The Archdiocese of New Orleans has threatened to boycott any contractor who bids to build a proposed Planned Parenthood supercenter in its city.  New Orleans, at one time, had eight free standing abortion mills within its city limits.  Now there is only one.  Planned Parenthood, with its massive federal funding, is desiring to fill the void.

Gentle Christians throughout the city have allowed the theology of heaven to become biography at the gates of hell where preborn babies are killed and God has blessed their efforts.  Now, Planned Parenthood is raising its murderous head.  We will be joining the saints in New Orleans this summer for our National Event, July 19-26, 2014.  We will see what God has to say about Planned Parenthood’s plans.

Enjoy!

Battle for the Heart and Soul of New Orleans, Heating Up

Fox 8 News New Orleans, LA, February 3, 2014, by Meg Gatto

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) – The Archdiocese of New Orleans warns it will boycott businesses that consider helping Planned Parenthood construct a new facility Uptown.

“We cannot cooperate with evil.” This is the message Archbishop Gregory Aymond sent to Catholics in a letter published in the Clarion Herald over the weekend.

Aymond’s letter issues a stern warning. In it he says, “The Archdiocese…will strive in its privately funded work not to enter into business relationships with any person or organization that participates in actions that are essential to making this abortion facility a reality.”

Benjamin Clapper, executive director of the Louisiana Right to Life Federation says, “I think he’s clearly making sure that the people of this city understand and know who Planned Parenthood is, what they’re doing and then to make sure that they’re fully informed when they consider decisions that would be made about working with Planned Parenthood.”

New Orleans CityBusiness editor Greg LaRose of Aymond’s message, “This I think is fairly unprecedented.”

LaRose says the Archdiocese of New Orleans is itself constantly growing and spending millions of dollars on construction projects. “It does, I think, catch the attention of contractors knowing that they are one of for the lack of a better term, big spenders, in the market.”

LaRose believes the threat of being blacklisted could scare some companies away from the Planned Parenthood project.

Pro-choice advocates say they’re troubled, but not surprised to hear of the archbishop’s comments. “I can certainly understand concerns that businesses have but I do hope that they keep the needs and the best interests of women in our community in the forefront of their mind,” said Jessie Nieblas, with the New Orleans Abortion Fund.

The 8,000-square-foot facility on South Claiborne Avenue would be the first Planned Parenthood site in New Orleans at which abortions are performed.

In December, the City of New Orleans gave final approval to a construction permit for the project.

We reached out to Planned Parenthood for comment on this story. We received a statement that said Planned Parenthood will continue to do everything possible to ensure women and men in Louisiana have access to the full range of reproductive health care they need.

Faye and I had the very great privilege of joining the saints in New Orleans (Nawlins) for Easter.  What a time we had allowing the theology of heaven to become biography at the very gates of hell.  Dale and Michelle Sochia and their church blessed us in so many ways.  Here is their report.

Michelle Sochia took this picture of a bumper sticker she saw in New Orleans. Incredible, yet so typical of Islam to desire to be ChrIslam and prostrate Christianity to the level of all other false religions including itself. The “jesus” of Islam and the “gospel” of Islam is a heteros (different) gospel which is really no Gospel at all. 2 Corinthians 11:1-4; Galatians 1:6-9.

Jesus in the Quran

The “jesus” talked about in the Qur’an is not the Jesus of the Bible. There is no way that Christians should tolerate this nonsense. The Qur’an states that Jesus did not die on a cross, that He is not raised from the dead, and that He is not God. The Apostle Paul tells us that if Christ is not raised from the dead then our preaching is in vain and our faith is futile. 1 Corinthians 15:12-20.

Surprise for all searching Muslims! Jesus did die on an old rugged cross for your sins and mine. He was raised from the dead. He is seated at the right hand of the Father. And He is (let the reader understand) Almighty God Himself. Apart from Him there is no other – this includes allah.

