It would seem that Pastor Livingston of Central Church of God in Charlotte, NC. is a pulpiteer and not a practitioner!   Pulpiteers are pastors who preach a biblically sound message with conviction, but when it comes to fleshing the message out with action, they fall short.  Unfortunately, there are too many ministers like Pastor Livingston who claim a high view of scripture from the pulpit but in reality are functional secularists when circumstances call for them to be practitioner’s of  “It Is Written!”
