If there ever was a time I would be for the pulling of a gun permit from a citizen of the United States of America, it would be for those who murder innocent children safe in their mother’s wombs.  These cannot be trusted by God nor by man to do anything but evil.

Kudos to the city of Jackson Hole, Wyoming! Here’s the story via the Jackson Hole News and Guide.

This little three minute NBC news video will give you a pretty good visual of what is happening In Jackson, Wyoming.  For those of you who were with us during our “States of Refuge” campaign in May 2011 and 2012, this should be a pretty familiar venue.  This video was taken from the sidewalk next to the “mini-mall” where Brent Blue’s abortion mill is located.

If God’s church in Jackson Hole will not cry out for the plight of preborn children being led away to the slaughter – the rocks will!  Luke 19:40.

Attached is a great article from our good friend Jeremy Augenbaugh in Jackson, Wyoming.  We are just off the heels of winning a lawsuit against the city’s nefarious attempts to silence the Gospel of Christ in the streets of Jackson, to now being on the heels of a possibly devastating landslide just across the street from abortionist Brent Blue’s notorious abortion mill.  This mill is the last remaining surgical abortion mill in the state of Wyoming.

The church in Jackson is deafeningly silent concerning this issue, for she is afraid of what it will do to her reputation among the “good” citizens of this troubled city.  This city is being troubled by God Himself.  If His Church chooses to remain silent at a time like this, then the rocks will cry out.

See Jeremy’s article demonstrate a very powerful movement of God’s providential hand at work in the city of Jackson, Wyoming, thanks to your public proclamation.

This “group” has been traveling from state to state for photo ops.  They arrive, stay only long enough to film and give an interview and then off to their next air conditioned hotel to relax.  They peddle lies because their father is the father of lies and lazy journalists fall for the bait of an easy story to cover. How pathetic to be signing a banner that calls serial killers heroes!

Notice the comments I copied below.  These are only two but I copied them because they are just comments not for or against abortion.  They just saw through the smoke & mirrors of this road show.  What a contrast to the faithful Christians of Mississippi who come out to pray and offer hope to women even when there are no cameras to pose for.  The legislature of Mississippi wants to end abortion in their state, The people of Mississippi want the shedding of innocent blood to stop. Mississippi just may be the first abortion free state in the nation. As one onlooker at the last OSA State of Refuge said.  “First abortion free state – that’s history man! “  Come be part of history – Jackson Mississippi November 2-6 2013

A pastor who has served with us a long time has written a powerful piece that was published in the Jackson Hole News & Guide. It will be published in the Jackson Hole Daily today (Wednesday 6/5). Here it is:  Wyoming – Letter to the editor 2012

The Name of Jesus and the cause of His precious preborn children was “shouted from the house top” that all the world might know.

Enjoy!  ~ Flip

Hello there,

I am a resident of Jackson Hole Wyoming.  Although I do not live in the town of Jackson, I live in the area of Jackson Hole.  I am happy that you have chosen to stand up for the aborted babies and make a stance.

I wanted to try to stop and visit with you all a bit however, on my only trip through town during your visit to JH I was short of time.  I do want to tell you that I think you are wrong when you say that Dr. Blue is the only abortionist in Wyoming.  My daughter-in-law worked at an OB/GYN in Jackson and they also perform “the procedure” up to a certain amount of weeks into the pregnancy.  My guess is that if this other OB/GYN does this then there may be others in JH as well as many throughout the state of Wyoming.  Especially in larger cities such as Casper and Cheyenne.  I don’t know how you would find out about those…but it’s food for thought.

Thank you for speaking truth in our community.

Flip’s Response:

Dear Karen,

Thank you so very much for your encouragement.  It is all the more precious when it comes from a heart that hungers after truth.  We will never end all abortion in the state of Wyoming any more than we will end all sin in the world. Jesus came to save the whole world, but not everyone in the world is saved.

We have no doubt that there are others who do abortions (back alley) in Wyoming.  Sin will always be with us wherever we are on this earth.  If there are women who get pregnant, there will be those more than willing to be the devil’s “useful idiots” and kill their children  for their own profit.  This is the reality of living in a sin sick world where the “world, the flesh, and the devil” are having their way in rebellion against Almighty God.

