Proverbs 21:3 To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.
Amos 5:24 But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream! Pastor Mark Holick and the saints in Wichita are doing an incredible job living out their faith in the streets. Theology is truly becoming biography in the streets of Wichita. The gates of hell at George Tiller’s late term child killing center are breathing a death rattle. Christianity has a weapon far greater than any nuclear device – the pleasure of Almighty God.
That’s right! When God is pleased with our walk of faith, He shows up to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or imagine. Note well that the Church of Jesus Christ in Wichita is not depending on, nor is it waiting for, the National Right to Life, the President, the Supreme Court, the Congress, or any political Party, to bring an end to abortion in her city. She is taking her rightful place of responsibility to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves upon her own shoulders. As she does, the authority of Almighty God will follow.
