Encouraging Words from Father Frank Pavone

Dear Friends in the Lord Jesus,

I want to report some good news concerning how the message of Bloodguilt is reaching more and more of the Body of Christ. After the powerful weekend I spent with many of you at the beginning of February in North Carolina, I formulated a message to be sent to the Catholic community worldwide. Since then, the Bloodguilt teaching has gone out to them in the following ways:

1. I preached about it on the Eternal Word Television Network, which is broadcast into 55 million American homes and 38 countries, and reaches other through radio and Internet, and is also translated for broadcast in Spanish;

2. Our full-time staff, who travel the nation speaking to bishops, priests, deacons, and lay persons, were trained in the message and began disseminating it at rallies, banquets, retreats, and other gatherings;

3. The message was included in our regular emails and faxes sent to every Catholic publication in the nation, as well as thousands of individual subscribers;

4. The Priests for Life newsletter, sent to every Catholic priest in the country, carried the Bloodguilt message as well.

The response has been tremendous. People marvel that they have not heard this before. Many of them are moved to re-think things and to get out of the complacent attitude that says, in some pro-life circles, "We're doing all right."

Indeed, it is time to see abortion not just as A sin but as OUR sin. I thank all of you for your faithful witness. I look forward to seeing many of you in Dallas this July, and to working even more closely with you in the months and years ahead.
