Thus It Begins in Indiana

The letter to challenge Ben Smaltz and the Indiana Right to Life to repent and do what is needed and necessary to abolish abortion just went out to 25,000 subscribers in his district.

At the same time, 3 different abortionist’s neighborhoods in Indiana are receiving a flyer in the mail exposing their murderous activity to their neighbors. We will have a traveling team to bring forth a 2nd fold witness during our regional event for “Leaders A Time Like This Demands.”

Our opening rally begins tonight. The saints are on the way. We covet your prayers. While we are going forth on the streets, in the culture, and to the state officials in Indiana, every legislator and sheriff will receive this letter in their email.

An old wine skin cannot contain the new wine. Revival (New Wine) and Reformation (New Wine Skin) must be established as we continue to start brush fires in the minds of men to abolish abortion now and restore our nation in righteousness.

Letter to Indiana Officials

Dear Honorable or Sheriff_________________________

We pray this communication finds you well always abounding in the will of God for your life. This letter is one of critical importance. It deals with the much needed reformation that must take place in Indiana and our nation if we are to secure a future and a hope for our posterity.

As you may know, our founders established a form of government known as federalism. True federalism understands that all levels of government possess lawful authority.

An important aspect of federalism is that whenever one branch of government begins to play the tyrant, it is incumbent upon all other branches (whether federal, state, county, or local) to resist that branch – even if that branch is the Supreme Court itself.

Our nation has a rich history in this regard. Just eleven years after the ink had dried on the U.S. Constitution, the federal government acted outside its constitutional restraints. Kentucky stood against their lawlessness. The Kentucky Resolution of 1798 stated in part: “…and that whensoever the general [federal] government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force.”

Kentucky interposed – Kentucky simply said no to unjust federal “laws.”

The same held true for the state of Wisconsin. In 1854, Wisconsin’s Legislature and Supreme Court demonstrated interposition in the Joshua Glover/Sherman Booth incident by defying the federal government regarding slavery. This included defying the U. S. Supreme Court.

The legislature stated in part, “Resolved: That this assumption of jurisdiction by the federal judiciary, in the said case, and without process, is an act of undelegated power, and therefore without authority, void, and of no force.”

They declared the federal Fugitive Slave Act to be “without authority, void, and of no force” in Wisconsin. They defied and interposed against the injustice, rather than enforce it.

In our day, it has become painfully clear that the federal judiciary continues to play the tyrant. The U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) has consistently been the dispenser of unjust, immoral, and unconstitutional court opinions, including, preborn babies can be murdered and a man can “marry” a man. SCOTUS has engineered social transformation without representation. By this judicial usurpation, America has exchanged a monarchy for an oligarchy.

Tragically, no governor, state attorney general, state legislature, or sheriff has done their duty to rein in SCOTUS. They have complied with several unjust, immoral, and unconstitutional opinions by hiding behind the common song of our day: “The Supreme Court has ruled – all we can do is obey.”

This mantra is a lie. It is not how our founders intended the states to respond to egregious acts of evil by the federal government. Rather, they expected interposition by the states. They expected defiance. The song of their day was “Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.”

The assertion that an opinion by the U. S. Supreme Court is “the law of the land” is repugnant to our form of government. Roe vs. Wade can never be the law of the land. It is the lie of the land. It is legal fiction and pretend legislation. Courts cannot make law and any law that violates God’s law (Thou shall not murder) is no law at all. This is the worldview that upheld Western civilization for over 1500 years. Divine law trumps human law. In fact, the appeal to God’s higher law is what inspired our founding fathers to break ties with England to become an independent nation in the earth.

Besides this, the idea that SCOTUS is the final arbiter of what is or is not constitutional is intolerable to our system of government. The belief that all other branches of government must bow down to the court opinions of SCOTUS is a legal ruse.

Thomas Jefferson, who penned the Kentucky Resolution of 1798, responded to the false idea that the Supreme Court was the “final arbiter” of what is or is not constitutional. He stated, “You seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.” He went on to write: “The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots.”

We submit to you his warnings have come to pass. The Supreme Court has steadily written to itself powers never granted by the Constitution. For years, SCOTUS has been subjecting all other government jurisdictions to its tyranny. The Constitutional chain must be reapplied to check its despotism.

