"Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I have everything I need! He lets me rest in the meadow grass and leads me beside the quiet streams." Psalm 23:1-2

Paige, Alan and their son, Blake.
What a beautiful family! I saw them coming down the street and invited them into the bakery to talk with us - they were both real upset and crying, they did not want to kill their baby but her parents were forcing them to do so. They said she had to stay in school and could not have a baby. We talked to them for a long time. We prayed and gave them all the help and resources that we had to offer.
Her mom was so mad she came charging in yelling and screaming at her and throwing her pocketbook around. Her Dad was in the window yelling at her through the glass. Two people in the bakery heard us counseling them and offered them help too. One offered the young dad a job and the other offered to give them $500. Thank GOD for His mercy, it is new every morning. This couple chose life and gave birth to their handsome son! The Lord provided for their every need. They are a happy family. I bet Blake's grandparents just love him so much. Carmen was able to get in touch with Paige and she sent a bunch of pictures. Praise God, what an encouragement it is to see the fruit of your labor. Thank you, Jesus!

"The Lord longs to be gracious to you; He rises to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for Him!" Isaiah 30:18

They are married and used to live in Florida and just recently moved to Derby. Thank you! Please pray for them, they seem to be on the fence with their decision to keep the baby.

Please join us each Tuesday and Friday at 3787 Main Street, Bridgeport, as we reach out to those who find themselves where they should not be. We will be there .........until the killing stops! If not us, then who? If not there, then where? If not now, then when? Just show up and see what God will do. If you work during the week, join those on Saturday at Planned Parenthood, 345 Whitney Ave, New Haven. Pray in faith for baby killing to stop in our community.
For the Least of These,
Marilyn Carroll
