That’s Right!  Family Reproductive Health, a local abortion mill here in the city of Charlotte, is suing Operation Save America and me to create a Gospel free buffer zone surrounding its killing fields.  Deborah Walsh, the owner of this mill, often shows up with a pistol strapped to her side, rifles in her car, a hunting knife, and a bullet proof vest which does not fit.  Did I mention that she wears two bandoleers crisscross over her chest loaded with bullets?  She is a sight, to say the very least, and certifiably insane to say the very best.

Over the past eighteen months 614 babies have been saved as we have taken this Gospel battle for the lives of preborn children tothe gates of hell (the three abortion mills in the city of Charlotte) every day.  The effectiveness of our ministry, coupled with several others, has aroused the ire of the devil.   This is a good thing.    

God truly has been doing amazing things as we have allowed the theology of the church house to become biography in the streets.  Though we are not yet able to provide ministry at each of the mills every minute they are open, our prayer has been that God will raise up others to join us in the battle.  You will be a part of this glorious vision for victory in Charlotte, July 17-24, 2010, when you join us for our National Event this summer.

The fact that you are headed this way in July is also mentioned in this, meant to scare you to death, lawsuit.    You are fact #38 in a series of 58 allegations against Operation Save America and Flip Benham.  Are you scared yet? 

Every National Event that we have ever planned, the Lord directing our steps, has been met with incredible obstacles and threats of what will happen to us if we continue to follow Jesus.  Our response: “We will follow Jesus!”
                                                                                      
Rick Nelson, the President of the American Liberty Institute, based in Orlando, Florida, will be helping us with the lawsuit along with a new friend, David G. Redding, who will serve as lead attorney here in Charlotte.  Thank God that He has friends in every city. 

Rick has litigated many cases for us and been a great friend of Jesus and His precious preborn children.  He is a fighter with the legal wherewithal and chutzpa to fight and win.  He has won several federal and state RICO suits filed against us.  
This particular lawsuit will establish a very important precedent.  It is crucial that we win.  If we don’t, we will be moved across the street from the Family Reproductive Health abortion mill.  This is just what the devil wants.  Then the two remaining mills on Latrobe and Wendover will follow suit with lawsuits of their own.  No longer will we be able to freely bring the Gospel of Christ to women in crisis pregnancies.  No longer will moms be given a real choice.  No longer will the Gospel be allowed at the gates of hell!

I say again, with great praise to Almighty God, “In the past eighteen months more than 614 babies have been saved!”  These are the ones that we are certain of.  So many moms have changed their minds and turned their hearts to Christ that Family Reproductive Health has filed a great big lawsuit to create a Gospel free bubble around its killing center.  The abortion industry in Charlotte is being brought to its knees as the Sword of the Spirit (God’s Word) is decapitating the lie of the devil.  The gates of hell cannot prevail against the Gospel of Christ.  Many abortion mill employees have quit and several abortionists have ceased doing abortions.  

That’s right!  Abortion mills don’t make money when mothers and fathers choose life for their children.  Their bottom line is money.  Our bottom line is Christ.  While we have not kept record of the number of folks who have committed their lives to Christ, we know of several who have been saved.  PTL! 

In order for the abortion industry to survive in this city, it must stop the Gospel proclamation on the public highways and byways in front of abortion mills at all costs.  It is seeking to strip us of our First Amendment responsibility to freely present the Gospel of Christ to those in crisis.  It is doing this through the courts, with this lie, “This suit shall in no way limit or prohibit free speech of the defendant.”  Please!  The abortion industry is all for free speech so long as it is not this (Jesus), not here (abortion mills), and not now (not ever)! 

After being served this lawsuit on Saturday, April 3, 2010, it dawned on me why I had two warrants sworn out for my arrest last month.  These outrageous warrants were ostensibly sworn out because we passed out Gospel literature at an abortionist’s practice and at his neighborhood.  This was simply posturing for this lawsuit.  The abortion industry knows that our National Event is coming to Charlotte this July 17-24.  They want us off the streets before then and these false charges provide a perfect avenue for their deceit.  Please Pray for us!