Men will forbear and so we should for even a long painful season, but there comes a point where forbearance becomes sin. There comes a point where forbearance becomes cowardice. There comes a point when men realize they no longer have the convenience of acting indifferent towards the unjust and immoral actions of their government. Our own Declaration of Independence established this truth for all Americans.

Thus, we submit to the state of Indiana that the lawlessness of the federal judiciary should no longer be forborne.

We submit to you that the murder of the preborn should not be forborne. The perverting of marriage and a host of other evils by the federal judiciary should not be forborne.

A little-known doctrine in our day that has been employed by men for thousands of years and has proven to peaceably rein in the lawless acts of government officials is the doctrine of the lesser magistrate. The doctrine simply stated is:

Whenever the higher-ranking civil authority makes unjust, immoral, or constitutionally repugnant laws, policies, or court opinions, the lower-ranking civil authority has both the right and the duty not to obey the superior authority, and if necessary, actively resist it.

We have included in this communication an important bill that will be introduced in your next legislative session. It is called the Protection at Conception Act. The bill has a sponsor, but it needs many more co-sponsors. We encourage you to get behind and defend this just bill. It passes Biblical, Constitutional, and historical muster to end the lawlessness and corruption of SCOTUS and its murderous rampage against the preborn child, who is made in the image of God.

May Christ rally your hearts to righteousness and justice. May Indiana make redemptive history. May you lead the way to protect the preborn and preserve the God ordained institution of marriage in Jesus’ mighty name! (2 Samuel 23:3)

Press Release announcing our Regional Event and Letter Exposing Duplicity in Indiana

This is our press release announcing our OSA event in Indiana. It is scheduled to go out soon. Following this press release is a letter that is going out to 20,000 Conservative, Christian, Republican voters in the district of Ben Smaltz. This “pro-life” politician previously killed a bill of abolition in Indiana. It will also go out to 5000 folks in Fort Wayne, IN.

Press Conference Scheduled at the Governor’s Mansion in Indiana

“He who rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God” (2 Samuel 23:3b).

From Nov. 1st-4th, Operation Save America will conduct a regional event. The theme for this conference is called “Leaders a Time like This Demands!” There will be rallies held for four nights from Wednesday, Nov. 1st-Saturday, Nov. 4th, at the Aletheia Church, 7816 S. Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. The rallies start at 6:30 pm and all our welcome to attend.

There will be street activities in the morning as Christians take the salt out of the salt shaker and the light from under the bushel to confront the culture of death with the Gospel of the Kingdom. In the afternoon, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM, at the Aletheia Church, there will be leadership training sessions for pastors and civil magistrates. The topics covered at these training sessions will range from the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate, the Doctrine of Interposition and the obligation of the church and state to do their duty to end the abortion holocaust in Indiana God’s way.

On Thursday, Nov. 2nd, OSA, the Lesser Magistrate Project, along with a contingency of local Indiana pastors will conduct a press conference at 9 AM. The location chosen is the Governor’s Mansion at 4750 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46208. Christian leaders will gather together to deliver a letter that calls upon the Governor to do his duty to ignore and defy Roe vs. Wade, establish justice, and abolish all abortions now in Jesus’ name!

Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas, National Director of Operation Save America states, “If a state like Colorado can defy the Feds for the dubious practice of smoking dope, how much more should decent states in America ignore the federal judiciary when it comes to the two most crucial issues concerning our survival as a people, the defense of innocent life and the preservation of the God-ordained family.”

Pastor Matt Trewhella of the Lesser Magistrate Project states, “For 44 years this slaughter of the preborn has gone on. Yet, not one governor, not one attorney general, not one legislature, not one mayor, not one common council has stood in interposition against the lawless opinion of the Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade. They have all hid behind the lie ‘The Supreme Court has ruled – all we can do is obey.’ Judicial supremacy is a fiction. The duties of all other branches (whether federal, state, county, or local) are to defy the branch playing the tyrant and defend the preborn.”

This is a the letter that will be sent out to 25,000 voters in Ben Smaltz district.

Representative Ben Smaltz and Indiana Right to Life are Sustaining the Slaughter of Preborn Babies in Indiana

This email alert is written as a public service announcement to expose the collaboration between Republican officials and Indiana Right to Life. A bill was introduced earlier this year entitled the “Protection at Conception Act” that would have ended the murder of the preborn in the state of Indiana. But Representative Ben Smaltz killed the bill.

He stated that Indiana Right to Life had profound concerns, and in fact Indiana Right to Life opposed the bill. Tragically, you read that right.

