Ah yes, the oh-so-tolerant-human-rights liberals who stranglehold a state government thanks in part to a brain-dead Christian Church. Notice the twisting of language and the contortions of logic to defend the indefensible.

Albany , NY (LifeNews.com) -- The state of New York is attempting to stifle a lawsuit seeking to make “Choose Life” license plates available. Although the lawsuit cites the free speech protection of the first amendment, New York Assistant Solicitor General Jennifer Grace Miller told the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals that the statement “Choose Life” could lead to road rage.

Judge Dennis Jacobs agreed, suggesting that allowing the phrase could open the door to messages from extremist groups.

“If you win, then white supremacist organizations and the Ku Klux Klan can have license plates,” said Judge Jacobs. “There'd be a lot of road rage following that.”

"This case should be of great interest and concern to all New Yorkers, whether they are pro-life or not, because New York has always vigorously defended freedom of speech and equal treatment under the law for every citizen, not just some, " said Dr. Elizabeth Rex, President of The Children First Foundation.

"What is utterly and 'patently offensive' is that Governor Pataki, Attorney General Spitzer, and the DMV are all involved in violating the Constitution, abusing their political offices, and wasting tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars defending an absolutely egregious case of government censorship and discrimination," added Dr. Rex.

The state argued, in a written submission to the appeals court, that the Children First Foundation's plate was rejected in order “to avoid any appearance of governmental support for either side in the divisive national abortion debate.”

The New York State DMV has approved over 200 plates for organizations including labor unions, and religious organizations.

The "Choose Life" license plate originated in Florida and has been approved in 12 other states. More than 60,000 motorists have now raised over $5 million dollars to fund pregnancy resource centers and maternity homes.

Yeh, why of course, road rage will happen!!!. They don't want the license plate for one obvious reason and it's not fear of road rage: they disagree with its message . They are owned by huge NYS leftward organizations and activist groups who not only are major contributors but who keep them on a very short leash lest they wander off the politically correct reservation.

OTOH, as the Talmud says: if you want to see dedication, look to the wicked; how dedicated they are to their evil ways.   Give proChoice liberals and PP high marks for dedication. If the proposed license plate said " Choose Abortion; it's Your Reproductive Right ", do you think a nominal proLife politician guv would rush into court to say "Judge, we can't have this; it will provoke road rage".  Not on his life! The so-called proLife politician has no one to fear like the proAbort politician has, least of all from the Church and the ProLife Movement. Remember all the so-called proLife politicians [including Jesse Jackson] in the seventies who suddenly switched and became ProChoice because the whole world seemed to have gone proChoice?

Now is the time to speak truth about the upcoming Washington March. As Christians we boycott it [one may however go down there, not to march and lobby and mess heads, but to evangelize unto Truth and away from politics]because it's not what God wants. If it were, it would have brought down the stronghold of baby-killing immediately [read your bible: that's how God brings down strongholds, not by lobbying, but by one Goliath crash often with mountains of bloodshed. Shall we forget how God put Israel to the sword or to slavery using our old friends Tiglath-Pileser, Shalmaneser, Sennacherib, Sargon, Nebuchadnezzer et al.?].

If you call yourself a Christian, it's beneath your dignity as a Christian to beg crumbs from politicians for God's precious infants. The politicians do not have the power to make abortion illegal because if they do, they must also have the power to make it legal. That's how the system works politically.

Did America 's Founding Fathers on July 4, 1776 say "We hold these truths to be subject to a vote of the Congress" -- or to a vote of the Supreme Court?

Politicians including judges have to be taught they don't have life and death power which belongs only to God. The surest way to mess up their heads is to lobby them....  Lobbying is the church's cop-out substitution for the hard work of Life. And so the answer to the Founding Fathers question is: "no, these Truths are self-evident".

Self-evident? SELF-EVIDENT???  Oh really?  Then why are the politicians so blind?
Answer: Because the Church and the ProLife Movement are also blind. And the Church will have more to answer for. Why?

For the same reason religious leaders were once told by Jesus, "If you were merely blind, there would be nothing in that; but you say you see, and so your sin remains." John 9:41  

The proAborts don't claim to see. It's the ProLife movement that claims to see but in fact it sees everything except the next Mother and Child.  It sees abstractions created by the ProChoice movement. As the old saying goes [spoken by the next infant about to be dismembered]: "with friends like this, who needs enemies?"

Once the Founding Charter [Decl. of Independence ] is violated by a country's national government, e.g. the Supreme Court, one cannot get it undone by politics; it can only be undone by acknowledgement of sin and repentance. This will be resisted by the Powers of Hell with every lie, deceit and machination [including threats] they can muster.

Skip the Washington March. Go to your nearest Molech and repent on your knees.  /frfr