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so! ~ Flip

Just received this report from Dale Sochia.  Another abortion mill in New Orleans has shut down bringing the number of abortion mills remaining in the city to one.  When we first arrived New Orleans for our National Event in the Spring of 1995, there were seven free standing abortion mills in and around the city.  Today there is only one.  The saints in New Orleans did not wait for the election of a new President, nor the stacking of the Supreme Court, nor the House or Senate in Washington, D.C.  They simply began storming the gates of hell by allowing the theology of the church house to become biography in the streets and God began winning battles for them.

Brother Bill Shanks, the real “Mayor” of New Orleans, and his powerful little church have been fighting the Gospel battle for the lives of preborn children in the streets of New Orleans since 1988.  They have been faithfully pleading the case of the fatherless to win it!  God raised up Brother Dale Sochia and King Jesus Ministries to come alongside and help Brother Bill in the battle and now, “LOOK WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE!”

God on the Move in New Orleans

Dale Sochia, December 7, 2012

Well, God is on the move again (like He never is…). God is always doing above and way beyond anything we could ever imagine!  I received a phone call last week Pastor Bill Shanks who shared with me the most incredible news!  He said, “Dale, the manager from the Uptown (abortion mill) just came outside and approached me and told me, ‘Better get your red marker out.’”

If you’re not sure what she was talking about – neither was I.  But Brother Bill has a sign that lists the names of four “doctors” who have been doing abortions at the Uptown abortion mill that opened shortly after hurricane Katrina.  Since that time two of these doctors have quit killing babies and last year, abortionist Adrian Coleman died suddenly at the age of 37.   Pastor Bill has put a red line through the names of the three abortionists that are no longer killing babies.

Today (as the manager proceeded to tell Br. Bill), the last remaining Abortionist, Dr. Kiat Varnishung, also has died.  That’s right, he DIED!  The last two remaining abortionists have passed-on to judgment.  (I do hope that this doctor’s heart turned toward God and he repented of killing all of those babies, as well as his other sins, before he died).    OK … and now for the incredible news: the manager then went on to tell Pastor Bill that THEY WILL BE CLOSING DOWN THE CLINIC!!  Praise God!  This is incredible!

This is no ordinary clinic – this clinic is the one located at 3500 St. Charles Avenue and used to be a CHURCH!  That’s right, a Church.  I posted a few years back a prophetic word that God would turn this house of horror back into a house of holiness!  Now, God has done His part by removing the last remaining abortionist (in not so nice of a way).  God is not nice, HE IS HOLY and RIGHTEOUS, and HIS JUSTICE is JUST!

In 1995, New Orleans had seven abortion mills in the surrounding area.  Today, with the closing of this mill, only one mill remains!!!  We are shouting GLORY all the way!  It is important to note that this was not done by any legislating, but by the faithful saints of God on their knees in prayer …  not just in the churches and homes, but out in the streets in front of these places of death!

Thank you Brother Bill, Brother Dale, the faithful saints, and, especially, THANK YOU JESUS for doing something way beyond what our mind can conceive (closing this mill down)!

I am in the process of putting together a meeting with some folks (along with some money backers) who are looking into purchasing the building and doing just what was prophesied… making it into a house of holiness again!  Please pray for this undertaking.  Just imagine for a second what that first Church service there would be like.

What a powerful report from the saints of King Jesus Ministries.

What happens when young warriors of the cross decide to not “sleep in” on a Saturday?  They decide to go to the very gates of hell and storm them! What then are the results?  The largest clinic in Louisiana closes and no babies will be murdered!  Shouting Glory all the way!

Praise God for these young saints from King Jesus Ministries to come and storm the gates of hell, “And upon this rock I will build my Church and the gates of hell will not prevail”.  What a great victory for the unborn babies in Metairie today!

Dale Sochia, Pastor of King Jesus Ministries in New Orleans, is telling the truth with the Church Marquis.  “Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords.  He will still be ruling heaven and earth on Wednesday! ~ Flip

Here is a great article, for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear, by Rusty Thomas about what is going on in heaven while we continue to thumb our nose at our Creator and His precious preborn children. ~ Flip

Dear Champion of the Lord and the Preborn,

“Why do the nations rage and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, ‘Let us break their bonds in pieces and cast away their cords from us.’ He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision.” (Psalms 2:1-4).

