Street Report - OSA-CT
In Luke 18:6-8 Jesus tells us our need for constant prayer and persistence to never give up.
"Then the Lord said, "Learn a lesson from this evil judge. Even he rendered a just decision in the end, so don't you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who plead with him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when I, the Son of Man, return, how many will I find who have faith?"

Thursday 4/22/09 - Bridgeport
17 pro-lifers came out.
7 moms went in at killing time.
2 turned away.
5 babies were left to die.
2 post-abortive moms received salvation.
Pastor Les Young and Pastor Ron Nugent were present.

This is Viviana, a mom that changed her mind three years ago at the Bridgeport mill. The little boy she is holding, Christopher, is the saved baby. Viviana said her little boy is her whole life, she loves him so much and so does her mom, his grandma. Carmen had given her an Eclipse of Reason DVD to bring home and watch and she was so convicted she said she would never go back for an abortion. Now she found herself there trying to persuade her boyfriend's mother to keep her baby. We took the two children into the bakery, hers and Madeline's, as she tried to reach the pregnant mom. She went into the mill but it was too late.
We were at the mill later than usual and another mom came out that had already had the abortion. This mom, Franceska, was Viviana's step-sister and she did not even know she was there! We spoke with her for quite a while and Brenda presented the "Way of the Master" salvation message to her. Pastor Les Young prayed with her to receive salvation after she admitted her need for a savior.
The same time this was going on, Carmen was at another table speaking to Madeline, Viviana's boyfriend's mom who had come out after her abortion. She is 42, has six children and no support because her boyfriend is incarcerated. We hear these same kind of stories over and over again. That is why these ladies need Jesus and some direction in their lives. Without Him we all are going nowhere. She also regretted what she had done after it was too late. She repented for what she did and prayed with Carmen to receive Jesus as her Lord and Savior! We had church in the bakery next door to the killing center. The Holy Spirit moved in a mighty way! Thank you Lord for your mercy endures forever! We pray these women will come to church so we can disciple them. Please keep them and us in your prayers.

Another woman that came that day, Audrey, took all the info we gave her and went to Seton Women's Center instead for pregnancy testing. A cab driver stopped and talked to us in the driveway. He gave Brenda his business card and said he gives his passengers the card and preaches to them. His card has his name, phone number, God Bless and Jesus is coming soon. Around 11AM a sheriff went into the mill to serve subpoenas. We tried to ask him about it, all he said was he couldn't tell us, but it wasn't good. We are guessing its for the botched abortion from April 9th. Please pray the Lord uses this to expose the mill for its evil deeds of killing babies and maiming women. We also found out the new woman abortionist's name is Susan Richman.

"What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? Obedience is far better than sacrifice. Listening to him is much better than offering the fat of rams. Rebellion is as bad as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as bad as worshipping idols. So because you have rejected the word of the Lord, he has rejected you from being king." I Samuel 15:22-23
