Domino Falls! December 28, 2002 "The violence of the wicked will drag them away, for they refuse to do what is right." (Proverbs 21:7) The first domino in the Planned Parenthood - National Abortion Federation child rape & enabling scheme fell in Phoenix, Arizona. The irrefutable evidence obtained through research by Life Dynamics into the pedophile/rape cover-up by the nation's largest abortion racket is being proven in a court of law. A Phoenix judge has found Planned Parenthood guilty of negligence in failing to report an abortion on a 13-year old girl in foster care to Child Protective Services. This case dates back to 1998 when her 23-year old foster brother took the 13-year old Glendale girl to an abortion mill. Any sexual activity by teens under 14 in Arizona cannot be by consent according to Arizona law and must be reported. Yet Planned Parenthood just took the cash and slaughtered her baby saying nothing to authorities about obvious sexual abuse. The abortion provider waited until the same girl returned 6 months later for a second abortion before notifying authorities, and then only after selling her an execution of her unborn child. They had to get their blood money first. Lawsuits filed on behalf of this young teen contend that the girl was subject to continued molestation and sexual exploitation because the abortion provider and others did not notify police or CPC of her first abortion on November 10, 1998. Attorneys argue that gross negligence led to her second abortion 6 months later. A psychological analysis last July showed the girl was immature for her age and is emotionally scarred by the sexual relationship. This didn't matter to Planned Parenthood judging by attempts to defend their actions in court papers. Last month, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Cathy Holt ruled that the abortion provider was negligent in failing to notify authorities when the girl first came in. The AP reports that attorney and Arizona Right to Life President John Jakubczyk, who is representing the girl's natural mother, said, "It's a real tragedy. (Planned Parenthood) knew what was going on. It's heartbreaking, and none of it had to happen." After paying Planned Parenthood to murder his second child conceived during his abuse of this 13-year old girl in 1999, police arrested 23-year old Shawn Stevens. He was charged with 2 counts of sexual conduct with a minor and was sentenced to 5 years in prison and lifetime parole 2 years ago. While this accessory to murder received a slap on the wrist with 5 years in prison, in Arizona, convicted felons on parole in Arizona are required by law to pay for their parole. It is not cheap. A low level supervision parolee in the '80s was required to mail in a $50 money order every month to the State. A late payment is considered reason to revoke parole. At least the taxpayers in Arizona are not being mugged a second time by the State to pay for parole supervision. The question remains: Who is going to pay restitution for the 2 innocent persons murdered by abortion and, who is going to offer restitution for the emotional, psychological and physical scars this girl now bears? What can a person give in exchange for the life of another person? Nothing! God's holy Law calls for the death penalty in such cases for this reason. Because God creates life in His own image, His infinite justice demands that civil government take the life of anyone who murders another person. No man can restore the innocence of the rape victim after raping her any more than he can take away the trauma of life-threatening terror in the psyche of victims of kidnapping. While there are some who argue against the death penalty, first given to the Noah by God in a covenant still in force, I have a question for all to ponder. What happens to a nation or state when we (representatives of civil government here in America) fail to execute a person God commands us to put to death? We know that the blood of the innocent victim cries out to God from the ground. The lawsuit is continuing against Planned Parenthood and the foster parents for failing to protect the girl from repeated abuse. The foster parents are not commenting and Planned Parenthood is only offering a couple of sentences from court reports trying to say they've done nothing wrong. In court papers, Planned Parenthood defended their decision not to report the abortion because "it does not follow that the negligence caused damages," and "no reporting would have been required if she had been eight months older." What judge would buy this lame excuse from a gun dealer selling a handgun to a 20-year old? No criminal can defend the indefensible but there are some that are evil enough, dumb enough and greedy enough to try. The Catholic Church is not in trouble so much for the sodomite abuse by a few of its priests who are depraved but for the years of covering the crimes up. This too will be the case with Planned Parenthood as litigation goes forward. The huge difference is that unlike the Catholic Church, which has many righteous men of God, there are no innocent or good men or women within the abortion industry. With this Phoenix verdict, we've only just begun to see the reward of the wicked with our eyes. See Psalm 37 & 91. In the meantime, we must pray that this poor young girl, 17 now, is open to the Lord Jesus and that God would surround her with Christians who truly love her and the Lord. What is impossible with man is nothing to God. Jesus the Sun of Righteousness has risen and there is healing for all in Him. Jesus said, "Come unto Me all you who are heavy laden and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) Pastor Stephen Mashburn
