Even though both the Hyde Amendment and the Stupak Amendment are flawed, I think it's better than federal money going towards all types of abortions.  Of course I am still totally against the Democrats' Health Care Reform Bills which will ration health care and further bankrupt our nation.  Of course I also know that you are against all measures which give only partial victory, which you call "incrementalism".  I guess you would rather have us pay for all abortion types rather than for a very small percentage of them, if that is the only choice.  Of course all true pro-lifers would rather pay for none at all, but that wasn't the choice here.

Incrementalism, when it comes to dealing with the controversy between God and the devil is biblical error and will not bring abortion to an end.  Oh, it will save the lives of some but it will not bring abortion to an end.  It never has and it never will.  If we want God's aid, we must unashamedly and unapologetically stand upon God's Word.  That is exactly what Jesus did when tempted by the devil.  It behooves us to do the same.

No Christian should ever sign any piece of legislation that ends with the caveat, "then you can kill the baby."  This would include parental consent, parental notification, 24 hour waiting periods, fetal pain, partial birth abortion, ad nauseam.

That is why, on the legislative side of things, we wholeheartedly support, endorse, and push forward in every state, "Personhood."  This is the unsheathing of God's Word as it now allows God Himself to come to our aid and bring an end to abortion.  He watches over His Word to perform it. 

I do not at all doubt your motives to end abortion.  I have simply been around this block more than once.  I am not ignorant of the devil’s schemes.  I have no doubt that the devil himself would be happy to sign on to Stupak-Pitts because that was the only way Nancy Pelosi was going to have enough votes to get Health Care Reform to pass.  Health Care Reform would have been defeated in the House were it not for Stupak Pitts.
