Important Announcement:
The following teaching will be the basis for our new website and Facebook page that deals directly with the second victim fallacy promoted by the pro-life movement.
We not only are planning to get the website and Facebook page up and running soon, but we will also create drop cards to promote it amongst our families, churches, pro-life groups, and magistrates.
Stay tuned and be ready to submit videos, pictures, and any solid Biblical teachings that reveals God’s truth, which has the power to set men and nations free in Jesus’ name!
In the great struggle to establish justice and end the suffering of the preborn, certain fallacies have arisen to convince the church and pro-life movement to not properly act on their belief that abortion should be stopped. Chief among them is the second victim mentality. This falsehood presents the mother as well as the baby being murdered as both victims of abortion. Slogans, such as, “Love them both” abound.
To love someone and not tell them the truth is not the love of God in operation. Christians are commanded to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). The church is called to establish the Micah Mandate in the earth, “He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God (Micah 6:8; Matthew 23:23; Isaiah 1:16, 17)?
The divine order is critical in God’s economy. Justice must first be established before mercy can be dispensed. All this demonstrates humility before God. In other words, if criminals do not perceive their guilt, they will never seek mercy. They will arrogantly persist in their sinful, rebellious and criminal ways. Proverbs 28:13 reveals, “He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.” These are the Biblical conditions to obtain mercy.
True Biblical Evangelism
Guilty sinners will never treasure the good news of the Gospel of the Kingdom until they are fully convinced of the bad news. Our sin (Violating God’s law) has separated us from our Creator and His wrath abides on us (John 3:36). Only by coming into agreement with God’s assessment (Confess the horrible truth about ourselves) and by meeting His terms of surrender can we be saved. All of us must repent of our sin, place our faith in Christ alone, and receive the power of the Holy Spirit to transform our lives (Acts 2:38). Otherwise, we will perish in our sin and be condemned for all eternity (John 8:24).
To assure someone one who is guilty of violating God’s holy commandment, “thou shall not murder” that they are victims is abhorrent to God. It is a violation of His Law/Word and a major disservice to the souls of women staggering under the weight of blood guiltiness who desperately need God’s deliverance.
Moreover, the second victim fallacy fails to meet God’s demand for justice and makes a mockery of American jurisprudence, which is equal justice under the law. We must remember that God puts no difference between the preborn child and the born child. Each child in the womb is made in His image and therefore, should be welcomed in life and protected by law.
Lex Talionis
Exodus 21:22-25 records:
If men fight, and hurt a woman with child, so that she gives birth prematurely, yet no harm follows, he shall surely be punished accordingly as the woman’s husband imposes on him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. But if any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
This passage of Scripture is known as the Lex Talionis. It deals directly with the justice God demands on the behalf of the child in the womb. It also reveals the proper penalties associated with crime. The penalty should fit the crime, no more or no less. It is the golden rule applied to justice (Luke 6:31).
The church and pro-life must be consistent if our prophetic witness is to be considered credible. We cannot make truth claims like abortion is murder and then in the legal realm not hold people accountable for their crimes. Our witness rings hollow.
This is where those who desire to outlaw abortion altogether get accused of hatred for women. Why is that? We reject the second victim ideology and simply desire to come into agreement with God on the nature of the crime of abortion and His demand for justice by penalizing it by law.
The state needs to do its duty under God. Civil government was ordained by God with a two-fold purpose: Magistrates must restrain evil. God established civil government to make sure mankind never descends back to the precondition wickedness that preceded Noah’s flood (Genesis 6:5, 6). Magistrates must also use their God ordained authority to protect life and stop the shedding of innocent blood (Genesis 9:6). Thomas Jefferson, our third President concurred. He stated, “The care of human life and not its destruction is the one and only object of good government.” Since Roe vs. Wade, our government has betrayed its sacred trust and has ended up defending the indefensible.
Church and State Responsibilities before God
According to Romans 13:1-4, civil government must punish the evildoer (As God defines evil) and protect those who are good in God’s sight (As God defines good). This is its duty before God who ordained and established civil government for His glory and our benefit.
The church needs to do its duty as well by ministering the Gospel of the Kingdom to set sinners and criminal free. Jesus calls the church to prison ministry (Matthew 25:26). It was one of the major marks of the righteous sheep who loves and cares for “the least of these.”
The state is a delegated authority under God. It is ordained by God to be the ministry of justice. It is to be concerned about protecting the life, liberty, and property of men and nations. The church is the ministry of grace. It is to be concerned about the spiritual and moral welfare of men and nations. The church teaches the law of God and the state enforces it as it applies to the civil realm. Magistrates must not carry the sword in vain, which they have done in the case of abortion (Romans 13:4).
These two aspects of God’s virtue, justice (state) and mercy (church), are not in contradiction to each other, but in complete harmony with His character and will in the earth.
