Dr. Alan Keyes, presidential hopeful, preaching his heart out at the largest Planned Parenthood abortion mill in the country in Denver, Colorado. While all eyes were on the Convention Center in Denver during the Democratic National Convention in August, heaven’s eyes were upon the faithful at Martin Luther King Jr. Park adjacent to Planned Parenthood’s newest and largest killing center. Dr. Keyes, with the help of Colorado Right to Life and American Right to Life, led the Church of Jesus Christ right to the gates of hell. It is here where the battle will be won. Since abortion is preeminently a Gospel issue, the only institution ordained by God to crush this monstrous lie is the Church of Jesus Christ. Neither Democrats nor Republicans will bring abortion to an end until the battle is won in the streets by the Church of Jesus Christ.

 An official Guinness Book of World Records attempt to display the largest ever protest sign has succeeded. The 530-foot tall and 666-foot wide message is being shouted from the mountaintops overlooking the Democratic National Convention with the leading 2008 protest message.
Depending on their location, thousands of DNC delegates and journalists can look out their hotel windows to the west to see the sign. Sponsored by American RTL Action, the message initially appeared with three enormous 160-foot tall, bright yellow letters, D-N-C, stacked on top of each other.

Small Victories ministry prayed for favor this day as we headed out to deliver God’s mail to the celebrants of Labor Day in Granite City , IL . This holiday signifies the end of summer and we honor and remember the backbone of the working force. We had no idea what the Lord had in store for us, but He did and sufficed all our needs.
As Hurricane Gustav was coming ashore in Louisiana , we were experiencing our own tornadic activity at this parade. It’s always fun going into the enemy’s camp. But this day was much more like a hornet’s nest, only we the remnant were doing the stinging in love.

As a Christian mother who raised my kids in church, imagine my surprise when one Friday night last month I found my 16 year old daughter was not where she told me she would be for the next few days, on a camping trip with a friend. I talked to her friend's mom first (later turned out it wasn’t her mom on the phone). I really had a gut feeling something was wrong on Thursday night when she went to the friend’s. They were supposed to leave Friday morning. I got up early Friday and ran to the friend’s house and no one would answer the door. I felt something was really wrong, so I made many calls that day, without getting a hold of anyone. I looked everywhere and the mom of the friend and friend she was supposed to go with would not tell me where to find her.

Pastor Flip and family drove here all the way from North Carolina to fellowship and minister with us on the streets. We had a great weekend with them, it went by too fast! Friday night we had a bible study at our home, Saturday morning we ministered on the streets in New Haven. The baby killing business was very slow, thank God! Sunday we had a awesome church service. Kelly and Colbi did a special music ministry and Flip taught us. We were so blessed to have Faye, Jonathan and Abby with us this time. If anyone wants a copy of the DVD, let me know.

Saints, this Tuesday, September 2nd, I stand trial for a recent arrest at the "gay pride" event in Wichita, KS. After I (and all Spirit One Christians) paid to get in were ordered under the threat of arrest to leave the rented public park - I was standing on the sidewalk outside the park (the sergeant wanted information from me saying that someone had seen me passing out flyers in the park) (though I was approached almost immediately upon entering the park and did not have time to pass out anything) and I told him I had not done anything illegal and had not passed out anything and that I would not provide any information.

We just want you all to know that Flip did not send out any of the emails prior to the Democratic National Convention about Randall Terry and Troy Newman. It appears that whoever wrote these letters created a fake screen name. It takes a coward to send out sarcastic slanderous allegations without signing his name. This is biblically wrong. Anytime Flip gets anything like this with no name, it goes right into the garbage. We do not need to be spreading evil reports that contaminate many in the body of Christ.
We who know Flip and his family will vouch for his character and righteousness. It is a sad day in America when those who are supposed to be Christians cause strife and division between brethren so they can raise more money. If someone has aught against his brother, then go to him. Please pray for the Lord to deal with those who need to be dealt with and that God would have His way in all of this.

