Elenth Hour Plea from Pennsylvania

Eleventh Hour Plea from Pennsylvania

November 01, 2004

Joseph Parente writes:

Dear Friends,

I hope that you are all well. I am writing with an urgent, last-minute request. I have spent the last few months since our time in Columbus, OH working on a U.S. Senate campaign. I have been working on behalf of Jim Clymer, Constitution Party National Chairman in his race against ultra-liberal Arlen Specter here in Pennsylvania. We have faced many odds, including opposition from several Christian groups, even our friends at the American Family Association, but we are overcoming. Jim is a man of character and integrity, a man who truly loves Jesus, and in a race like this one the contrast is clear. With just hours left before the election we are in desperate need of your prayers. David is going up against Goliath, and in the eyes of many he doesn't stand a chance, but we know that with God all things are possible. Please take a moment now and during the day tomorrow to pray for Jim and all of those volunteering, and for those casting their votes. If you would like to find out more about this important race, or are able to make a contribution to the campaign, please follow the link below to the web site: http://www.jimclymer.com/

I would venture to say that this contest carries even more weight for the unborn and for our families than the presidential race. Mr. Specter is next in line to Chair the Senate Judiciary Committee and is renowned for his staunch opposition to godly judges. Senator John Kyl from Arizona , a proven voice for life, would pick up the seat if Mr. Specter were defeated.Thank you all for your time and for your prayers. I look forward to seeing many of you in February.

God Bless You, Run the Race to Win! --Joseph
