unabated child slaughter (45 million dead children) this Roe Memorial Day, Jan. 22, 2004 . Call your churches. Speak to your pastors. Exort them to come out to the streets of your city. Yes, compel them to make their theology become biography at the gates of Hell. We are done with the low living of Republican and Conservative politics .  It is up to us, the Church of Jesus Christ , to fight this battle and fight we will.

We won't hesitate in the presence of the adversary, we won't flinch in the face of sacrifice, we won't negotiate at the table of the enemy, we won't ponder at the pool of popularity and meander in the maze of mediocrity. We won't give up, let up, or shut up until we have stayed up, prayed up, paid up, preached up for the cause of Christ and His unborn children. We will go till He comes, give till we drop, preach till all know and work till He stops us. We will not bend a knee to the politics of this day but proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord until He comes for His own. He will recognize us for our banner will be clear. (paraphrase of one of Flip's favorite manifestos).

AFTER 30 YEARS...

of Marching on Washington , begging crumbs for infants and messing politicians' heads... If today they can vote life to babies, they can later vote them death; begging politicians is basically a pro-choice activity even if you beg for life; you're giving them life/death power, making them think they can exercise God's prerogative over life and death, the very sin the Supreme Court fell into in the first place.  And yet you know that even if Congress unanimously outlaws abortion, a judge or judges somewhere will cancel it out. Is there something better?

Has the time come to judge the judges using the rules and measures of  God's revealed word and the founding principles of the United States in the spirit of 1776 and the Spirit poured out in 33 A.D.?

Beginning today I shall forsake my over-reliance on man's laws, repenting of my acedia which makes me spiritually lazy . Over-reliance on law brings death to infants, the elderly and the weak. And ultimately persecution of the Church.

FOR THE 31ST YEAR...

on Roe v Wade Day, January 22, 2004 we are hauling the U.S. Supreme Court before a higher court. We are suing and litigating the Not-So-Supreme Court before the High Court of the Most High. From His decisions, given via the revelation of Jesus Christ to His Church, there is no appeal.

Beginning this 31st year I am refusing to go to where babies are not saved [ Washington , D.C. ] and going to where infants are directly saved - Bridgeport , CT. There we will conduct an Ecclesiastical Court on the steps of the Federal Courthouse. Unlike the long drawn out man-made courts, a decision from ON HIGH will be handed down that day, before the Ecclesiastical Court recesses.

I must be there in order to bring back this concept and experience to my locality. Your presence at the Ecclesiastical Court will ennoble you to make history as part of the desperate struggle return the United States of America to the sanctity of life. Prepare yourself for this litigious pilgrimage through prayer and fasting.

In response to Fr Francis call to the Ecclesiastical Court rather to the March in Washington D.C. here are some responses:

My dearest friends for Life:I totally agree with you all ... this effort (the March in WDC) is totally wasted...sometimes the anniversary of an event is not the time nor the location to celebrate. If we had the people at the March come to the Mills where dead Post Conceived Human Beings are processed, we would most likely close down all those chambers of death in all it's locations...but alas, we are a pomp and circumstance people. If we had modified the date for the March to when school was out for the summer and people were more available, (and warmer), we would have had millions more come in support of life. Now we are faced with Sodomite unions supposedly supported and promulgated by and within our Constitution....think of it we finally got our freedom and the founding fathers said ... "YES  finally now we can kill our Post Conceived Humans at will, and now we can have Sodomites recognized as husband and husband, and wife and wife....Thank GOD for freedom"

Another Fr Francis reply:

In choosing an alternative to the Washington March I weighed carefully the pros and cons. The folks in Bridgeport didn't ask for it to be broadcast: they are putting it on for the locals; I decided to go myself and after two more clergy asked to join, I opened it up to my locals and upstaters in general. Coming at this late a date I don't expect anyone who is planning to go to Washington to change their minds, but others who don't go are actively thinking [and in some cases, decided] to go to Bridgeport.

The operative question is where would the Lord have us go .  Where do we see His Mighty Hand at work? One need only look through the Lord's great causes in America [a nation Godly and great in its founding while also willing to tolerate or even perpetrate great evils such as slavery and racial oppression] to gain knowledge of how the devil can harness my good works and good intentions to make me part of the problem rather than part of the solution. By the way Riccardo, you are doing great disseminating work on this because I got further feedback from one of your list saying "I'm looking for a true alternative to RTL, I am 100% proLife and 100% against contraception". I pray this man named Peter will come onboard with you and me and experience Bridgeport .

Back to how the devil harnesses:  both anti-slavery and civil rights had their political lobbies, anti-establishment  establishments as RTL(Right to Life) is our anti-abortion establishment. Martin L. King's sit-ins were opposed initially by the NAACP  just as the anti-slavery establishment was divided between those who lobbied and educated on the one hand and those who went into the furnace of affliction and freed the slaves directly, the underground railroaders, on the other.

The anti-establishment establishments are risk-averse, politics-driven, money-collecting etc. Salaries must be paid. Bills must be paid.  This is not an evil in and of itself.  I hope none of us questions but that they DO some good.

But all establishments perpetuate, perpetuate and perpetuate and in the end ... they never get to do themselves out of a job.  I too was once seduced and co-opted by the system and the rules of politics. Haven't we all been at this point? I know I have.

Along comes the railroaders or John Brown or M. L. King!  Who opposes them? Both kinds of establishments -- the one which is the driving force of the evil [plantation-owners, southern churches, slave-traders, etc., i.e., the pro-Slavery and Jim Crow establishments which, as it were, constitute the forefathers of the abortion industry - AND the politics-driven good guy establishments: safety-zone genteel abolitionists, NAACP, RTL].  Most RTL establishmentarians avoid abortuaries at all costs.  What is wrong with this picture? Prepare yourself spiritually for the answer in the next sentence .

