"Take no part in the worthless pleasures of evil and darkness, but instead rebuke and expose them. It would be shameful; even to mention here those pleasures of darkness what the ungodly do. But when you expose them the light shines in upon sin and shows it up, and when they see how wrong they really are some of them may even become children of light!" Ephesians 5:11-13
Dear Champion of the Lord and the Preborn,

What should have been a slam dunk vindication for the First Amendment and Freedom of Speech in the court trial of Rev. Flip Benham turned into a soap opera for the abortion industry. Abortionist Curtis Flood, the victimizer who slaughters innocent children in the womb, played the victim. In his corrupt mind, he is the valiant hero who helps indigent women (by killing their babies) being stalked by the evil Rev. Benham.
In "doctor" Flood's mind a flyer that exposes his hidden works of darkness and calls for him to repent and receive the love and freedom of Christ is equivalent to a gun or a bomb. With great eloquence, he shared the heart wrenching tale of how he searches roof tops for snipers, checks his cars for bombs, and can no longer watch sport games downstairs in the comfort of his home. The only thing missing from his testimony was popcorn and a tissue. He should have received an Oscar or a Nobel peace prize for his performance on the stand.
The entire case was settled by the subjective feeling of the abortionist. They asked them how he felt about the flyer and he went on a diatribe that never did establish the fact that Flip stalked him. In fact, he never met Flip until today in court.
As I watched this injustice play out, I was reminded by the quote in Robin Hood, "In the days of lawlessness, those who keep the law, become the outlaw." This court fulfilled Isaiah 5:20, 21 to a T, "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!"
Flip received 2 years of supervised probation, $350.00 in court costs, attorney fees, several days in jail suspended, and he must stay away from Dr. Flood's home by a thousand feet and his businesses by three hundred feet. Of course, this miscarriage of justice will be appealed.

As this case moves forward, however, our appeal should include heaven and higher law. Man has rendered his verdict and now, "It is time for thee, Lord, to work: for they have made void thy law (Psalm 119:126)." In a nation that defends the indefensible, the one who kills babies has become the victim and those who defend life are the criminals.
Arise O God, this man may have escaped man's justice, but he will never escape Yours. Therefore, we pray for Mr. Flood's conversion in accordance with Isaiah 55:7, "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon." We ask as well that You vindicate your son, brother Flip, O Lord and may this word go forth as a warning in Jesus' name, "Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm!"
