The Next Bubble To Burst.
We are now experiencing the devastating consequences of the bursting of the economic bubbles in various assets (real estate, commodities, stock). The term “Bubble” when used in this context means prices that are “considerably at variance with intrinsic values.” The crash which inevitably follows the Bubble’s pop destroys livelihoods and the financial security of families.

Economic Bubbles result primarily from “irrational exuberance”; that is, when we ignore warning signals provided by the facts, our experience, our common sense, and history; when we accept as true, what we know is not true. Take real estate for example. We see someone buy a lot for $10,000 that sold last year for $2,000.00, and sell it for $25,000. At first we think they’re crazy. But it keeps happening. We start looking at what the Seller made and not at the value of the lot. Eventually our resistance is broken as prices keep going up and up. We follow the herd. Why shouldn’t we get in on the action? W e buy the same lot for $40,000.00 (it’s a good deal - the Seller was asking $60,000). All we have to do is find someone to pay more than we did. We have now mistaken what we want to be true for what is true. The fact is, it is still the same lot, in the same place, that sold for $2,000 a year ago. There is no rational basis for its value to have increased as much as it has. The reality is my $40,000 lot is worth much less than I paid for it. The problem is, most of us don’t recognize the Bubble until it pops (most of us are the greater fools).

So, what is the next Bubble to burst? The present Bubble is not an economic Bubble; it is a political and social one. It is the Obama Bubble. Many Americans who plan to vote for Senator Barrack Obama will do so despite the warning signals provided by facts (his ultra liberal record, lack of experience, far left agenda), experience (we have been lied to by slick talking political charlatans before), common sense (he can’t possibly keep the promises he makes or fulfill his political slogans), and history (we have seen this act before - someone who, to gain political power, says what voters want to hear regardless of the truth). Based on Senator Obama’s lifelong personal associations, his radical voting record, his lack of experience, and the threat of no checks on the power of Congress, the President, and the Courts if all three branches of government come under control of the democratic party (whose social and economic agenda is at variance with the majority of hardworking Americans) would most people really vote for this candidate?

Too many people will vote for the Obama Bubble, not for the actual candidate. W hy? Irrational exuberance; believing what is not true and voting for the Obama myth that is “considerably at variance” with the true political candidate. This spell of irrational exuberance has been cast by a slick, well financed, and competent Obama campaign. But a sales job of this magnitude was only possible with the assistance of an agenda driven, partisan mass media which has completely and dishonestly manipulated election coverage and sold all of us chronic consumers the Obama Bubble as if it is the next I-phone. No wonder stores are empty, Americans are buying the newest and greatest product the media sales machine has ever peddled, the Obama Bubble. The media propaganda machine has broken down our resistence to the truth about Obama creating an irrational exuberance, which is indisputably contrary to the facts, our experience, our common sense, and our history.

Let’s be honest; we can’t blame a campaign or the media if we buy into this Bubble. We want to believe he is all things to all of us. W e want to believe he will solve all our problems. We want a cool guy to be president. We want what he promises us, regardless of whom he takes it from to give to us. But what happens when the Bubble bursts and it’s too late? What happens when we discover that in our irrational exuberance for change we have elected the most radical, liberal, left-wing person ever to run for president and that he and the democratic controlled Congress and the courts are free to impose on us their agenda of more government control of our lives, our families, and our property? Now is the time to think about what we are being sold and wake up to the truth: the Obama Bubble is a myth. It is a product sold to us not for money but for control of our country and us. It is the $2,000 lot that we are being sold for $60,000.00. The real person and candidate is still the same radically, liberal democrat he always has been. We elect him (and his backers) at our own risk. And when the Obama Bubble pops the “Change You Can Believe In” will become change you won’t believe.