If these are the friends of the preborn – they don’t need any enemies. The very people who claim to want to defend the preborn have abandoned them. In fact, their ungodly compromises prolong their suffering and injustice. It is difficult to ignore who benefits by this betrayal. Smaltz gets votes because Indiana Right to Life proclaims him “pro-life.” Meanwhile, Indiana Right to Life enriches their coffers. Everyone benefits, except the preborn who still suffer and die under our watch. This cozy relationship must end, if justice for the preborn will ever be established.

Smaltz hid behind the faux argument that if the bill was to pass and the federal courts struck it down – it would undo all laws regarding abortion in the state of Indiana. Utter nonsense. That does not happen and a severability clause in the bill itself further clarified that it would not happen.

Smaltz also hid behind the common song of the pretenders that “the bill would not pass constitutional muster” with the Supreme Court. This is precisely the point Representative Smaltz – the Supreme Court issued a bogus, unconstitutional opinion in Roe v. Wade. The Supreme Court has played the tyrant – the Court must be defied by state officials.

Your duty Representative Smaltz is not to pass a bill that conforms with the “muster” of the tyrant, rather, your duty is interposition.

William Blackstone, the most cited legal scholar by America’s founders, while writing about divine law as revealed in Scripture prohibiting murder, stated, “If any human law should allow or enjoin us to commit it [murder], we are bound to transgress that human law.”

And this has long been the thinking in Western Civilization – if human laws contradict divine law, they are no law at all; they are to be opposed.

Abortion is murder. When the Supreme Court says you can murder the preborn, it is the duty of other civil magistrates to resist the Supreme Court in their injustice and tyranny. Not hide behind the lie “the Supreme Court has ruled – all we can do is obey.”

America’s founders never saw the Supreme Court as the final arbiter of what is constitutional or unconstitutional. Thomas Jefferson, for example, wrote to a friend who proffered such an idea by stating:

“You seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal.”

Judicial supremacy is a fiction. In fact, Roe vs. Wade, itself, is legal fiction and pretend legislation. America’s founders expected interposition by the states when the federal government acted unjustly.

James Madison, known as the Architect of the U. S. Constitution, stated, “On the subject of an Arbiter or Umpire, there can be none, external to the U.S. [federal government] more than the individual States.”

It was Madison that penned the Virginia Resolution of 1798, which defied federal government tyranny in his day, and declares in part, “…the states who are parties thereto [party to the Constitution], have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them.”

This is your duty Representative Smaltz; to interpose against the tyranny of the Supreme Court, not to aid and abet it. Your duty is to announce to the Supreme Court that Roe vs. Wade in the State of Indiana is null, void, and without force.

Your duty Indiana Right to Life is not to prolong your existence as an organization, but to accomplish what people give you money to perform, namely, the abolition of abortion.

We call upon both of you to repent of your duplicity. You will one day stand before the Lord and have to give an account for your stewardship. We call upon the Republican leadership and Indiana Right to Life to end their cozy relationship and actually take action to end this unjust slaughter. We call upon you to support the new Protection at Conception Act that will abolish all abortions once and for all in the state of Indiana.

We call upon the people of Indiana to break the cabal the Republican leadership and Indiana Right to Life have created. Nowhere does the U. S. Constitution bind us to a suicide pact with the federal judiciary. The blood of these helpless preborn babies cries from the ground and as Jefferson stated, “Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that His justice cannot sleep forever.” May the citizens of Indiana rise up to demand total abolition of abortion through immediate interposition for the preborn and nothing less in Jesus’ name!

Miss Faye Benham’s Home Coming Service

The Lord was gracious. He allowed family and friends of the Benhams to be present as Miss Faye took her last step of running her race of faith for her King and Lord. It was a precious gift.

Operation Save Africa

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.” (Matthew 28:18-20).
 
Serving in the ministry of Operation Rescue/Operation Save America for close to 3 decades has produced several great challenges, along with many wonderful blessings. One of the main honors is to fellowship and serve the Lord in the battle with high caliber, committed brothers and sisters in the Lord. These are Christians who carry in their bodies the scars of the Lord. They pour out their lives to spend and be spent for the cause of Christ.
 
One of those special people is Miss Pat McEwen. She has been after me for years to accompany her on one her many foreign mission trips. She has well represented the Lord and our ministry abroad. My heart, however, has always been for the plight of our beleaguered nation. Lately, she has struggled with cancer and just went through the hurricane Irma in Florida. This one determined Irish woman would not relent.
 
