When we were in Las Vegas, a friend from our church in New Orleans called and shared this horrific story about a 3 month old baby who was bitten by rats and killed by the rats while sleeping in her crib.  While in Las Vegas, this was the only "news" article we looked at during our entire week there. Our hearts were grieved for this baby and for her family.  We arrived home Saturday, unpacked, and prepared for Sunday's service, having no idea what God was planning.  On Sunday morning, this baby's grandmother visited our church and we were able to minister to her before the service even started.  She listened attentively to the OSA testimonies and to Dale's message.  When the altar call came, she walked forward and repented and asked Jesus to be her Lord and Savior!!  The ladies from the church were able to pray for her and embrace her.  Please lift this family up in your prayers, not only are they grieving the loss of their precious baby girl but will now be in court on Tuesday trying to get their 14 month old son back. We are humbled that God would bring this grieving grandmother to our church and we are believing God will bring salvation, restoration, and healing to her entire family.