Final Day of the Walk Across America Prophetic Tour in Washington DC

Final Day of the Walk Across America Prophetic Tour in Washington DC

Yesterday, August 28, 2012, commemorated the 8th anniversary of our completion of the Walk Across America Prophetic Tour. Ten missionaries walked a “living parable” from San Clemente, CA to Washington DC. It took over six months to complete this Kingdom task. The “living parable” consisted of a young man, Johnny Benham, who carried broken tablets of the Ten Commandments. He was followed by my daughter, Shekinah Thomas, who carried a baby casket, which represented the preborn children murdered by abortion, the evidence of America’s sin. Shekinah was followed by Rev. Flip Benham, National Director of Operation Rescue/Operation Save America, who walked a white horse adorned with a banner called JUDGMENT. After him, I took up the rear guard by walking a white donkey adorned with a banner called MERCY.

Each day we cried out against the sins of our nation, abortion and parading our sin like Sodom. Each day we called our nation to repent and come back to the Lord and the Biblical principles that served us so well in our nation’s history. We passed out tens of thousands of tracts and did manifold media interviews all along the way.

After delivering God’s mail in Washington DC at the White House, the next day, August 29, 2004, the majority of the missionaries returned home to joyfully reunite with their families. Rev. Flip Benham, however, went to New Orleans to be with Pastor Bill Shanks. Pastor Bill invited Rev. Flip to join him to minister the Gospel of the Kingdom at a sodomite lustfest called Southern Decadence. While there, Pastor Bill Shanks warned New Orleans that if this wicked city did not stop murdering God’s babies and flaunting the abomination of homosexuality, God would send a hurricane and flood New Orleans. On August 29, 2005, one year to the day, Katrina, which means cleansing, devastated New Orleans and the surrounding areas.

Fast forward to this date and what do we discover? Another hurricane is making a similar path towards New Orleans, except this time, the storm’s timing is in conjunction with the Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL. Is there a connection? The rest of this article will explore the possibilities.

First, the name of this imminent hurricane is called Isaac. Biblically, the name Isaac means laughter. As you may recall, when God reaffirmed the promised child to Abraham and Sarah after they were past the time of child-bearing, Sarah laughed. The Lord confronted her with her amused unbelief and in His humorous way called Abraham to name his promised son, Isaac (laughter).

In our opening verse in Psalms two, God’s word addresses nations that rebel against His loving and just rule. As the nations ignore and rage against His commandments, the Lord’s response from heaven is to laugh at them. It is just a coincidence that the very meaning of the hurricane disrupting the Republican National Convention means laughter? If not, perhaps a message I preached a few years ago may apply, “When God laughs in heaven, it is not funny on earth.”

This convention has been marked by storms from without and derision from within. Romney is attempting to change the procedural rules of the convention to disenfranchise the conservative delegates. It has created a faction that has blown the unity that centered on defeating Obama come November.

As Isaac rains on their parade another storm hit on the way to the convention. It came in the form of a gaff from Congressman Todd Akin. His attempt to address abortion in the case of rape went awry. It served, however, to reveal that once again the Republican Establishment will choose to ignore the American holocaust and the culture of death it has spawned in favor of the economy. They seem to believe that one can continue to slaughter God’s babies made in His image and still thrive as a people. Their mantra of JOBS, JOBS, JOBS, cannot wipe out the cries of the “little ones” and their innocent blood that demands, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth” (Revelations 6:10)?

Try as they might, politics as usual, whether it comes from Republicans or Democrats, the official party of death, right or left on the political spectrum, cannot save our nation that is drowning in a sea of blood and perversion. There is a spiritual and moral connection to the litany of woe striking our nation. Both political parties ignore it to our national peril. Moreover, any politician that ignores abortion is not fit to serve as a magistrate and betrays the sacred trust of civil government, which is to protect life and stop the shedding of innocent blood. Perhaps Isaac, God’s laughter, is His way of reminding America of this truth in Jesus’ name!

