Dear Friends,

I've never experienced a time as dangerous to America and its freedoms, even considering 9/11, as we are  living through right now with a president who's a pathological liar, a manipulator, Marxist, and God knows what else.   It seems he's determined to establish government control over all of our lives.   Quite simply, this has brought me to my knees.  Every day I beg God to rescue our country, claiming llChronicles 7:14.  It's frightening how unaware some people appear to the fact that we're teetering on the edge of Socialism/Communism. Maybe they are aware, if so, then it's their silence that's truly alarming.

Skip and I have gone to rallies, attended a healthcare solutions forum, and contacted our representatives about the healthcare situation and other immediate concerns, but the problem is, our Senators and Congressmen seem as stymied as we feel.  At the solutions forum with Republican representatives Sam Johnson, Joe Barton, Pete Sessions and Jeb Hensarling, Rep. Barton told about the solutions that Republicans had offered to deal with the supposed healthcare crisis, like tort reform and taking insurance across state lines.  But the Democrats refused to let any of these common sense measures into their wicked Death (for seniors and the unborn) Bill.  They have indicated it doesn't matter what the people want, this healthcare bill will be rammed through.  They have said the people will be okay with it after it's in place.

Maybe a march on Washington, DC will shake the Democrats loose from this evil bill.   Frankly, we don't know what else to do.  Skip and I are joining up with the Tea Party Express caravan tomorrow and, with the Lord's help, will travel to DC with them, arriving there Sept. 12.  As you probably know Glenn Beck is reporting on this.   

I'm taking my laptop and will try to stay in contact, but can't promise anything. 

Please pray for traveling mercies for us and, most of all, pray for God to intervene and save our country - not that we're deserving, but He is merciful.
