"If you do what is right and suffer for it, you patiently endure it, this finds favor with God.” 1 Peter 2:20
Daniel, Angela, and Arielle Michael along with their attorneys Tom Brejcha of the Thomas More Law Society and Jason Craddock from Chicago, IL appeared before honorable Judge David Hylla for a settlement conference with Hope Clinic attorney Mark Levy and director of Hope Clinic Sally Burgess.
After several hours of mediation, the Hope Clinic along with chief abortionist Yogendra Shah agreed to pay an undisclosed settlement amount to the Michael family, to avoid going to trial.
These cases which date back to the year 2000 concern 9-year-old Arielle Michael being assaulted by a Hope Clinic escort, and Yogendra Shah’s attempt to assault and run over Daniel Michael with his vehicle which was captured on video.
The Michael family operates a Christian based pro-life ministry outside the Midwest’s largest late-term abortion mill located in Granite City, Illinois.
