OPERATION RESCUE NATIONAL WILL NOT BE DETOURED BY NOW vs. SHEIDLER RULING!

A Federal Jury today found Pro-Life Action League and Operation Rescue National guilty of a lawsuit filed under the R.I.C.O. statute. This is a suit that has been in deliberation for over ten years. The court has awarded damages to two abortion mills for an estimated $85,000.

"Once again the abortion industry is pulling out all the stops to silence the Gospel of Jesus Christ in front of abortion mills," said Rev. Flip Benham, National Director of Operation Rescue. "We will continue to lift up this Gospel and stand in the gap on behalf of our pre-born brothers and sisters, regardless of the cost."

"Those who have gone before us have paid a far greater price than we have," said Rev. Benham. "We are not going to give up, let up, put up, or shut up until we have prayed up, paid up, stayed up, and preached up, all for the cause of Christ."

"These frivolous, unjust, false law suits inspire us to stand with ever-increasing fervency for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
