What Will We Do Now?

Dear ones, as of this writing Terri's life has been placed into the hands of a Clinton appointed Federal Judge. Does that concern you? It should. The real question is not so much “What will the judge do next ?” But rather, “What will we do now ? Many of us are asking these kind of questions:

“Should I leave for Florida today? What will happen if I do go? Will it do any good? Should I wait and see how all this plays out? What is the Spirit of God impressing me to do in this crucial moment? Have I been called to the Kingdom for such a time as this?”

Beloved, don't be fooled; this always has been, and still remains a spiritual battle that will not be won merely in the halls of Congress, within the walls of the White house or in any State or Federal courtroom alone. This is not only a cultural, political and judicial battle…this is spiritual warfare. As such it requires that we stand and having done all to stand as one army clad in the full armor of God. Now, more than ever, we are being called to intercede; on behalf of Terri Schiavo, yes, most certainly, but also for our nation and the Kingdom of our God and King Jesus. Clearly it is one of her most critical and defining moments. Therefore, let our intercession be more powerful than ever! Let us stand in the gap interceding “onsite and with insight.” Join us in Florida as we begin this intercessory fight by using the most powerful spiritual warfare weapon we have. Engaging the principalities of death with the Living Word of Life!

Meet us onsite beginning this Wednesday morning. Our intercessory battle plan for Terri and America will begin by prophetically declaring the “Word in Warfare” through the remainder of Holy Week and ending with a “Celebration of Life Service” Easter Sunday morning. Why begin with “Word in Warfare?” In dozens of previous strategic level, spiritual warfare battlegrounds we have seen victory after victory as Christians come together and read aloud the entire Word of God. We call this “Word in Warfare.” Psalm 149 declares that it is the honor (implied “duty”) of all His saints to execute the “written judgment” (the Word of God) against His enemies. We do this by “having the High praises of God in our mouths AND a two-edged sword in our hand…” using God's Word in warfare.

Make no mistake, this is no “sunday-school-bible-read-along” exercise. This powerful method of dynamic, strategic level, spiritual warfare is a prophetic action well rooted in biblical precedent. Over and over in scripture we see how the destiny of cities, nations and governments were dramatically changed by publicly declaring aloud not just selected passages of Scripture, but the entire, written Word, that is the “whole counsel of God.” Moses commanded it be done. In obedience Joshua did it before the invasion. Righteous King Josiah read aloud the entire Word of God to the citizens of Jerusalem in a time when the culture of death gripped his nation. Not until the entire Word was read aloud in the hearing of all the people were all of the altars of death and idolatry plundered by the citizens of Jerusalem. Before Israel was taken into captivity Jeremiah dictated every word God had ever commanded him to prophecy telling Baruch to read all of it aloud in the temple and then he read it to Jehoiakim the king. When the evil king burned the words judgment came upon him. Later after 70 years of judgment, as Jerusalem was being fully restored, Ezra read the entire Word aloud for seven days from dawn until noon as the people repented then rejoiced! It ignited the greatest revival in a thousand years!

Let us be obedient as Joshua was to declare the entire Word aloud before entering into battle. Let us witness the plunder of the culture of death as King Josiah did. Let our prophetic declaration this week in Florida be an execution of the written judgment of God against the principalities of death as we also plead for His desire for mercy to triumph over judgment. Let God's Word be declared to bring a revival of life to America.

For Life and that more abundantly!
