Marilyn Carroll with Foreword by Rev. Flip Benham 4/1/2008
The calendar says Spring but the weather does not. The stats for the last three killing days are as follows:
Good Friday was not "good" for the babies that were killed 3/21/08.
22 women went in at killing time.
1 turned away.
21 babies were left to die.
Tuesday 3/25/08
13 women went in at killing time.
1 changed her mind.
2 turned away
10 babies were left to die.
Friday 3/28/08
22 women went in at killing time.
1 changed her mind.
1 turned away.
20 babies were left to die.
The doorman Al, has not been at the mill since 2/28, hopefully he got a better job. We have been praying for him. There was a new doorman there Friday but he said he did not know it was a killing center and he does not believe in abortion and he is not coming back. PTL! The mom that changed her mind this day was helped because the father did not want to kill his baby and pleaded relentlessly for his baby's life. He even called a pregnant friend to come to the mill and try to get her to change her mind. After numerous attempts, it did work. We gave them a handmade baby blanket and knit hat, resource and gospel literature.

After the mill Friday I went to Stop & Shop and when I went with Daniel back to the Dunkin Donuts area to cut his bagel I recognized one of the workers there. She remembered me by name. She said she still has the picture of us when we went to visit her in the hospital when she had her daughter. Her daughter is now 10 years old. She said she would bring me a picture this Friday. I cannot explain the joy when you meet a mom and they tell you how blessed they are to have their child. We thank God for allowing us to be a part of sparing her precious life.
WHO IS PASSING BY (author unknown, The Bible Friend)
Help me to see in those I meet On country road or city street
Not just strange people passing by, But those for whom you came to die.
The young - the fair - the sick - the old, The miser with his hoard of gold,
On, on. they go unminding by And yet for those you came to die.
Then through Thine eyes of love and grace Let me find beauty in each face.
These weary people passing by Those for whom you came to die.
For the Least of These,
