2004 - 2nd Quarter “Let your thoughts be psalms, Let your prayers be incense, Let your breath be praise” One day, all of the redeemed will stand in the presence of God - every tribe and every nation from the beginning of time, to sing praises to the Living God! What a glorious celebration that will be, as we join our voices in the songs of joy we will sing for eternity! In the mighty name of Jesus! May 18, 2004 “The Lord thy God is in the midst of thee, He is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over you with joy, He will rest in His love, He will joy over thee with singing” Zephaniah 3:17 Before I was saved, I couldn't imagine such a wonderful God. Never in my wildest imagination did I think that the God who spun the universe into being, who created something out of nothing would joy over me! Such amazing love and mercy! That's why it is a wonderful blessing to stand for our Savior at this place of death, and to watch Him save these who are so deceived. Out here, faith becomes sight and the riches of His grace overwhelm you. When the Lord God is in your midst, nothing is impossible! This Saturday, s ix of us came to worship the Living God and ask Him to save these who came here. While we waited on the Lord, we sang and prayed for those who came to this place. Brookes and Mark preached the Word to the customers, while the counselors called out with offers of mercy and help to the women. The clinic was busy, 19 appointments. We stood out here by faith, believing on God to save those who were here, and the Lord answered by rescuing two! Brenda rolled down her window to tell us that she couldn't do it! She had pulled into the clinic, looking like the weight of the world was on her shoulders, and left with that crushing weight gone! “And God joyed over her with singing.” So did we! You can't help but burst into song when you watch God rescue those who were on their way to kill their child. About the same time a young women walked over. She was here for the post-abortion check up. We were able to share the Good News about Jesus, who died for her sins, and is willing to forgive and heal her heart. Please pray for her and Brenda, and all the others who find themselves at this place. Our greatest need out here is still you, to come to the clinic and help these women who so greatly need to know the Savior. Won't you come and tell them about Jesus and the hope He offers? Jesus is just as concerned about their souls as He is the babies who die here. Please see if you can find 1 hour once a month to love your neighbor as yourself! Help rescue the perishing with us- Call Dan at 817-246-8137 for the dates and times. In the wonderful name of Jesus, ARCHIVES