RTL politics trades some babies' lives for others followed by self-congratulatory rhetoric. Just look at the misnamed Partial-Birth fiasco and how many proLifers are duped by RTL into thinking this is a great victory [granted: it furnishes a propaganda advantage and is bitterly opposed by the evil establishment]. But George Tiller does not use that method to kill his 9 month old victims and burn their bodies in his crematorium. Most people on the RTL mail list never heard of Tiller let alone his method.  Because RTL forsakes the next baby Tiller kills and the souls of its mom and dad.

RTL cannot and will not succeed while it prioritizes some nebulous future political victory or victories above the life of the next infant to be killed in the neighborhood and the souls of the next mom and dad . The priorities are backwards and winds up contrary to the Word of God by trying to get the law to do for RTL what RTL is unwilling to do without the law.  Hey RTL, hear the Word of the Lord!

Such an approach failed to end slavery [which continued for at least two centuries with thousands killed and dumped overboard] and Jim Crow-racism and lynchings which went on for 100 years -- and it will fail with the babies as well.  BECAUSE ITS AFICIONADOS DO NOT READ THE WORD OF GOD AND FOLLOW GOD'S MANUAL AND METHOD FOR BRINGING AN END TO THE THANOPHILES' CONTROL OF OUR POLITICAL AND EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND THEIR ABILITY TO KILL INFANTS AT WILL. UNWITTINGLY WE/THEY HAVE BEEN ABSORBED INTO THE POLITICAL SYSTEM.

But the great proLife prophet of Israel - Jeremiah - rails against God's people making political alliances instead of doing it God's way. ARE YOU AWARE WHAT HAPPENED TO KING ZEDEKIAH BECAUSE HE FAILED TO HUMBLE HIMSELF BEFORE JEREMIAH THE PROPHET? You don't want to know.

RTL [whose bureaucrats we love as persons even if their heads are as tilted as mine and yours once were] would do well to attend to this truth. We would like to see these fine people go by the Book.  If they did, the mass murder of infants would end precipitously, as did Slavery [after 200 years] and racial oppression [after 100 years] .......

The end of the culture of death in America -- will come through conversion to Jesus Christ ... and that's how it's going to have to be today, not by the political alliances that Jeremiah warns against.

That is why Bridgeport is the best option. It's not a feel-good annual event. It's a proclamation of the Gospel of Christ in the streets, or better, at the courthouse door, exposing the Godlessness of American judges, the supine make-believe of the churches and it does not lobby a single politician. It will take place in a city where the Christians will have more infants confirmed saved in one year than RTL has in 30 years of marching.

On the day RTL brings albums filled with stay-your-hand-don't-kill-your-baby pictures to Oh Saratoga ! [over 1100 confirmed saved] as can Marilyn and Carmen and their beautiful street team from Bridgeport, on that day I'm going to Washington and say to RTL "job well-done. Let's march."

Hi Marilyn,I have to pretty much agree with the tone and content of all said here.  The partial birth abortion ban recently legislated simply struck me as a sop to the pro-life community by the Bush Administration and the so-called pro-life Republicans.  I believe we have in this president a thinly disguised Trojan horse who has cleverly (satanically?) blinded the eyes of the vast majority of the Christian media in this country.  He is beloved by Focus on the Family and other major Christian radio outlets.  They acclaim him!  But for what?  Because he occasionally speaks in favor of a Christian "cause" while the evil continues unabated?  In addition so much praise is given our "Christian" federal Attorney General.  But who is noticing the vast loss of Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms at his hands in the supposed cause of protecting us against terrorism?  The enemy is among us, clothed as lambs but acting as wolves and leading this nation to the brink.  When you have a moment read Lev 18.  The most recent high court activity in Mass. leads me to conclude that God may be on the verge of spewing us out of the land as He did to those in Canaan during the time of Joshua.  I pray daily for God's mercy on this land, and for the Spirit to pour out the truth of God's plan of salvation for all mankind to this dying nation.

Marilyn,
I so look forward to meeting you on the 5th. I got my exam schedule and I am clear. This debate is interesting and let me share my incites.  I have long thought that the March in DC was more for show than for substance. It bothered me that everyone would congratulate each other for being there in force yet the same amount of babies die everyday. It also upset me that they let these all talk, do nothing politicians and some clergy speak to the crowd and no one is allowed to give the crowd specific marching orders. Here is the army and no one challenges them to be at the mills every day and tell them if that happened, mills would close and babies would live and women would not be wounded.

This was no more evident than last year. After 10 years going to DC, I made the time in the morning last year (shame on me for not doing it before) to go to the local Planned Parenthood, only blocks from the rally, and pray for an hour. Now there was tens of thousands of pro-lifers there on the 30th anniversary. It was a beautiful day for January. THERE WERE 7 PEOPLE INCLUDING ME PRAYING AT THE PLANNED PARENTHOOD. There were 15 escorts to bring the girls in. It was an incredibly convicting experience for me. I promised this year would be different.

As Director of Seminarian Life Link, I have contacts with just about every seminary in the country. I have challenged every seminary to go to that PP with any of their brothers and sisters in Christ and pray that morning at an hour of their choosing. I am looking to spread the word to as many going as possible. Nothing organized, just go there for an hour anytime from early morning to 1pm and pray. How much better is that than listening to the self serving speeches that drone on at the rally. Then march.  I also have a vision that someday at the height of the march, with the crowd stretched out from the monument to capital hill, that people just make a left hand turn at the closest sidestreet and march through all the streets in DC praying. Close the city of legalized death through peaceful prayer. I have many more ideas, but enough for now. I'll talk to you soon. Looking forward to meeting with you and joining forces in Christ to wake up America to their immoral complicity.Life In Christ,

Steve
