NOW Is a Joke

The National Organization for Women (NOW) made a national call for activists to show up in Orlando to stop pro-life terrorism at the five abortion mills in Orlando, Florida.  Almost seven of them showed up at our National Event.  I say almost because some of them were so old, worn-out, and feeble that they could barely get around.  At one time NOW could make an announcement like this and hundreds would show up.  Not anymore.  NOW is very aware that the battle for the lives of children in the womb is being won by simple Christians living out their faith in the streets. 

NOW has no ability to stymie the love of Christ, nor does it appear to have the desire to continue hitting its ugly head against the Rock that gives “living water.” ~ Flip

On July 18, 2011 a team of 30 Operation Save America pro-life Christians turned their theology into biography by taking the ugly truth of abortion posters to the Eaglebrooke subdivision in Lakeland, Florida. The beautiful mansions behind gated walls at Eaglebrooke are a testament to the hard working families in this town an hour SW of Orlando . Following our pro-life witness, yesterday, the vast majority of his neighbors in the ritzy enclave are now very aware that his incredible home was purchased with blood money  from the fees Florida women paid him to murder their babies. A car load of our missionaries to the pre-born distributed fliers to the neighbor’s homes before we set up shop outside the gates. When the local police arrived, they were exceptionally fair and even handed with our First Amendment rights, much to the fury of the security guard who had been cursing us and assuring us that the police would force us to leave.

One dear Grammy driving out of her community said, “Thank you for being here ~ “It’s murder”! At least 25 other neighbors driving home from work or to the store, took our flyer as they went to and fro. For some inexplicable reason, Gelenbach decided to jump in his car and speed out of the comfort and security of his home, just before our protest was over.

OSA and Cayce Anthony

God gave us an incredible platform to connect the dots between what Cayce Anthony did to her little Caylee Marie and what mothers are doing to their children in the womb via abortion.  Cayce just waited two and a half years longer to get rid of Caylee than the mothers who have aborted their children.  All of the eyes of the world were on the Orange County Jail as Cayce Anthony was about to be released.  National and international media was everywhere.  The stage was set. 

Early Sunday morning, we conducted a funeral service at the Orange County Jail for little baby Esther, a child aborted by her mother and father.  We then held an open casket viewing of this precious little baby girl.  Though all the media was there with their huge satellite trucks.  No one came.  No one cared.  No one wanted to see. 

The Bible tells us that God is not mocked, whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap.  We are reaping a horrible harvest of violence in America today, as blood is coursing down the corridors of our schools, workplaces, and streets.  If we sow bloodshed in the womb, we will reap bloodshed in the streets.  To stop violence in the streets, we must first stop bloodshed in the womb.   

The world did not want to see nor did it want to hear God’s message to America.  But it was proclaimed from the rooftops, nevertheless. ~ Flip

 The media was quick to point a finger of accusation at Cayce Anthony for killing her three year old daughter, Caylee.   But when Flip Benham and the OSA saints arrived at the jail Sunday morning to connect the dots from Caylee’s murder to the murder of 50 million unborn children in the womb the hypocrisy of that same media was stunning.   At least 2 dozen satellite dish trucks were present in the parking lot of the jail and not one reporter bothered to ask a question. It’s easy to blame Cayce for the horrendous crime she committed.  It’s politically correct to be outraged at a woman that has killed her three year old child.  With righteous indignation they published all of the disgusting details of how Caylee’s body looked when she was found.  But they would not give one minute of media time to the four thousand children murdered in this country every day.

Maybe it’s because they would have had to turn the finger of accusation towards themselves and the rest of the country.  They were not willing to do that.  That would have taken courage.

On the grass just off the sidewalk outside the jail, OSA assembled in a circle holding posters of aborted children and little Caylee Anthony. Pastor Benham told the solemn observers, “When there is bloodshed in the womb, it follows that there will be bloodshed in the streets.  And that is exactly what we see in precious Caylee’s case.”

A shofar pierced the silence and a procession of young men carried baby choice, (a child murdered by abortion) into the center of the circle, placed her on the table set for her and opened the casket. Deep sadness gripped the mourners as they paid their respects to baby choice and Caylee.  There was a heightened awareness of the cruelty and lack of justice in a country that will not recognize their Creator.  An awareness made almost tangible by the media’s disinterest in the holocaust going on right in front of their cameras.

Orlando: God’s Perfect Timing

After some major battles as to where God would have us hold OSA’s National Event this year, it became very apparent that Orlando, Florida, was the place He desired us to allow His theology to become biography in the streets.  From Cayce Anthony’s “Not Guilty” verdict and her subsequent release, to the trial of James Pendergraft, a supremely arrogant abortion mill owner (he owns five mills in Florida), God’s providential hand was evident in setting the stage for simple little Christians to paint a “living parable” about what is truly ailing America.

