David Lackey to Appear in Federal Court

David Lackey and Minzor Chadwick are ordered to appear in Federal Court in Birmingham, Alabama, tomorrow morning Tuesday, July 7, 2009, to “show cause” as to why they should not be held in violation of a federal injunction put into place around New Women’s, All Women’s Health Clinic in 1999. Diane Derzis, the owner - manager of the abortion mill, has sworn that David and Minzor are breathing out violent and hateful threats against her and that she is in fear for her life. Truth is hate to those who hate the truth. Never mind the fact that David and Minzor have been faithfully at that mill for the past 21 years lifting up the Gospel of Christ to mothers in crisis pregnancy situations. Never mind the fact that Miss Derzis has had David arrested on 11 different occasions without one conviction. Please pray for Dave and Minzor that they will be powerful witnesses for our Lord Jesus.

OPERATION RESCUE LEADER GOES BACK TO FEDERAL COURT TOMORROW
David Lackey and Menzor Chadwick will be tried in the federal courthose in Birmingham on Tuesday 7/7/09 at 10:00 AM. This is an ongoing attempt to not only silence the gospel at the Women’s abortion mill but to keep anyone from exercising their right to share the Gospel. I was charged before with FACE in 1999 in federal court. We were found innocent but were given a 25ft injunction. I have been arrested 15 times at Mrs Derzis Mill. . Dianne Derzis who owns 2 abortion mills has been fighting for over 21 years to have me and Menzor in federal prison with a 500 ft. injunction for all of our other counselors. But the Lord has always brought us through. |
