Today, Monday, May 17, 2010, at 2:30 PM, we are being brought before the General Court of Justice – Superior Court Division in Charlotte, to give an account for this crime. Abortion mill owner Deborah Walsh, the one who wears a pistol strapped to her side when she arrives at the mill, is seeking an injunction to remove us from the public right of way in front of her mill to a sidewalk across a very busy street. Of course, this will prevent most of the mothers in crisis pregnancy situations from hearing the Gospel message. Precisely what Ms. Walsh had in mind.

God has been doing incredible works in Charlotte as we have been allowing the theology of the Church house to become biography at the gates of hell - the three local abortion mills in this city. In the past 565 days 647 babies have been saved that we know of. We have been privileged to pray with so many, lead them to Christ, and offer them help and hope in Jesus’ magnificent Name. It has been an extraordinary time in our city to say the least. To God be the glory!
We are seeing, before our very eyes, in the city of Charlotte the systematic attempt by the devil and his useful tools to decriminalize one behavior (child killing) and criminalize another – Christianity! This will not stand.
We are not the criminals. We are not the law breakers. We are the Gospel preachers and the law keepers. We have a precious promise that the gates of hell will not prevail – and neither will this.
Please pray for us and for our attorney David G. Redding.
If you can come to the hearing it will be held at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse on the 6th floor in downtown Charlotte.