Dale and Michelle Sochia and their wonderful church in Boutte,Louisiana, just outside New Orleans, gave away more “free” gas and barbeque as they are personally extending the Kingdom of God into their community. The gates of hell simply cannot stand prevail against this Gospel proclamation that Jesus is indeed, LORD! They had some very special guests (the Thomas nation) to help them give with such hilarity!

Here is the report!

Out Reach Event Report

By Dale Sochia

Blessings to all!

As I begin this report filled with incredible testimonies, I pray you take the time to read it all and forgive me if it is long.  As you are aware this last Sunday we reached out into the community ofSt. Charleswith an event that has been in the makings for a couple of months.  It was compiled of $1,200.00 in FREE gas, 150 BBQ meals, several dozen Krispy Cream doughnuts, Free Car washes and Free groceries (to any needy family) and above all, PRAYER.  When folks asked that we keep them in prayer, we would pray with them and for them right on the spot.

We decided over a month ago we would cover this event in prayer and fasting. So we would lift this event up every week.  We would fast every Sunday until Monday, thus we knew we were preparing for the Lord to show Himself mighty in the event.  Two weeks ago we posted the event in the news paper, followed with a posting this past week too.  The day after the paper came out we began to receive phone calls asking, “What’s the catch?  Is it really for free?  What do people need to do?”   Time and time again I received these types of phone calls.  Then, a reporter for the St. Charles Herald Guide called.  He too asked me the same types of questions.  I began to share with him our hearts behind the event.  He asked several more questions; I answered each one with spirit and truth.  Little did we know this interview would be posted in the paper the Thursday before the event (the article can be read in its entirety on line).  The reporter’s name is Kyle Barnett, and he left NOTHING out, it was incredible!  http://www.heraldguide.com/details.php?id=11020

As the weekend approached, the entire area was under a flash flood warning and the Sunday of the event was to be the worst of the weather.  Upon arriving at church that morning the rain was coming down in a deluge!  But I had such a peace with the Lord, besides I knew that God rains on the just and the unjust.  We had a few visitors come to the service, and two especially that came because of the outreach.  I was informed both women wept throughout the entire Praise and worship service and both were deeply, deeply touched in the reading of the Word.  I could see God was moving heavily on the people during the service.

Having a metal building, it is not too hard to hear the rain when it falls, and falling it was!  As I was closing the service it was raining very heavily, but I still had the peace of God.  When service ended one of the ladies came forward weeping and asked for prayer, which we were honored to do.  As we began to head to the doors to set up outside, (wondering how we were going to pull this off with the rain), IT STOPPED!  Not only did it stop, but it did not rain over the church for the next five hours!!  GLORY!  We prayed all week that God would split the clouds around us if that is what it would take, and that is exactly what he did!  Truth, Jay Barone, my elder at the church, told me he could look down two city lights and it was pouring.  Reports came in all around us that not only was it raining, but it had been raining so hard one church canceled an event because of street flooding, (sorry).

You might think this is just a pastor making it a more tasteful testimony, but I talked with the reporter Kyle, who came also to cover the event.  As I talked with him on Monday for a follow up to his article and the event, he told me that when he left from the event around two o’clock, right down the road it was raining so hard he almost had to pull over because he could not see in the driving rain!  Friends, I tell you, not only was there no rain during the event at the church, the roads were dried up! Some people were even having their cars washed!

Which brings me to a truly blessed group of young adults, our youth.  They held signs, they washed cars, they served food, but above all, they showed awesome Christian conduct to the visitors!  Testimony after testimony have been rolling in.  Wayne, Jeannette, Eric and Barbra handled the gas giveaway; they took the time to fellowship with the people, to hear the folks, pray with them.  They would invite them to the BBQ.  Most of the folks in the gas line told them they were deeply moved by our love and generosity.  Some said they just moved to the area and have been looking for a church and they would be visiting us, PRAISE GOD!

