NATIONAL EVENT - Dallas, Texas, July 13-21

In the very city where Roe v. Wade began, Christians from around the nation will join together to allow their theology to become biography in the streets of Dallas, Texas. It was in the summer of 1969 that a troubled and pregnant young lady by the name of Norma McCorvey met with attorneys Sarah Weddington and Linda Coffee in a pizza parlor off Greenville Avenue in Dallas. These two street wise and publicity hungry attorneys used Miss McCorvey and her pregnancy to perpetrate one of the most heinous crimes in our nation's history.

What began in a Dallas courthouse in 1969 moved to the Supreme Court of the United States of America and, on January 22, 1973, became known as the infamous Roe v. Wade decision. This decision overruled all of the existing laws in all 50 states protecting the lives of unborn children. In one fell swoop the Supreme Court of the United States of America declared itself to be God. It became, by its own declaration, the one who determines when life begins. Child killing in America was now decriminalized!

Thirty-two years and over 45 million dead children later, we are asking you to return to the city where Roe v. Wade began. We are calling the Church of Jesus Christ to join us in the streets of Dallas this summer, July 13-21. We have some unfinished business to attend to. God has not been silent about the shedding of innocent blood. He has allowed enemies from within and from without to fill our schools, our workplaces, and our streets with blood. "…Since you did not hate bloodshed, bloodshed will pursue you." Ezekiel 35:6.

On August 8, 1995, in the city where Roe v. Wade began, Miss Norma McCorvey, the Jane Roe of Roe v. Wade, gave her heart to Christ and jumped from being the poster child of the pro-choice movement into the arms of Jesus. This single event sent huge tremors through the abortion industry. It feared the sleeping giant, the Church of Jesus Christ, would be awakened to the power she had to bring the slaughter of innocents to a screeching halt. The very power that saved Miss Norma, the Gospel of Christ, could end abortion in America. The abortion industry can deal with pro-life politicians but it cannot deal with the Church of Jesus Christ!

MAYOR BOB KNIGHT OF WICHITA ANNOUNCES GUBENATORIAL RUN

Remember Mayor Knight, the mayor of the abortion capital of our nation? Our friend who tried to outlaw the Christian witness on the streets of Wichita this past summer. We said often that it takes a village to kill a child, referring to the city of Wichita and her culpability in child killing. Well, Bob Knight is the mayor of that village. Now he is running for Governor with a "Pro-life" moniker attached to his candidacy. The saints in Wichita exposed his utter hypocrisy by attending his press conference with the pictures that graphically expose what he really believes. If you love child killing, you will love Bob Knight as Governor!

STORMING THE GATES OF HELL IN JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI

It was our great privilege to be invited once again by John and Candy Summers, home school leaders for the state of Missouri, to address home schoolers right in the rotunda of the state capitol building. The busy legislative business of the day seemed to come to a halt when the Christians began to call our nation to repentance and to remember her Godly heritage. It was a powerful time as the Name of Jesus was lifted high and often by Pastor David Vaughn, Bill Federer (author of America's God and Country), and several others. The theme was: "Lift up your heads, O you gates; … that the King of glory may come in." Psalm 24:9. The gates were lifted up and Jesus entered in. It was glorious!

LEADERS GATHER IN CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA

Fifty leaders from around the country gathered in North Carolina in February to discuss the National Event in Dallas and confronting the bride of Christ with her responsibility for the shedding of innocent blood in the great American holocaust. Hearing the mighty works that God is doing in our nation was absolutely astounding. I only wish that all of you could have heard these reports and taken heart. The battle for the lives of children truly is being won as simple Christians in seemingly insignificant places go by families to the exposed places in the wall, and meet the enemy head on. The gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church of Jesus Christ!

Abortion in America will come to an end when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end, and not one second sooner. Have you made up your mind? For tapes of the meeting, call us.

"GOD IS GOING BACK TO SCHOOL" CAMPAIGN, Spring, 2002 (March - May)

PURPOSE: Once again this spring, Christians from across the nation will be taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the tragic truth about child killing to the very gates of hell - the local high school!

God has been expelled from school and banished from the schoolyard. He has been replaced with plummeting SAT scores, metal detectors, condoms, drugs, gangs, and violence. It is our mandate as Christians to bring God back to our public schools, Ten Commandments and all.

We've tried being elected to school boards, we've tried legislative initiatives, we've tried working thorough the court system. Today we are going to the very place where God has been expelled (Engle v. Vitale, 1962) - the government high school.

METHOD: Our venue will be the public sidewalk. This is not a picket. It is a public proclamation! Moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas, Pastors and youth ministers will be publicly repenting before God and before our children by carrying large scripture signs, graphic pictures of living and aborted children, and Gospel tracts. Our public repentance will give Almighty God reason to act!

MATERIALS: We can be very effective with five people - three to hold large picture and scripture signs and two to share the gospel and pass out literature. We will go to the schools two times a week using the sidewalk as our venue. It will require an hour each day, either before or after school. You will not be going alone.

RESULTS: More than anything we have done in recent memory, the "God is Going Back to School" campaign has brought the Gospel truth to the gates of hell. In three months (March - May) we will touch more young lives for Jesus Christ than we have in years. It is an awesome experience to see what God can do when He is brought into the battle through the lives of His people.

-Over 169 cities participated in the three-month-long campaign.
-Over 500 high schools have been visited (many several times over).
-Hundreds of thousands of pieces of literature have been distributed.
-Many new friends joined us in the battle.
-Many kids have confessed Jesus as Savior and Lord.
-Several precious babies have been saved.
-Thousands of kids are changing their mind about abortion.
-Many Christian teachers are having a chance to speak the Truth.
-Many kids are finding forgiveness for previous abortions.
-Kids are asking us to join their Bible studies at school.
-Many kids are choosing to save sex until marriage.
-School newspapers are now filled with editorials about abortion.
-Pastors are being brought back into the fray.
-Christian students have been encouraged to stand up for Jesus.
-God is again becoming relevant in the government high schools.
-The Truth is being proclaimed.
-The lie is being exposed.
-The battle for the hearts and minds of our kids is being won.

