"This is something the court allowed Dr. Tiller to do and there is nothing unusual about it," AG Morrison's spokesperson, Ashley Anstaett, said. She said prosecutors did not object to it.
Let me see if I have this straight.. 1. Tiller is charged with 19 counts of breaking the law. 2. He is allowed to "turn himself in." 3. His leech-like attorney says this is common in misdemeanor cases. 4. The judge allows it. 5. The prosecution doesn't object to it. 6. He is released on his own recognizance - probably without bond.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! With that kind of deal we could get Bin-laden to turn himself in (if he is still alive). Does anyone really think that if any of us committed 19 counts of misdemeanor assault, that we could walk in then walk out with the prosecutions, judges, and Kansas AG's blessing?!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! DOES ANYONE RECALL WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ILLEGAL ABORTION IS DONE? AN INNOCENT, LIVING, BREATHING, HUMAN CHILD DIES!!! Can anyone think of any other "misdemeanor" violation of the law that causes the death of an innocent person that would be treated in the same manner that Tiller was? Did you know that in these 19 charges, at least two of these illegal abortions were done on 10 yr. olds?! That is not a misprint... 10 yr. olds!!! The hypocrisy is astounding. How does one not see the obvious unreported rape of our young daughters that is occurring and it not also be a charge?? AG Morrison thus admits in his 19 counts that Kline's 15 counts of non-reporting is true (though he dismissed those). The hypocrisy.

George Tiller pleaded not guilty on Friday to misdemeanor charges related to performing late-term abortions.
