Praise the Lord! No news could be sweeter than this. The Honorable Judge, Timothy L. Patti of the Mecklenburg County Superior Court, has denied Family Reproductive Health (an abortion mill in downtown Charlotte) a preliminary injunction. The attempt to silence the Gospel of Christ outside these horrible gates of hell has been thwarted for a time. The lawsuit filed against us is still in the works but, while it is being heard, we may continue to live out our faith in the streets.
This means that gentle Christian warriors are still privileged to exercise their First Amendment rights and responsibilities on the public thoroughfares outside the abortion mill on 700 E. Hebron Street, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Children waiting to be born in both North Carolina and South Carolina give a great shout out to Jesus that those who give them a voice are still allowed to do so. Thank you David Redding, our wonderful attorney and great man of God. And thank you Judge Patti for seeing through the thinly veiled screen of animus toward the Christian witness.
