With Americas legalization of abortion we cannot help but remember the words of the prophet Isiah when he warned us, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” (Isa 5:20)

In this period of American history this is exactly what has happened.

During this dark time in our nation priest, ministers and grass root Christians are being found guilty of praying, passing out Christian literature and standing under their responsibilities as Christians and rights under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States Of America.

Two such men Reverend Michael Warren and Jerry Crawford are standing before the Honorable Richard J. Arcara for making their stand for righteousness in behalf of you and I the unborn children and their mothers and fathers.

This persecution of the pro-life movement here in Western New York began in this very court in 1989 under this same judge when he handed down his first ruling against the pro-life movement. Since that time the blood of these innocent children has been and will continue to be on his hands.

His bias against the pro-life movement continues until this very day.

It is time for this judge to be called into account for the spiritual and physical damage he has caused by his bias.

Luke 11:35 "Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness."

Yesterday, March 6, was a sad day for the citizens of Buffalo New York because of the decision handed down by Federal Judge Richard Arcara. His decision to sentence Reverend Michael Warren to thirty days in violation of his (Arcara's law) will only serve to accomplish three things.

1. It will ensure that more babies die in Western New York than would have if his decision was difference.

2. It will mean that God will hold Judge Arcara responsible for even more innocent blood shed.

3. It means greater restrictions and intimidation towards the pro-life ministries.

Perhaps the saddest part of all is Judges Arcara's failure to see his responsibility for the deaths he has caused due to abortions since 1989. He also seems to be unaware of his personal feelings of bias against the plight of the unborn. This was evident in his responses to attorney Bryan Brown when Mr. Brown rightly told this judge it was his responsibility we were in court not the defendants and that Judge Arcara was judge, jury, and executioner in this case.

This was not a victory for the Christian community but another defeat for good and another triumph for evil.
