 Nationwide Confrontation of Federal Courts 

In an all out effort to stop the judicial tyranny that is destroying the biblical fabric of our nation, Christians will be conducting courts of their own in front of federal court buildings across America. “We are not waiting for Republicans, the President, or the Congress to move – we must act now!” said Rev. Flip Benham, Director of Operation Rescue/Operation Save America.

“The Supreme Court of the United States of America and her sister federal courts believe and have asserted themselves to be god. We, the Church of Jesus Christ, will contend with this foolish and arrogant assertion. After confronting the lower courts on September 25, 2003, we will move to Washington, D.C., where, on October 6, we will conduct an Ecclesiastical Court on the Supreme Court steps. Six specific charges will be brought against her. We will establish that the Supreme Court has shaken its tiny fist in the face of Almighty God once too often. An accounting has come!”