Closing the Loophole on Roe vs. Wade
Unless the church and the pro-life movement reject the second victim ideology, they will be condemned to labor on the pro-life hamster wheel that is bottlenecked by the Supreme Court. Our political strategy will be confined to regulating baby murder, instead of ending it according to God’s will (Jeremiah 5:28). We will continue to seek to evade Roe and appease evil, rather than establishing justice as God demands. The church and the pro-life movement must deal with the root of this bloody idolatrous tree, if our nation will ever be cleansed and this grave evil vanquished.
Texas State Statute Did Not Reflect God’s Justice
It is because the state statute of Texas did not reflect the justice of God, the Supreme Court felt justified in ruling in favor of child sacrifice and the shedding of innocent blood.
Roe was issued in part precisely because Texas did NOT prosecute the mother for murder and the abortionist would only get a slap on the wrist. In other words, the Supreme Court made this iniquitous decree based upon the fact that Texas desired the court to treat the baby in the womb as a person like you and me, but due to the fact there was no penalty for the woman committing homicide and the lightest possible penalty for the abortionist, American now has the blood of countless millions of children staining our guilty hands. As a result, God’s just judgment weighs heavily upon us.
This is from the Roe decision:
There are other inconsistencies between Fourteenth Amendment status and the typical abortion statute. It has already been pointed out, n. 49, supra, that, in Texas, the woman is not a principal or an accomplice with respect to an abortion upon her. If the fetus is a person, why is the woman not a principal or an accomplice? Further, the penalty for criminal abortion specified by Art. 1195 is significantly less than the maximum penalty for murder prescribed by Art. 1257 of the Texas Penal Code. If the fetus is a person, may the penalties be different? [Endnote 54]
The court was making it clear. Don’t say the preborn child is a person and abortion is murder, if the woman is not culpable for prosecution. Until the church and the pro-life movement come into agreement with God on these self-evident truths, their motives may be well intended, but their worldview, faith, and the godly actions necessary to abolish abortion will be weighed in the balance and found wanting.
The Law is not Just Punitive in Nature, it is also a Teacher
“Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith” (Galatians 3:24).
Finally, what happens to a nation when the laws of men contradict or countermand the Law of God? First, they are no laws at all. So says 1800 years of recorded history in Western civilization. Divine law trumps human law.
Sir William Blackstone, who wrote Commentaries on the Laws of England was one of three human sources in history besides the Bible that our founding fathers quoted at length to bequeath to us our American form of government. In fact, until recent times, one could not become a lawyer in America, unless one had a thorough knowledge of Blackstone’s works.
Blackstone taught that there were two foundations for human law. He stated, “Upon these two foundations, the law of nature (The eternal laws of good and evil that God has written on every human heart) and the law of revelation (The Holy Bible), depend all human laws; that is to say, no human laws should be suffered to contradict these.”
Besides this foundation for law, according to our own Constitution, courts cannot make law. That is reserved for the legislative branch of our government. Article one, section one of the Constitution clearly states, “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” This leaves no authority whatsoever for courts to make law. Roe vs. Wade has never and will never be the law of the land. It is the lie of the land, which has wiped out one/third of entire generation and counting.
What has Roe vs. Wade taught Americans for over 46 years? Law does not have a moral basis rooted in God’s commandments. Law is based upon the fickle nature of fallible men and women. We cringe in horror when we consider Rome established paterfamilias and rightly so. Back then, children lived or died based upon the capricious whims of fathers. If the father thought the child was a weakling or did not want the responsibility to raise his children, he would give a thumbs down. Immediately, the child was rushed to the infanticide wall where either the elements or beasts would devour children. It was Christians who rescued them and raised them in the faith.
Thousands of years later, a tyrannical oligarchy called the Supreme Court transferred that unlawful authority to women. It is the woman who can now give a thumbs up or down, which will determine if children made in the image of God will live or die. And with a straight face, Americans believe this is the basis of law that should govern our nation. How deceived can a nation become?
What else has Roe taught our culture of death, which it established? If you have a problem you can’t handle, kill it. If you will not be responsible for your own actions, eliminate it. The root of the problem is not fornication, adultery, and other deviant sexual practices that need to stop. No, it the innocent baby in the womb that is the source of our woes. It is the children that need to be torn apart, their heads decapitated, and their precious bodies poisoned to empower women. It is therefore the duty of women to deny their motherly instincts to nurture and commit the unspeakable against their own flesh and blood.
Our nation has learned these lessons well. Vileness, coarseness, blasphemy, and lawlessness afflict our nation as women who commit this brutal act are considered victims. This website is dedicated to dispelling that myth and demonstrate the truth that has the power to set the captives free.
Most who view women as victims in abortion have never or rarely been to abortion clinics to minister the Gospel of the Kingdom. If they had, their opinion would change immediately. Please educate yourselves. Look at these videos, pictures, and pass this on to your family, churches, pro-life groups and your magistrates.
Lastly, there are women who have been true victims in abortion. God knows and so do those who consistently minister at the death camps. They are rare, but there are women who have been coerced to commit this crime. Our homicide laws already take that into consideration when determining guilt or innocence. To end the American holocaust, however, we must reject the second victim ruse and demand equal justice and equal treatment under the law. This is the main opening that keeps abortion legal and it must end now, if abortion will ever be abolished in Jesus’ name!
