Federal Case Postponed in Birmingham - Operation Rescue/Operation Save America

We found out late last night, July 6, 2009, that Dave Lackey’s federal court date has been changed to sometime next week. Evidently one of the court clerks died in an accident. Dave and his attorney want me to appear as an “expert witness.” It may mean that I will have to fly out of Las Vegas to appear with Dave in court. This would not bode well, but God is in charge. Please continue in prayer for this whole diabolical situation in Birmingham, Alabama. The enemies of Christ are conspiring together to remove the Gospel of Christ from the gates of hell, but they are conspiring in vain. Psalm 2 is the greatest revelation of the one true conspiracy that will continue on this earth until Christ returns. It is our privilege, Dave and Minzor’s now, to fight this battle in the streets, in the courtrooms, and wherever the battle manifests in the strong Name of Jesus.
