Operation Save America received an angry response from one writer following Thursday's God is Going Back to School proclamation at South Rowan High School in Rowan County, North Carolina. This is the school whose school board wimped out when faced with students, dupes of the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN), wanting to start a Gay-Straight Alliance. See Flip's reply.

Listen here that is my sister that started the GSA at South Rowan High. She is 16 and you DO NOT have the right to put her and her friends pictures on your web site. So i'll tell you this... you don't remove it and you will have a lawsuit on you and your "friends". My sister and her friends are not nieve, every single one of them; including my sister, are in honor classes or above average classes. They are not stupid. Really I think that you are.

I'm one of the one's that was holding the sign this morning. You need to find a real Bible. The one you have must not say that God loves everybody NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!! You need to stop NOW!!! I know that being gay isn't right but that is them and I can't do anything about it. If you are trying to win people to Christ this isn't the way to do it. You have to remember you are dealing with KIDS not adults!! Kids will not listen to you if you force them to do something they don't want to do. Besides that ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE!!!

Dear Kimberly,

Thank you for your very kind response to the Gospel proclamation at South Rowan High School.  Your sister and the two others who began "Gay Straight Alliance" wanted their pictures taken.  They are very proud of what they have accomplished.  They really have no idea of what is behind their school club.  They are indeed naive, which doesn't at all mean they're stupid or ignorant, for they are being used by a very large organization called the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN).  This is a God-hating group that seeks to bully its way into our public schools and force the acceptance of homosexuality down the throats of our teachers and kids.  Your sister has been tragically seduced by a lie.

This calls for biblical love; a love that cares enough to become involved, tell the truth, and intervene.  I met your sister on Wednesday and liked her very much.  She is a sharp young lady.  But she desperately needs Jesus to bring real purpose into her life.  I say "real purpose" because He is the One who made her and only He knows the way she should go.  Homosexuality is not that way.

How can I make this judgment?  Simply by reading the Bible in its context.  That is why we passed out the brochure on Thursday explaining why all Christians make judgments and distinguish between that which is good and that which is evil.