Orlando: God’s Perfect Timing

The question of where to hold Operation Save America’s National Event is always a matter of prayer and fasting.  Flip sensed it was God’s will to stage this year’s event in Orlando.  He was to learn later just how precisely the Lord had timed OSA’s arrival.
 
The Orlando trial of Casey Anthony on charges that she murdered her two-yr.-old daughter, Caylee, had just ended.  It took the Christian witness of OSA proclaimers to connect the dots between the murder of this little girl and the spilling of innocent blood of more than 52 million unborn children over the past 38 years.  At the jail where Casey Anthony was held, signs carried by the well-loved children of pro-lifers put it succinctly: a picture of Caylee with mouth taped, followed by the words,“LateR Term Abortion.”
 
In describing a time much like the present, Hosea 4:2 says that “bloodshed follows bloodshed.”  As Flip concludes, “When there is bloodshed in the womb, it follows that there will be bloodshed in the streets.”

Pendergraft Pays Up
The special timing of the Lord also enabled us to witness a tremendous victory for Florida’s little unborn boys and girls.  Another trial was in progress during the week we were in Orlando, that of notorious late-term abortionist James Scott Pendergraft. 

Abortionist Pendergraft has a LOT of baggage; his medical license has been suspended four times!  Now, as a result of a civil action case filed against him and one of the abortion mills he owns, Orlando’s Women’s Center,  Pendergraft is on the hook for $36.7 million. 
 
Over $18 million of this will go into a trust fund for JH, a catastrophically injured little girl, now 10 yrs. old, who was born alive at 22 1/2 weeks, weighing 1 lb 2.5 oz., following the administration of Cyotec to induce the mother’s labor and bring about abortion.  Cyotec, a drug not approved by the FDA, increases the risk of live birth. 
 
The Plaintiff’s attorney, Jennifer Fernandez, described abortionist Pendergraft with all of his clinics, his medical management corp. and other businesses as an “abortion dynasty.”  Regarding the babies, no matter what happens or how many are delivered in the toliet to drown, “He just doesn’t care!” she said.   Jurors gave a resounding “yes” to the question,”Was he motivated by unreasonable financial gain?”  His gross sales range from $4.5 to $6.5 million a year.   The loss of millions of dollars may be the only thing he understands.  That this causes him stress and makes it more difficult for him to continue killing unborn children is a cause for rejoicing.    The Lord brought about justice.  Blessed be the name of the Lord!

Abortionist James Pendergraft Sued and Exposed!

There is a T-shirt that many folks in OSA have worn, “Visualize Abortionists on Trial.”  Well, during our incredible foray to bring the Gospel of Christ to life in the streets of Orlando, Florida, during our National Event, we didn’t have to visualize it any longer.  We were witnesses to it.  Michelle Herzog, one of Central Florida’s gentle warriors for King Jesus and His precious preborn children, wrote this article as a witness to the trial of James Scott Pendergraft.   ~ Flip

Final Judgment in Civil Lawsuit against Abortionist James Scott Pendergraft: $36,737,660.16!

 

In 2001 while Mr. Pendergraft was in the Federal Penitentiary, his five abortion mills were open for business as usual.  He had made sure everything would be taken care of before leaving for his time in the Pen.  He handed the second trimester abortions over to abortionist Randall Whitney and the running of the business to medical assistant Ms. Severance, this according to sworn statement from Mr. Pendergraft.

His eloquent advertising sites continued to operate at a steep price of over $700,000 a year.  His site is what drew a young woman named Carol Howard to eventually decide Mr. Pendergraft’s abortion mill was the safest center to go to.  His site was the only one that had a board certified Ob/Gyn doctor’s name on it.  It also seemed to show much concern for the women.  This was her final decision, she would have her abortion at the Orlando Women’s Center. What she didn’t know is that this board certified doctor was in the Federal Pen.

When she arrived she was given RU486, a drug given in earlier pregnancies, not by the doctor, but by a medical assistant, not only that, it should never have been given to her!  Her baby was 22.3 weeks along! After that, every two hours she was given exceedingly high doses of cytotec. According to Carol Howard’s attorney, Mrs. Fernandez, the Cytotec exceeded the standard dosage 50 times, (there is much controversy over the safety of this drug, many legitimate doctors are refusing to use it because of the dangers.)  This caused massive labor to happen right away and when Ms. Howard asked for pain medication she was told by medical assistants to go walk her labor off outside in the parking lot, and if she didn’t like it she could leave.  All the while, there was never a doctor present!  Abortionist Randall Whitney was conveniently resting at the Travel Lodge waiting for a phone call from one of the medical assistants.  This violated Florida State Law which states that a doctor must be present for the abortion. Not even nurses were present, only medical assistants!   

