As the Word of God was unsheathed at 700 East Hebron Street in Charlotte, NC this morning (June 9th) our 1st amendment right was again violated by abortion mill owner Deborah Walsh.  As this issue has continually escalated in the last month, it was brought to its rupturing point!

On May 12th Deborah stole a sign, in the presence of a police officer who did absolutely nothing about it. He only said that these signs were “trash” and can be taken and thrown away as trash.  Two weeks later, on May 26th she stole another sign.  On this occasion she admitted to the police officers that she did steal it but they did not go and retrieve the stolen property and return it to its rightful owner.  Taking the history of the last month into consideration, we came to the conclusion that the Charlotte Police Department was not going to uphold the law and honor our rights to be out standing up for our defenseless brothers and sisters in the womb. 

Returning to June 9th, Scott Heldreth had just begun to preach when Deborah Walsh came up to begin to try to intimidate us and to try shutting us down for the day.  She came and asked Scott for his sound permit, Scott told her that she had no authority and he didn’t have to show her anything.  He continued preaching and she decided if he wasn’t going to stop preaching she was going to shut him up herself!  She then angrily unplugged the power cables and the inverter box, and threw the converter over onto her property. (We were able to retrieve this).  At this point Scott went to protect the rest of the sound system as she was about to try to destroy the speaker.  As this was going on 8 year old Abigail Heldreth went to try to protect the equipment from Deborah (she has seen her steal two signs in the past month, and knows she is a thief).  Deborah pushed this 8 year old girl to the ground and stepped on her.  This is how a bully abortion mill owner operates; by taking advantage of women and killing their unborn child to pay for her Mercedes Benz.  Deborah continued to harass us by standing behind us and continued to lunge at Scott until the police arrived, again trying to intimidate us and to get to the sound equipment.

Anything less than this abortion mill owner arrested and behind bars is too little!  We pray that justice will be served and the law will be upheld.  As this continues to go on in the streets of our cities across the country and this world, we pray that you will be strengthened in your faith in this battle and to know that we are serving an awesome God.  We are honored to be able to lift His name up in the streets to those who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Continue to stand firmly on the Word of God!