All of this is happening, not because of some great change of heart in our nation's government schools, but because Christians are willing to take the battle right to the enemy's gate. We win when we are there! Our God has promised that the gates of hell cannot prevail against His church. He is right, and we praise Him for it!

This massive frontal assault on the sacrosanct domain of the NEA and Planned Parenthood has put the Church of Jesus Christ on the offensive. While this may appear offensive to some, we are convinced that thousands of lives are being transformed and saved by the sowing of God's Word into the hearts of our kids.

Yes, it is confrontational. But, if we love someone, sometimes the kindest thing we can do is tell him the truth (Leviticus 19:17). GOD IS GOING BACK TO SCHOOL - Q & A

Why High Schools?

It is in the schools of America where the battle for the heart and soul of our nation's children is raging.

If Johnny is, after all, just an accidental grouping of atoms and molecules, what difference does it make whether or not he can read, write, compute, or distinguish right from wrong? The fact that God has been expelled from school and banished from the schoolyard is reaping an increasingly ugly harvest. SAT scores have plummeted. One third of our high school graduates are functionally illiterate (they've been taught how to use a condom but can't read the directions on the package). Teen suicide rates are up 300 percent since 1962. Blood is coursing down the corridors of our schools. Violence, drugs, gangs, and condoms have replaced God, leaving virtual anarchy to reign.

Why should we be surprised that the most violent place in America today, apart from the local abortion mill, is the local high school?

It is precisely this thievery of our kids' destiny and design by the purveyors of godless public education that we seek to confront at the gates of our schools. We are coming to the gates knowing that once we are there, they will be lifted up so that King Jesus may enter in. Jesus is our answer! "Give us aid against the enemy, for the help of man is worthless. With God we will gain the victory, and He will trample down our enemies." Psalm 60:11-12.

Why Graphic Signs?

Our nation's children need to know that the choices they make and the actions they take have lasting consequences.
The pictures we carry provide a pictorial essay and real warning of the horrors that befall a culture that turns its back on a Holy God. Life and blessing are ours when we honor Him and His Law. This is visibly demonstrated by the picture of a live baby. Contrast this with the graphic pictures of children ripped apart by abortion, and you epitomize the cost of walking away from the precepts and principles found in God's law. "This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live…" Deuteronomy 30:19.

Is This Terrorism?

No! The truth brings terror only to the one who is doing wrong. He fears being exposed. In order to avoid the horrible truth that these pictures uncover, the enemy attempts to point his finger at someone else - us! When one loses an argument, he resorts to an argument "ad hominem" (name calling). Planned Parenthood and its ilk seek to paint all Christians who are telling the truth and living our their faith in the public forum as "wild eyed, fundamentalist, lunatic, terrorists." "Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?" Galatians 4:16.

Do These Pictures Traumatize Children?

No! They traumatize adults attempting to deny the truth and the horror of abortion!
These pictures do not traumatize kids, no matter how young, when they have parents who believe abortion is wrong and do everything they can to speak for and protect these defenseless children. My 6 and 8 year-old children know that this is a picture of a baby who is hurt. They also know that their mom and dad are doing everything they can to help protect these voiceless children. It is the kids whose parents tell them that abortion is a mother's choice that are terrorized and traumatized. They are left wondering if mom and dad would "choose" to do the same thing to them. "Do not hate your brother in your heart. Rebuke your neighbor frankly so you will not share in his guilt." Leviticus 19:17.

Is This Extreme?

No! This is what parents do when they feel their children are in danger. The horrible pictures of traffic accidents used prolifically in driver's education courses are not viewed as extreme. They teach what words cannot. The pictures of Jews stacked like cords of wood outside Nazi concentration camps are not considered extreme when exposing the murderous lie of Nazism. In fact, pictures are never considered extreme when one tries to rescue children from a treacherous lie

We will make no attempt to appear fair and open-minded with the lies and "cover-ups" of the enemy. In so doing we believe that God Himself will give our kids eyes to see the horror of abortion and a desire to stand for Him and for them. "Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." Ephesians 5:11.

Would God Carry Such Graphic Pictures?

He already has. That's right! When words fail, God speaks to us in living parables (pictures). Jesus was and is God's most graphic picture of His magnificent love toward us. Jesus became a living parable of the high cost and degrading horror of our sin. It cost Him His life. He was publicly humiliated and hung naked on a cross. He was wounded, bruised, and marred beyond even looking like a man. Jesus was and is God's picture of His love for us. It was a graphic picture!

God painted this graphic picture, the death of His Son, so that we might understand the horror of our own sin and the depth of His love. It was an ugly death. It was and still is repugnant to our senses. It was and still is disturbing. It creates within our hearts a conflict that we would just as soon ignore. But because He loves us He drew this graphic picture. The price for our sin meant the death of His Son. "But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8.

The Entire Sacrificial System Points to God's Graphic Ways!

Sacrifice was acceptable only on the basis of very graphic procedures. God was using the sacrificial system as a pedagogical device to show His people the severity of sin. "Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins." Can you imagine laying your hand on the head of a precious lamb and slitting its throat with the other? Can you imagine watching the crimson blood flow as the animal dies in your hands? The flowing red blood was a graphic teacher of the severity of sin. It prepared those in Old Testament times for the coming of the final sacrifice, Jesus Christ.
