My pastor, Jeff Wyers, blessed me with the opportunity to deliver this morning sunrise Resurrection service message. I pray it blesses your soul and encourages your heart.
If you find any merit, please pass it on in your sphere of influence. Thanks!
Though God’s laws are negative in nature, “Thou Shalt Not,” they are the bulwark of liberty. They are the embankments that keep the river of freedom flowing properly. Remove the embankments and liberty becomes licentiousness, which invariably results in tyranny.
Man’s pursuit of evolutionary law, however, is positive in nature. Government declares, “Thou shalt” with taxes, license fees, and regulatory fines attached to increase government’s power. Positive law subjects citizens to the dictates of government, which typically curtails their freedom already granted to them by God.
The Declaration of Independence rejected positive law. Our Founding Fathers articulated that our liberty originated with God and government’s purpose is to protect our God-given rights. Statists use positive law to control its citizens. This fabricated law system diminishes liberty.
God did not give his laws to make men good. He established his laws to restrain evil, protect life, liberty, and property. He sent his Son to not necessarily make men good through his great salvation but bring dead men back to life again. BTW, Blessed Resurrection day!
Man’s evolutionary view of law seeks to force men to be “good,” according to their statist worldview thereby restricting liberty. In other words, evolutionists do not reject the notion of salvation. They just reject God’s version of salvation.
Man can still be “saved” by keeping their laws and public policies. This is why leftists gravitate toward seats of power. They must capture the sword of civil government to implement their Marxist plan to “save” the world through their positive laws.
Christians rightly reject this notion. Man’s salvation comes by grace through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8, 9).
Hope to see you in Birmingham, Alabama, May 13-15 and in AZ from June 23rd-26th for our national event. Keep pressing on saints to the high call and prize.

God has not given us the moral authority to make deals with the devil and his crowd when it comes to the lives of the preborn. Any pro-life legislation that ends with the caveat, “Now you can murder the baby” must be rejected.
The motive may be good to save some lives, but that strategy still inadvertently strengthens the legal fiction and pretend legislation of Roe vs. Wade. It has prolonged the suffering of the preborn for several decades as we have denied our Lord, compromised his truth, ignored His law, and exchanged his help for the political strategies of men.
We have to move from the sinking sand policies of the pro-life movement and rebuild on the solid rock of God’s Word. The Scriptures remind us there is only one legitimate foundation for all of life and that is the person of Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul, however, admonishes us to be careful how we build upon the cornerstone of our salvation.
Most of what we have built is a house of cards where we spend millions of dollars, put forth great efforts and resources to pass “pro-life laws” that the rogue courts wait in line to throw out as unconstitutional.
It is time to ignore the courts and defy the tyrants that unleashed this hell upon our nation. It is time for the church and the states to rise up and say no to the federal beast that has been used to destroy children and the God ordained family. What say you Church?”

“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak” (Ephesians 6:18-20).
Brethren, this is a prayer alert. Just found out the BBC wants to interview me this Monday on abortion and the culture wars in America. Your prayers are welcomed and needed. May our Lord be glorified and His little ones made in His image given voice in Jesus’ name!
Thank you in advance.
This is the written submission sent to every Senator on the Texas State Affairs Committee overseeing all the “pro-life bills” heard two days ago.
My name is Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas, national director of Operation Rescue/Operation Save America. I represent our Lord Jesus Christ and the little ones made in His image. I am a resident in Waco, TX. I signed up to testify orally but had some scheduling conflicts and had to go. This is my written submission.
I have committed over half of my life (I’m 64) to end the American holocaust. I’ve been beaten, bloodied, permanently injured, fined, jailed, shunned, lost pulpits, and a great amount of resources seeking to save babies from horrifying deaths. This is not to complain nor boast before you, but to boast in the Lord who opened my eyes and broke my heart concerning the plight of the little ones made in His image.
If I were in your position, I would take the sword of justice that you hold and would wield it in righteousness to end the suffering and injustice committed against the preborn. I would do it in a heartbeat. But as a Christian and a churchman, however, that is not my jurisdiction, it is yours.
I’ve done what I could do interposing on the behalf of the preborn as a churchman, and I beseech you to use your lawful authority to interpose as a statesman.
Concerning the role of civil government, Thomas Jefferson declared, “The care of human life and its happiness and not their destruction is the one and only object of good government.” He believed this so deeply, he enshrined the “right to life” in our Declaration of Independence.
