The attorney for Diane Dierzis, the owner of the killing center, went before the judge accusing the Christians of the following:

1. Verbally accosting clients by calling out to them.  The plaintiff’s attorney stated that the voices of David and Menzor could be heard from within the abortion mill thus causing patients heartbeats to rise.
2. Harassment of clients, causing them annoyance and distress by offering them Christ’s love and alternatives to abortion.
3. Violating the buffer zone by parking within the prohibited area.

When the judge heard these allegations, she asked the plaintiff’s attorney (who used to be the security guard for the abortion mill), “What standard are you using to find them guilty and do you know what you have to do prove these allegations are true? – If you don’t know, just be quiet!  This is the first time that I have ever heard someone want to call witnesses without evidence!  This is a show-cause hearing, not a trial!”

Surrounded by 30 Christians, a Federal Marshall supervisor, and about 30 pro-abortionists, the prideful attorney for the abortion mill was humbled. (God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble – James 4:6)

He called Menzor to the stand and said, “You have been making and causing speech that us annoying and harassing.  Did you call Diane Dierzis a murderer?”  Menzor replied, “Yes, because that is what she is.”  The attorney went on to ask, “Do you believe she will face a judge?”  Menzor replied tenderly, “I don’t believe she is saved, but I wish she was.”

“It was awesome to see God’s hand at work during the Trial!  Jesus definitely showed up today and used David and Menzor to glorify His name in that Court Room!” said Rev. Flip Benham.

After a brief recess, all of the pro-abortionists had left the courtroom and their support of their attorney.  The judge then vindicated David and Menzor because there was no evidence of wrongdoing by the defendants!

Since the murder of George Tiller, what happened in Birmingham yesterday is happening all over the nation.  All of the minions of hell have been unleashed to silence the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the gentle Christians who would proclaim it at abortion mills!  Yet, we can be encouraged by the words of Jesus when he said, “In this world you will have trouble, but take heart, I have overcome the world.” – John 16:23