 The largest Planned Parenthood in America is now running at full throttle in Colorado. This used to be an old beat up building but now with the help of tax payers money and blood money from the least of these among us; it has become a state of the art killing center that Hitler himself would be proud of. This Planned Parenthood was the first one of its kind 40 years ago. This is where the killing of baby boys and baby girls in America began!

Brothers and sisters from across the nation will be gathering in Denver, Colorado, during the Democratic National Convention August 25-28, to lift up the Gospel of Christ at the gates of hell. No, I am not referring to the DNC itself, though it is certainly one manifestation of the gates of hell. I am referring to the four abortion mills in the city of Denver and, in particular, the new state of the art mega Planned Parenthood killing center that just opened its doors a couple of months ago.
Our hope in ending abortion does not rest with the Democratic or Republican Parties. It rests with us – the Church of Jesus Christ.
When the theology of the Church house becomes biography in the streets, the battle will be won!

Shelley Clegg is answering a question that many of us will have to answer concerning John McCain and his “pro-life” stance. After his splendid performance at the Saddleback forum with Rick Warren one would think that Senator McCain is a pro-life stalwart. Nothing could be further from the truth. He believes that the issue of abortion should be resolved at the state level. That relieves him of all responsibility for protecting unborn citizens – “not my job man.” In other words, as with Senator Obama, resolving the issue of abortion is above his pay grade. Though he has said that he believes that life begins at conception, he also believes that a mother has a right to kill her child if she perceives her own life to be in danger, or if that child is conceived as a result of rape or incest.
This position of the Republican “exception clauses” is not tenable if John McCain believes that life begins at conception. You can’t have it both ways! Mr. McCain believes in, and has voted for, embryonic stem cell research. How can a man who believes that life begins at conception also believe that we can cannibalize the tiniest (least of these my brethren) children in order to find cures for our own diseases? Since when were we called to lay another’s life down for our own benefit?
John McCain has been a United States Senator for over twenty years and has not once sponsored a truly pro-life piece of legislation during his tenure. If saving the lives of baby boys and girls scheduled for abortion were a priority for Senator McCain, he would most certainly have authored or sponsored some bill to declare them persons. He had every opportunity to do just that as a United States Senator during the years 2000-2006. He had a Republican White House, a Republican Senate, and a Republican House. Abortion could have been brought to an end had he sought to dirty his hands with this nasty issue. Yet he did nothing to speak on behalf of unborn children. He did, however, garner for himself the name “Maverick” as he sidled up with those who believe that a mother’s right to choose eclipses a child’s right to live.
The National Right to Life has indeed given him a high “pro-life” voting record, but lets consider a few of the pieces of legislation he voted for. Sure enough, he has voted for a number of “pro-life” bills (Parental Notification, Parental Consent, Informed Consent, Fetal Pain, Twenty-four Hour Waiting Period, Partial Birth Abortion Ban, ad nauseam), but even the devil himself would have voted for these.
Yes, the devil would have voted for each one of these pieces of legislation. Heck, he was probably the proud sponsor and author of them. Why? Because each one of these pieces of legislation contain within them the tiny unwritten caveat: and then you can kill the baby. That’s right! Notify the parents, and then you can kill the baby. Get mom and dad’s consent, and then you can kill the baby. Wait twenty-four hours, and then you can kill the baby. Anesthetize the child, and then you can kill the baby. Keep the child’s head in the womb, and then you can kill the baby.
For a man who believes that God’s Word is true and that life does indeed begin at conception, and for him to then bargain with the devil over who gets to live and who dies – this is a true abomination. For a man who does not know the God of the Bible and believes that to determine when life begins is above his pay grade, then he is at least telling the truth about his own foolishness.

 Small Victories Ministry brought the truth of abortion to over 35,000 Democratic supporters in Springfield , Illinois today in sweltering heat and humidity.
Angela and Daniel Michael and some of their 12 children showed the Obamanites that you can’t serve two masters. Obama claims to be a Christian and Biden is a pro-choice Catholic.
The police harassed us and told us to get out, but we were able to greet Illinois Lt. Governor Pat Quinn and other dignitaries as they were making their entrance to the grandstand surrounding the Old State Capitol building in Springfield, Illinois where the most liberal, pro-abortion presidential candidate was about to present his running mate, Senator Joe Biden, another pro-abort.

