Enough is Enough! “Thus says the Lord God: ‘ ENOUGH, O princes of Israel! Remove violence and plundering, execute justice and righteousness, and stop dispossessing My people,' says the Lord God. Ezekiel 45:9 On Thursday, January 22nd, in the year of our Lord 2004, men of God will be leading the Church of Jesus Christ to the gates of the federal judiciary in Bridgeport, CT. Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas, Assistant Director of Operation Rescue/Operation Save America, a native son from Bridgeport now living in Waco, TX, will be leading the charge. Concerned Christians will gather at 11:30 am at the Federal Courthouse on the corner of State Street and Lafayette Boulevard in Bridgeport. “Enough is enough,” stated Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas. “The citizens of CT. and America need to recognize there are two enemies to liberty, immorality and licentiousness amongst “We the People” and governmental tyranny. You can't have one without the other. For the last forty years or so, we have witnessed a long train of abuses by our federal courts as American citizens have cast off every moral restraint. When will we awake to righteousness in our personal lives in order to deal with the federal judiciary who under the color of law, destroy the substance of our liberty. It is high time for the Constitutional chains to be placed back on these rouge courts that legislate from the bench. It is time for the church and all concerned citizens to repent of our sins and idolatry, rise up, and roll back this tyranny before it is too late." Rev. Thomas concluded his remarks by stating, “Let the ‘Gentle Revolution' begin.” Pastor James Miller, Sr. Pastor of Gospel Light Community Church in Bridgeport who is one of the pastors participating in the Ecclesiastical Court stated, "I agree with Dr. John Dresher who said ‘The New Testament teaches that loyalty and relation of the Christian to the government is a limited one: To pray and honor always, to overthrow never and to obey when not in conflict to God's will.' (1 Tim. 2:1&2, Acts 5:29) I stand in disagreement with the Supreme Court decisions that violate the laws of God, nature and conscience.” Father Francis McCloskey, leader of Scripture Wall, from the Albany, NY Archdiocese, stated, “Tough love often means reprimanding a loved one in the short term in order to better embrace him over the long term. The loved one often hates the short term reprimand but in the long term he thanks you for the correction, which brought him back on track. And so with the courts. They have gone off God's rails and need to be reprimanded in the short term in order to better love them for the long haul. Some day the judges will say: "thanks for getting us back on the Founder's tracks." FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas (254) 836-1037 or (254) 715-3134