I had one local pastor of the Baptist Church, (in line for gas), personally pray for me then he told me, “Today, you have turned this community upside down, it will never be the same.”  Even as I followed behind the last car in line to make sure none others would be waiting for gas as we ran out of prepaid cards,  I shared with them we still had BBQ across the street.  Andrew Nadeau was monitoring this and told me 80% of those folks did make the U-turn and headed for the BBQ.  So many of these people would ask upon arriving at the BBQ, “What do we have to do to get BBQ?”  The response from our folks, “Come, and receive freely!”

Several key people were positioned to greet the people, help them with plating their food, then share with them the gospel of Christ Jesus!  I think what deepens my soul, is the fact that most people’s perception of the church today is that it too has become a business, and not even the gospel is free.  Too many “Fund Raisers” have clouded the purpose of our being the light in dark places.  Jesus said, “Freely you have received, freely give it away.”  I did share this with some in line for gas, and another thing is “The church is supposed to be a  NONPROFIT organization,” why are we trying to make money?  I have had the pleasure of being part of this church for well over a decade, almost two now.  And one thing we incorporated in the year 2000 under former Pastor Anthony Marquize is this, “We don’t pass the offering plate, if people want to give they can give under direction of the Holy Spirit.”  Since that time we never have and never will pass the offering plate, yet we own our building, our bills get paid, we support several missionaries around the world and here in theU.S. every month.  Plus we are still able to do such an incredible thing to change even our little corner of the world!

Well it is not over.  We will be having TWO more outreaches this summer!  I want to, in closing, thank the wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ for their service, commitment, dedication, financial giving.  From manning the pumps, to taking time talking with the people in the line, to the cooking and serving of the BBQ, to those who watch our beautiful children during the event, to those who reached out, shared the gospel and prayed with the people, to those young folks who even held signs, to those who prepared a weeks worth of groceries for the needy families, to all mentioned and even to our guests who came to help out, to any area I might have not mentioned, BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL!!

The devil never retreats from the ground he attempts to take unless the Church of Jesus Christ forces him to retreat.  This is just the way it is on this earth, whether or not we like it or agree with it.  The devil is always doing his best to shut us up.  This article in the Times –Picayune describes his latest attempt to remove street preachers from proclaiming Christ on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.  The preachers are still preaching out there as of today.  The police aren’t quite sure about this new city ordinance and how many suits are going to be leveled against the city.  If the Church of Jesus Christ rises up in New Orleans and storms the gates of hell on Bourbon street – believe me – the gates of hell will not prevail.  Never have, never will! ~ Flip

When the New Orleans City Council passed an ordinance in October prohibiting “aggressive solicitation” by people who allegedly harass or intimidate French Quarter residents and tourists while asking for money, it included a seemingly unrelated provision that attracted no attention at the time.

southern_decadence_opponents_bourbon_street.jpg

Alex Brandon, The Times-Picayune archiveAnti-gay campaigners were photographed on Bourbon Street during Southern Decadence in 2003.

That sentence, almost at the end of the eight-page ordinance, said: “It shall be prohibited for any person or group of persons to loiter or congregate on Bourbon Street for the purpose of disseminating any social, political or religious message between the hours of sunset and sunrise.”

Although the law, sponsored by Councilwoman Kristin Gisleson Palmer, spelled out the justification for the crackdown on aggressive panhandlers, it offered no explanation for the blanket ban on letting people assemble on Bourbon Street at night to voice their views on politics or religion.

When someone complained about the law this week, however, it was not to challenge it as an infringement on First Amendment freedoms. Instead, former mayoral candidate Leo Watermeier complained to Palmer and Councilwoman Jackie Clarkson in public emails that religious demonstrators, sometimes with large signs and bullhorns, have been showing up on Bourbon Street on Friday and Saturday nights, yet police have taken no action against them.

Watermeier wages an annual battle with the small group of anti-gay campaigners who show up during the Southern Decadence festival, using bullhorns and picket signs to convey their message that homosexuality is evil and that its public celebration during Decadence is particularly abominable.