So, reluctantly, I went to South Africa with this incredible lady.
This unexpected mission trip is one that I will treasure for the rest of my days. Let me explain. Miss Pat tells me that she shared the vision and mission for our going to South Africa, but due to other pressing matters something was lost in translation. We were two days in South Africa before I realized what Miss Pat had arranged.
 
She had scheduled me as a main speaker at a “Pro-life” forum and a main speaker spot at the Durban March for Life. Here is a portion of the video taken at the March from a cell phone,
 
In God’s good providence another unexpected door opened up that will be explained later. When it finally dawned on me of what was expected, the full weight of responsibility fell. I had not prepared anything beforehand. There was no vision, message, or no notes to draw upon.
 
Obviously, my first reaction was to get on my knees and pray. I sensed the Lord cautioning me to take my hands off of this opportunity and just trust Him. God had this covered. God’s Word states, “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt; Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it” (Psalms 81:10). God’s Word went forth.
 
To my shock and surprise, the South Africans received the challenging messages with gladness of heart and actually hungered for more. In America, our vision, mission, and message, for the most part, has been rejected by the American church. We have been vanquished from most of the pulpits of America. It seems most do not want to be confused by the truth. This was not the response in South Africa. Frankly, it was weird, but deeply appreciated.
 
At the forum, I had the honor to minister alongside a precious post-abortive sister, who gave her powerful testimony. Her name is Melissa Hertz. She did not dance around the issue or feign excuses to make herself look like a victim. She told the horrible truth about what she had done and why she did it. Here are two videos that reveal her powerful testimony.
  
 
She plans on coming to America with her family to serve with OSA at the appointed time.
 
Another special brother who spoke was Pastor Xolani Ncuthu Klaas. He was conceived in rape. Powerful earthly and dark spiritual forces conspired to murder him in his mother’s womb. He had one advocate, however, a godly grandmother. She stood in the gap and convinced her daughter not to commit evil to make up for the evil that was done to her. She said, “You could end up destroying our family’s Moses.”
 
His mother hearkened and spared his life. His name reveals his heritage. Xolani means Be at peace and Forgiven. Ncuthu means Remember. His very life has become the message to South Africa. I encouraged him to “Shout it from the roof tops.”
 
The unexpected door that opened was phenomenal. At the mission, Kwasizabantu, which means, “A place for people to find help” the door opened to speak at their nightly service. This place was birthed in a heaven sent revival. To learn more of its extraordinary beginnings and the blessed Kingdom fruit it has produced, check out this brief video. When walking to the pulpit in this spectacular architectural marvel of a church building that seats 8000 people, I felt the tangible presence of God. The the Kabod of God, the weight of His glory was clearly present. Those who know me know that I’m not shy or fearful to preach God’s Word. In this case, however, with no notes or preconceived message, my body trembled and I had to control my emotions. My instinct was to just weep. I literally felt the heritage and history of this movement of God. Slowly, I opened my mouth and once again, God filled it.
 
There were missionaries from other nations. Hundreds of people filled the seats. Again, this happens every night for God knows how long. They worshipped God in several different languages and though I did not understand the words, the universal language of the Holy Spirit was present. There was black and white from every kindred, tribe and tongue. It was such a powerful representation of the Kingdom of God in one place.
 
After ministering God’s Word from my heart, one missionary invited me to speak in Holland and another missionary said the message was so convicting that he may have to return to his country to fight against the evils savaging his nation.
 
One of the missionaries, Clive Nass, who serves with Doctors for Life summed up some of the reaction to this mission trip.
I did not have the luxury nor the privilege to be present when you and Prof. Pat left the mission to say good bye and to really impress upon you my most sincere appreciation and gratitude for not only coming to South Africa, but for the gargantuan blessing that you both brought with you (I’m not sure who was more blessed us or them)!
 
I cannot begin to verbally express sufficiently the depth to which you touched my life personally and many, many others around me in your services and preaching! I thank you and I most especially thank our Father for allowing you to cross my path in so much as showing me that where in the past I may have seen flat pages in a book, that you have clearly shown me the beauty of the richly woven tapestry that is God’s word, the Bible. The very passion with which you serve the Lord is indeed something I hope to attain one day.
 
