I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter hidden things, things from of old- what we have heard and known, what our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders He has done. He decreed statues for Jacob, and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our forefathers to teach their children so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. Gentle Christians exposed pro-abortion Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich's evil agenda to promote the chemical abortion pill to our college age children. That's just what we parents sacrifice and toil for, to send our kids to school to have sex with anything that moves and throw abortion pills at them. Good job Gov!

The Lord's remnant delivered His mail this day outside the campus entrance to one of the largest growing universities in Southern Illinois. A public hearing was underway on the proposal that would require all Illinois pharmacies to have to inform patrons of their right to have abortifacient prescriptions filled. They were there to collect public opinion of the plan…But it looks like the big pro-life groups were all asleep at the wheel, once again. Only a small group stood prayerfully proclaiming God's truth and how He feels about abortion. If you remember a few months back four Illinois pharmacists made international headlines due to the fact that they refused to dispense the morning-after pill, or any abortifacient for that matter, because of their religious beliefs that life begins at conception and to dispense these drugs would take an innocent life. The morning-after pill is a chemical abortion. RU 486 is “Hitler in a pill.” All four were fired on the spot for refusing to personally fill those prescriptions.

April last year, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich issued an emergency rule, which became permanent in August, requiring pharmacies that sell contraceptives to fill prescriptions for the “morning-after pill.”

Daniel, Savanah, Mia, and Taylor Michael stood in the median of the road leading to the Edwardsville campus and held signs protesting abortion and the Illinois pharmacy requirement. Daniel and his wife, Angela, run the pro-life group Small Victories Ministry from their home in Highland. Mia's shirt read: “Help cure abortion” on the front, and on the back, “Abortion: the leading cause of death in America ” which was featured on TV and in the newspapers.

Photographers, TV cameramen, and journalists were intrigued by the graphic pictures of what an abortion really looks like and the Scripture signs they held. They began interviewing all four and shooting footage. Daniel told reporters the morning-after pill is essentially a “chemical abortion,” and that pharmacists shouldn't have to provide it if doing so conflicts with their religious beliefs.

“We're here today to let the government know that all forms of abortion are murder in God's eyes,” he said. Femi-nazis from Planned Parenthood Council, ACLU, St. Louis Planned Parenthood, Illinois National Organization Women, and Hope Abortion Clinic, just to name a few, wore their big buttons stating, “Fill my pills NOW!” as they reveled in favor of this death warrant and urged its passage. “A prescription counter is not a pulpit,” a Hope(less) Abortion Clinic counselor whined. She then went on to say she recently counseled a woman who lost her 8 week old fetus, and “fetus” is the catch word here because it's still not a baby to those that hate them. Supposedly, this pregnant woman's physician prescribed the abortion pill and four pharmacies would not fill it. Well, in the first place, you don't prescribe the morning-after pill for an 8 week old baby and the RU 486 is a very dangerous drug. It's killed eight women, that we know of, since its inception. Most professional gynecologists and obstetricians would have admitted this woman to the hospital and performed a D&C procedure and removed the baby that way, which is safer to the mother.

Illinois has become the dumping ground of the Midwest as women come from 20 surrounding states to kill their babies in Granite City, despite botched abortions and lawsuits against this notorious local abortion mill.

As long as the saints keep sleeping the death machine will continue. 1 Thessalonians 5:6“ So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober.”

           Oh men of God arise and awake from your slumber.

Rule on contraceptives gets backing

More than 20 people came to the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville campus Friday for a public hearing on a proposal that would require all pharmacies in Illinois to inform customers of their right to have contraceptive prescriptions filled.

In April last year, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich issued an emergency rule, which became permanent in August, requiring pharmacies that sell contraceptives to fill prescriptions for the "morning-after pill."

The emergency contraceptive, which is only effective for up to a week after conception, is intended to prevent ovulation or fertilization of an egg but also can stop a fertilized embryo from implanting in a woman's uterus. It has no effect after the embryo is embedded.

Friday's hearing, intended to collect public comment on the plan, was the last of three held by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, which proposed the rule. Previous sessions were held in Urbana and Gurnee. The proposal now goes to the state Legislature's Joint Committee on Administrative Rules. The rule could take effect by the fall if it isn't blocked by the committee.

Michael said the morning-after pill is essentially a "chemical abortion," and that pharmacists shouldn't have to provide it if doing so conflicts with their religious beliefs.

"We're here today to let the government know that all forms of abortion are murder in God's eyes," he said.

Speakers at the hearing overwhelmingly favored the new proposal, which would mandate that all pharmacies post signs to inform women of their right to receive their prescribed contraceptives, including the morning-after pill, "without hassles, lectures or delay." The signs also would have to tell customers how to file complaints with the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Most of those at the hearing represented various groups favoring the proposal, including the Illinois Planned Parenthood Council, the Illinois Coalition against Sexual Assault, the Illinois chapter of the National Organization for Women and NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri. Several who spoke said they knew women who had encountered uncooperative pharmacists while trying to fill their prescriptions.

Proposed rule

The rule proposed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation would require pharmacies that dispense contraceptives to prominently post an 8.5-by-11-inch sign with instructions on how to file a complaint and informing customers that:

Prescriptions must be filled "without hassles, lectures or delay."

If a contraceptive is out of stock, the pharmacy must cooperate with the customer's doctor to determine a suitable alternative, order the contraceptive or transfer the prescription to another pharmacy.

Customers can get their prescription slip back any time before dispensing.