It is not going to be at the downtown Convention Center, nor will it be at the 70,000 seat capacity football stadium that will host the “Acceptance Speech” of Barak Obama. No, the most important meetings taking place in Denver will be at Martin Luther King Park, located one block from the largest Planned Parenthood abortuary in America.
That’s right! The issue that both Democrat and Republican politicians wish would just go away will take center stage at the Power in the Park rallies. Abortion, the lie that has taken the lives of over 50 million American children and the lives of hundreds of millions world wide, will be exposed for murderous lie it is and crushed by the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Just as all eyes were on Rome, the nexus of all political power and influence in the world 2,008 years ago, so the eyes of the world will be on Denver this August 25-28. Little attention was paid to a seemingly unimportant event that took place in the tiny city of Bethlehem where a child was born. It was from this infinitesimally small beginning, when the Word of God became flesh, that the whole world was soon to be turned upside down.
The Word of God will become flesh again in Martin Luther King Park as gentle Christians allow their theology to become biography in the streets of Denver. Our hope does not rest on Republicans or Democrats, it rest squarely upon the shoulders of Almighty God Himself.

 As we co-labor with our Lord on the streets of Bridgeport, remember, Jesus told us, "The servant is not greater than the Lord, if they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you." John 15:20. Like Paul, when we preach Jesus, we will be rejected by an unbelieving world. We see it everyday. But even Paul was once a non-believer who harassed "Jesus people".
We also get condescension from compromised religious world. Pastor James Miller is the only clergy that comes out to the mill on a regular basis. There are hundreds of pastors in Bridgeport, but they are all hiding in their church buildings as little children are massacred to death in their community on 3787 Main Street.

11:30 A.M. 8/16 update - Dave is doing well, just has a little pain and pressure on his head. When we pray for Dave we have to pray that it does not hurt too bad when they take the staples out in a week and a half. He has 50 staples and he said he dreads getting them out, he already went to the mill today and witnessed to a Muslim. Praise God!

As they got closer to the clinic door, one of the young girls stopped and put her head down. She seemed hesitant to go any further. I think she was crying. The mother put her arm around her and encouraged her to go in. It was one of the saddest things I’ve ever witnessed.

 See this precious little girl above in the picture? Well, Tuesday when we were at the mill her mom called me over to her car and said "See that little girl back there, she would not be here if it wasn't for you.....you stopped me from getting an abortion years ago." Well Praise be to our God, that He allows us to be co-laborers with Him as we come out to the streets to save lives and souls for Him. We have their phone number and I hope they will come to church so we can disciple them. Please keep them in your prayers (Denise and Bianca). God is so good to let us see some of the "fruit of our labor."

 Flip and Faye had a great "last supper" last night (Wed.) at Macaroni Grill (Dave's choice) with Dave and Denise and company. It was a great time of fellowship. They laughed and joked and then they went before the Lord in prayer. Dave was in the hospital this morning (Thursday) for his preparation at 5:30 AM CST. Flip, Faye, family and friends prayed for him before he went in. They asked the Great Physician himself to be the surgeon and bring complete healing to Dave. (As you can imagine with Dave and Flip there, it was a lighthearted atmosphere. Dave went in laughing. Praise God.)

 Please pray for Pastor Ed Martin who lives in Florida. He has had two surgeries on his eye and now needs another. It is full of blood and scar tissue. There is a 70% success rate of this surgery. If he does not do it he can be blind in that one eye. We stand in the gap for Pastor Ed and believe God for a good report.
Pray for Mrs. Martin too, she has Epstein-Barr Syndrome and is exhausted all the time.

 Faye and I will be traveling to Birmingham, Alabama this next Wednesday, August 13, to have another “Last Supper” with Dave before this, his third major brain surgery (Thursday August 14th) These “Last Suppers” are becoming quite common and are getting very expensive as he always like to go to the “Cheesecake Factory.”