Brethren, I’ve come back from South Africa deeply moved and stirred. What we saw and heard has left a lasting impression upon my soul. God blessed Miss Pat and I to be at a place where one of the most powerful revivals to ever visit the earth transpired. The impact is still going forth from this place several decades later that is touching the nations of the earth.
I’m trying to absorb it and discern the Lord’s will through it all.
When I returned, I wrote this message on Facebook. It sums up my desire to pursue what happened in South Africa and seek God to see it duplicated in our bloody, perverted nation:
 
How many of you desire to see people transformed (deathscorts, abortionists, sodomites, and those lost to false religions) sick bodies healed, and souls delivered from demonic strongholds? In other words, do you long to see signs of God’s Kingdom that is not just in word only, but in power and demonstration of the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 4:20)?
 
How many desire for God to open the heavens and rain down His Spirit in a true heaven-sent revival? May I suggest this will never happen by keeping the status quo in our religious and spiritual lives. It takes a sacred frustration, a holy dissatisfaction, and an agonizing, desperate seeking of God. It requires a deeper consecration.
 
Are you willing to count the cost and pay the price? Get your eyes off of men, their intellects, and their agendas. God’s Word declares, “Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:12, 13).
 
If we want God to show up and show off, we must seek Him with all our hearts. May we not delay in giving this to our God, on the behalf of our bloody, demonized, and immoral nation.
Something of a mini revival started in Louisville. It grew in South Africa and may God be pleased to fan the flame as we move forward to Indianapolis and beyond.

The Eclipse and Hurricane Harvey

Is there a connection between the eclipse and the flooding left by hurricane Harvey?

I’ve recently read of folks using the end time scenario trying to make the connection between the eclipse and eschatology. These incidences happend within a week of one another. Typically, when something of the magnitude of Harvey hits us the end times speculators spring into action.

Others relate catastrophes that hit America to our support or lack of support of the current political state of Israel. What is missing from the equation? Most do not seem to consider America’s national sins can of themselves bring national calamity.

If there is some connection between the phenomenon of the eclipse with Harvey, there may be a better Biblical explanation. In both Testaments, when God pronounced judgments upon nations, his language dealt with withdrawing light and turning nations over to darkness and destruction. We see this pattern in the New Testament, when God judged the churches in the book of Revelation. He warned of removing their candle stick (light), if they do not repent and make things right with the Almighty.

Here are other examples from the Old Testament. When God pronounced judgment upon Babylon, He stated, “Behold, the day of the Lord comes, cruel, with both wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate; And He will destroy its sinners from it. For the stars of heaven and their constellations will not give their light; The sun will be darkened in its going forth, And the moon will not cause its light to shine. I will punish the world for its evil, And the wicked for their iniquity; I will halt the arrogance of the proud, And will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. I will make a mortal more rare than fine gold, A man more than the golden wedge of Ophir. Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth will move out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts and in the day of His fierce anger” (Isaiah 13:9-13).

In another passage, God pronounced judgment upon Egypt. He declares, “I will also water the land with the flow of your blood, even to the mountains; And the riverbeds will be full of you. When I put out your light, I will cover the heavens, and make its stars dark; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light. All the bright lights of the heavens I will make dark over you, and bring darkness upon your land,” Says the Lord God” (Ezekiel 32:6-8).

We know God created the sun, moon, and stars not to be worshipped, but as a source for mankind to know His awesome power, glory and Godhead. He also created them to give light and as a mechanism to tell time and seasons. When a nation crosses the line with the Almighty, He also uses the language of their existence as a warning and a pronouncement of judgement.

Now here is the thing. We know from history God judged the nations He warned. We also have no record of any physical phenomenon happening in the heavens. When God chooses that specific language it is prophetic, symbolic language that basically states that God is removing His light from men and nations due to their abominable practices.

This is exactly the same language that the Apostle Peter utilized when explaining the outpouring of God’s Spirit on the day of Pentecost. Quoting the prophet Joel, Peter states, “And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord” (Acts 2:17-20).

Most rejoice on the promise being fulfilled about the Holy Spirit manifesting in the early church. They tend to glaze over the latter part of the promise being fulfilled and that concerns the language of judgment, “I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.”

True to God’s Word and warning, He birthed the church, established His Kingdom, filled His believers and in 70 AD judged the nation of Israel.

So, is there a connection between the eclipse and God’s judgment? You be the judge.
