Midyear figures: 1000 babies born who were scheduled for abortion in one Michigan city!!!

by Chris Coatney

I was informed today that 1000 babies were born this year to clients of the Lennon Center, a Crisis Pregnancy Center in Dearborn Heights, and that 400 of those babies were born to clients referred by the outreach at American Family Planning. I can hardly believe that so many of the women that we've reached out to have actually chosen life! Since 2004 figures are not available, I don't know how many were born last year, but figures for 2001-2003 are 518, 657, and 737, respectively. If 1000 babies were born by the halfway point of this year, however, that means we're on track for 2000 live births through the end of December. That's an unbelievable figure.

Some of those babies would have been born anyway, but I have to assume the majority would have been aborted. If I didn't know better I would think someone was making things up, but I know the character of the people who run that place too well to believe that.

Can you imagine what it would be like if we had people reaching out at all the abortion mills in America? As Rev. Benham says, we need to get the salt out of the salt shaker and start making theology biography in the streets of this ugly old world. I feel like these unborn babies are my own family members and I take it very personally when they are executed without mercy and I know God will judge those who could have intervened but refused to do so.

The sad news, besides the 5 or 6 babies killed today: a young lady who used to ride our church bus had an abortion 3 weeks ago. I didn't recognize her so I know she wasn't a regular, but her mother recognized me. They came back for a post-abortion follow-up exam and she said she was so embarrassed to see me there 3 weeks ago that she couldn't even talk to me.

I felt so hurt. If I'd only known. I would have done anything to save that little baby's life. Louise, the mother, said she took my literature 3 weeks ago and checked it out on the internet and could see that I was telling the truth about black genocide. She said she wishes now that they had kept the baby. Don't you wish they had, too? How long is this going to go on, Lord? Have you made our hearts fat, ears heavy, and closed our eyes to keep us from repenting and being healed, as Isaiah said in 6:11?

The glad news: a lady who attends Greater Grace in Detroit named Mrs. Robinson pulled up next to me in her car with young men that looked like her sons. She held her hand out the window and asked for some literature to take to a lady who has an abortion scheduled somewhere tomorrow. Bless God for people with love in their hearts like that!

I've been going through a really rough spell the last 2-3 weeks because so many abortions have been performed and because so few people have accepted literature or been willing to talk but the last 2-3 days hearts have started warming up again. I want to thank God for all who have prayed and offered encouragement. Your prayers really do help.

I just pray that the God of Heaven would shake this city loose from the demonic oppression of the enemy and set the captives free.