Carol Howard did leave and went home.  She laid on the floor doubling over in labor.  She called 911 and they took her to Arnold Palmer, where she delivered the baby.  This baby survived the horrendous abortion, otherwise known as a botched abortion.  She suffered severe lifetime disabilities from this horrific abortion.  Her name is Jordan, and Jordan is what this whole lawsuit is over, for her life time care.  This truly was a crime against humanity!

The jurors were able to see pictures of Jordan and they were also able to listen to the lies that kept spewing  forth out of Mr. Pendergraft’s mouth while he was on the stand.  He could not answer a simple yes or no.  One of his favorite cliches during the proceedings was, “There is no protocol, there was no protocol.”  This being said so he wouldn’t be held accountable for the tragedy which occurred to little Jordan.  Attorney Fernandez even pulled out Mr. Pendergraft’s deposition and asked him to read it concerning the “no protocol.”  Mr. Pendergraft looked the paper over and would never read it, the attorney eventually told Mr. Pendergraft, “Let me read it for you!”  Where in the deposition Mr. Pendergraft plainly stated that such and such was his protocol. Lies, one after another!

The jury did not buy the lies, and when the first judgment was handed out on July 21st of $18,737,660.16, the final juror to okay the decision emphatically stated, “Absolutely!”

The jurors were also able to listen to abortionist Randall Whitney’s deposition where he cavalierly stated that yes, babies are delivered in the toilet all the time and many times are still alive, wiggling around in the toilet.  What he didn’t say is that he would pick them up out of the toilet and do what the law tells him to do; do everything you can to help save the life of the viable child.

During closing arguments to the jury, Carol Howard’s attorney was sharp and right to the point when she stated, “He (Pendergraft) has an abortion dynasty around the state of Florida.  He only cares about money, and I say hit him where it hurts!” And hit him where it hurts is what happened,  $36,737,660,16!

I thank God I was able to sit in on the court proceedings and witness this final judgment!  I would say it was eye-opening, but we all know what really goes on in these abortion mills.  But to hear the abortionist so coldly explain how they kill the children is so hard to hear and so unbelievable to think that it is allowed in our great nation.

Please pray that justice would completely prevail, that there would be no appeals, and Mr. Pendergraft’s 5 abortion mills would be shut down for good!

The Casey Anthony’s of our world do this everyday inside abortion mills…are they any less guilty than she? This is the way society feels about children, born or unborn. If a woman can decide her child’s fate in the womb, she has full legal protection to decide it out of the womb, as the Casey Anthony trial has proven. The prosecution did an excellent job during the trial, and closing arguments were riveting. When the public was polled on her fate, most, if not all, responded guilty, and yet a group of her peers decided in ten hours that she did nothing wrong except tell some lies and was less than truthful to investigators.. Not even aggravated child abuse was she found guilty of. This just proves what we, the Church of Jesus Christ, have been witnessing and saying; we are a savage nation; we have been sowing bloodshed in the womb and reaping it in the streets. So, why wouldn’t a jury find her guilty of murdering her child when throughout the trial so much evidence said differently; i.e.. the smell of a dead body in the car as reported by her own mother to police; Caylee was missing for over 30 days while her mother Casey was documented partying and getting tattoos celebrating her beautiful life and freedom; her narcissistic attitude; chloroform searches on the computer while her mother was at work; lie after lie; and no accountability. Caylee was an inconvenience just like most babies scheduled to die at the local abortion facilities, they are unwanted. This is how society and their parent view them. Abortion is so acceptable why would manslaughter be any less?

Today, there is no justice for children, inside or outside of the womb. There was no justice for little Caylee Marie. Yes, our government and our nation has the biggest police forces and our courts have the best legal system, and yet they cannot protect or bring  justice to those weakest among us…children and babies. Our nation’s hands are so full of innocent blood that apathy and complacency has taken over and righteousness stands at a distance. There is no accountability for the murderers who walk among us. The only commandment this nation can seem to keep is “Don’t Judge,” but Jesus said in John 7:24, “Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.” Understand, Caylee didn’t die a natural death, just like preborn babies at our abortion mills. She, like they, was murdered at the hands of the one most entrusted to her care and welfare, her mother. Outrage is pouring into the streets of Orlando, some saying, “we don’t want murderers walking our streets!” Good, maybe people will become so incensed that they will connect the dots between Abortion and Manslaughter. 2 Chronicles 19:6-7 “Consider carefully what you do because you are not judging for man but for the Lord, who is with you whenever you give a verdict. Judge carefully, for with the Lord our God, there is no injustice or partiality or bribery.”