Along comes Roe vs. Wade and SCOTUS, with a straight face, declares it is now legal for one group of human beings, (Parents) to murder another set of human beings (Their own sons, and daughters).
How did Texas and every other state respond to this evil insanity, and lawlessness? We gave it credence and allowed that evil to come through our state to corrupt our people and defile our land. It is grievous to behold.
One must ask, what has happened to us since then? The bitter fruit of blood guiltiness is drowning our state and nation in a sea of innocent blood and perversion. Tyranny in our government and anarchy in our culture is destroying our union.
How is it possible then that Texas still tolerates the intolerable and defends the indefensible?
A couple of years ago, Gov. Abbott made a precious promise to my dying son, Jeremiah Thomas. My son’s dying wish is for Texas to no longer regulate baby murder, but to end it once and for all. To his credit, Gov. Abbott said, “Your wish has been granted.” It has been a couple of years since he made that promise and my family still waits for it to be fulfilled. You have an opportunity with HB HB3326 to make his dying wish a reality.
I would adjure you by all you hold sacred to no longer treat the symptoms of abortion, heal the disease. No longer prune the branches of abortion (Pro-life incremental bills) but take God’s ax of truth to the root of this bloody idolatry that is savaging our state and nation.
In conclusion, Texas can make redemptive history and lead the way, or we can continue to play religious and political games at the expense of these children’s lives. We can do what is right, just, and good in the sight of God or be derelict in our duty before Him by refusing to end the suffering and injustice committed against the preborn.
I pray you set your faces like flint to Ignore Roe, Establish Justice, and Abolish Abortion in the state of Texas. God bless you as you do your duty to protect life and stop this shedding of innocent blood that has defiled our polluted land.
Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas
On Monday, March 15th, in the year of our Lord 2021, Texas Christian abolitionists will converge in Austin, Texas with the Gospel of the Kingdom. Our purpose will be to expose the evil of appeasing evil by promoting pro-life incremental bills and demand our magistrates do their duty by outlawing abortion and penalizing it by law.
There is a bill of abolition, HB 3326 filed in the House by Rep. Bryan Slaton. We will beseech them to hate evil, love good, and do justice for the fatherless by backing this bill. No more treating symptoms and ignoring the disease.
Texas, through Gov. Abbott, made a promised to our deceased son, Jeremiah Thomas, to abolish abortion in the Lone Star state.. It is passed time our state keep its integrity and promise in Jesus’ name!
If you care to come and testify, press on this link to sign up. Also, on Tuesday, March 30th, at 2PM, we will be gathering on the southside of the Texas State Capitol to rally for HB 3326, to abolish abortion in Texas.
Please join us at this important rally and lobby day to urge our elected representatives to pass this bill! Hope to see you there!
If you find any merit, please pass it on in your sphere of influence. Thanks!
This coincides with Texas State Representative Bryan Slaton officially introducing the Abolition of Abortion through Equal Protection for All Unborn Children Act (HB3326). It would totally and immediately abolish abortion in the state in defiance of Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. The bill now awaits a committee assignment.
On Tuesday, March 30th at 2PM we will be gathering on the southside of the Texas State Capitol to rally for HB 3326, to abolish abortion in Texas.
If you are in the Texas area, please join us at this important rally and lobby day to urge our elected representatives to pass this bill!
I’ve been invited to help lead the charge and preach at the rally in support of this bill that will outlaw abortion, penalize it by law, and fulfill Governor Abbott’s promise to our deceased son, Jeremiah Thomas.
Hope to see you there!
The Lord’s prisoners just became the Lord’s freemen!
Hallelujah! Thanks for all those who took the time to contact the authorities on their behalf and the little ones made in God’s image.
Update: 4 are out and waiting for them to bring Denny out as well!
Our brothers had court and have been released (officially, but not out of the jail yet). The judge waived bail on 4 of them and $1000 was paid on one of them (Denny).
May Christ be praised! May we lay our lives down in love toward our Lord and our neighbors!
Acts 4:23-31 declares, “And being let go, they went to their own [companions] and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said to them. So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord, You [are] God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them, “who by the mouth of Your servant David have said: ‘Why did the nations rage, And the people plot vain things?
The kings of the earth took their stand, And the rulers were gathered together against the LORD and against His Christ.’ “For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together “to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done. “Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, “by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.”
