The State of Texas v Judy Kreller & Dorothy Boyett

The State of Texas v Judy Kreller & Dorothy Boyett
Lubbock, Texas October 29th, 2003

Judy & Dorothy have been on the sidewalk outside Aaron's Women's (abortion) Clinic for over 10 years. They are out there if it is 100 degrees or 20 degrees handed out Bible tracts and witnessing to anyone who will listen. Even though they both work as R.N.'s they spend more than 30 hours each week interceding for those who have no voice. During 2003 Twenty-three mothers have come out of the building and told them that they had changed their mind and were going to let their baby live. Many more drive away after viewing the large pictures of first trimester aborted babies.

Judy & Dorothy have endured much persecution over the years from both the abortion facility and neighboring businesses. They have been "hosed down" by clinic personnel and soaked by lawn sprinklers placed on the sidewalk. This year the Citizens Traffic Commission voted to place no parking signs on the street but was over ruled (thanks to your support) by the City Council. In April of this year the abortion clinic claimed that Judy & Dorothy were on their property. Judy & Dorothy deny knowledge of this. On just the security guards word and a poor quality picture, the district attorney's office proceeded with prosecution. Keith Thompson, Attorney-at-law, is representing Dorothy & Judy. Today they were offered a plea bargain of a year's probation, $200 fine, 40 hours of community service and some sort of training classes in lieu of 90 days jail time. This was refused. They are prepared to proceed to jury trial and if necessary spend 90 days in the county jail.

Please call, write or otherwise contact Lubbock County District Attorney
William C. (Bill) Sowder at 806-775-1100. Ask him to dismiss charges.

Dear Judy and Dorothy,

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER! Never accept a plea bargain from an enemy who comes to rob, kill and destroy. The only plea-bargain you should enter into is your promise not to sue the city of Lubbock if it will immediately drop all charges and assure you of no continued harassment by city police.

You have every right to be on the public highways and byways sharing the Gospel of Christ. This is America! Our Pilgrim Forefathers and our Founding Fathers pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honors that we might be a people free to worship the Living God - Jesus. The First Amendment in the Bill of Rights makes it clear that "Congress shall make no law neither regarding the establishment of religion nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." If this is true of Congress, you had better believe it is true of any local police department or city council that decides to put itself above the Constitution of the United States of America.

As a matter of fact it is your sworn Christian duty to be at the abortion mills (the gates of hell). Knowing that precious children, created in God's image, are being slaughtered there and doing nothing about it is the real crime.

Keep up the good fight of faith.

In Christian love – Flip
