The “Reverend” George Gardner Dies in Wichita, KS
(Tiller's Chaplain that would baptize babies as they were being aborted)
George Gardner, the infamous Pastor of College Hill United Methodist Church, is now standing face to face with our Lord Jesus. “Reverend” Gardner is the one who would baptize little baby boys and girls as they were being aborted in George Tiller's mill. He was very sincere in his beliefs, but he was sincerely wrong. Now he is facing the consequences of his own arrogance and his presumptuous beliefs.
George Gardner was a friend of mine. He knew me well. And I knew him. We have had several head to head confrontations beginning in 1991 until the last time we met in the summer of 2003.
We have debated each other on television. I reminded him he was no more a Christian than he was a poached egg. I can remember stating that the backward collar he wore represented his backward and upside down theology. I reminded him that he had no standard upon which to present the Gospel and pointed him to the Bible as the standard of those who claim the name of Christ. George just laughed.
The last time I saw him was at his church just outside of Wichita State University . He had been removed from the United Methodist Church he had pastored for so many years and was now spreading his heresy to the students at Wichita State. When we met, we chatted about ten minutes about his recent divorce and his trouble with his church. He told me that he left in good standing. I reminded him that though he may be a member of good standing in the United Methodist Church, he was not a member of good standing in the Church of Jesus Christ. When the Church service began, George had me come out front and ushered me out the door to the cheers and applause of those in attendance.
It is my prayer that George in his final days repented of his heinous crimes against the Jesus he said he loved and the little baby boys and girls murdered in Tiller's abortion mill. It is certainly my prayer that George has repented, but if he did not, he is surely facing the fires of hell for the lies that he perpetrated and the lives he destroyed.
Abbreviated web version of the obituary at http://www.legacy.com/Link.asp?Id=LS02741768X
Two near identical expanded obituaries appeared in the Wichita Eagle print edition for George T. Gardner. The first was published Sunday, October 24, 2004. The length should not discourage you in reading for an apparent mammoth Freudian slip appears along with two other ironic entries in the list of survivors. In reading this first obituary the true disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ is reminded that even in the death of this pitiful man so given over to evil, God is still sovereign and speaking today. That was Sunday. On Thursday, October 28, 2004 this exact same lengthy obituary was again published in the Eagle with the word careen changed to career. No explanation was given by the Eagle staff as to who or how this occurred. Careen is defined as "to cause to heel over; to sway from side to side; <a careening carriage being pulled wildly ... by a team of runaway horses-- J.P. Getty>." - Mirriam Websters Dictionary. Below is the original obituary for George Gardner as it appeared Sunday, October 24.

[ All text including typo, Freudian slip and the dog as survivor above is exactly as printed in the Wichita Eagle, Sunday, October 24, 2004. It should be noted that ProKanDo is George Tiller's Political Action Committee with which he finances far left pro-abortion, pro-sodomite and anti-Christian & anti-family candidates for local, state and federal office. What a deceptive and evil manner in which to solicit donations to a memorial. In life he profited financially off the blood of innocent children and grief of families. Now in death his demonic legacy continues - until the day when the Church wields the Sword of the Spirit and declares, "Enough!" King Jesus will reward every person according to their deeds whether good or evil without respect of persons. Mercy rests on the repentant but wrath will fall on the lawless and wicked. - SM ]