God’s answer to this dilemma (sin) is Jesus.  He is the only One who can Save us from sin.  Jesus lived a life in perfect obedience to His Father.  He was, is, and forever will be sinless.  Yet He paid the ultimate price for sin (the wages of sin is death), not for Himself but for us.  “Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13.  He bore my sin and yours on that old rugged cross that you and I might live for Him and tell the whole world that there is an answer for sin – Jesus!

“God made Him who knew no sin to become sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God.”  2 Corinthians 5:21.

Brent Blue is the only advertising, practicing, owner of a free standing abortion mill in the state of Wyoming.  He is very public and proud about murdering the most defenseless among us.  Brent has no concern over God’s precious preborn children who have “no voice” (unless we give them one) and “no choice” as to whether they live or die.  No one else in Wyoming does what Brent does.

It is the exposing of Brent Blue’s greed and sin that has so upset the fine folks in Jackson Hole.  Why?  Because it exposes the sin of Jackson Hole.  Never mind that Brent is actually killing children, just don’t tell us about it and get that sign out of our face.  Unfortunately, this response has been called by God’s “church” in Jackson, “Compassion, Civility, and Love.”  God calls it hate!  “Do not hate your brother in your heart.  Rebuke your neighbor frankly so you will not share in his guilt.”  Leviticus 19:17.

It is therefore up to us then, who know the truth about the value of life and the preborn child, to be a voice for those who have no voice and are being led away to the slaughter (Proverbs 24: 11-12).  It is up to us to expose the sin of Brent Blue and of the city of Jackson, because the church won’t.  If we love our neighbor we must confront him in his sin that he might repent and turn to God through Jesus Christ our Lord.  It is love that brought us to Jackson, Wyoming.  It is love for Brent Blue, love for the babies he murders, love for the moms and dads he rips off, and love for you that we come to your city.

Since God’s “church” in Jackson will not “make itself of no reputation” and stand in the gap for Brent, these preborn children, or their mothers and fathers – we must!

When Brent Blue stops killing children, Wyoming has the opportunity to become the first abortion free state in America.  That does not mean that there will be no abortions done in Wyoming.  Mothers and fathers in sin can always find some pathetic doctor or nurse to kill their child if that is their desire.  But Wyoming will be, as far as it is up to her – abortion free!

God bless you Karen,

Great to see the inner city discussion our Gospel proclamation made possible in the city of Jackson Hole this past week.  We had so many incredible conversations with the folks of this very angry city.  Many new friends, a few less old enemies, and some brand new Christians.  Doesn’t get any better than this. Here’s the story by Richard Abowitz via planetjh.com.

Pastor Mark just sent me this report by Jill Stanek.  She picked up on our Gospel adventure through Rachael Maddow of all people.  Thank you Rachael for trumpeting our Gospel assault on the gates of hell in Jackson, Wyoming.  One day your knee will bow and your mouth will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.  We pray it will be today!

Here’s  Jill’s story!

Here’s Brenda Spurlock’s report on what’s been happening in the little town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.   Enjoy!

Wednesday-Friday, May 16-18, 2012

During three days of street preaching, public Bible reading & prayer, display of signs that depict both the humanity of the child in the womb and the barbarity of abortion, our folks in Jackson, WY began to see residents awakening to the fact that standing against child murder is not only their civil duty, it is “Loving and Compassionate!”

Dorothy Boyett (TX), Mark Gabriel (WI)

A number of our people reported receiving handshakes and thanks from Christians who were happy we had come. One woman said she had been praying that the hypocrisy of the churches regarding abortion would be exposed.

Brenda Spurlock (TX), Jeremy Aughenbaugh (WY)

At our evening services, OSA saints recounted divine appointments they had on the streets. One night eight of them spoke. Among them, Deanna Waller, who ministered to a grandmother who was still grieving a grandchild that she hadn’t known was being aborted.

Dorothy Boyett told about Collin (20), who came to Jackson for work. He said he had no religious background. After Dorothy described how holy our God is, and took Collin through the Law, he admitted if he died today he would go to hell. Then she had the privilege of telling him the blessed news of what Jesus did on the cross for us. “Now isn’t that good news?” she asked. That’s the best news I’ve had all day!” he replied

Ante Pavkovic said he and a man he met on the streets discussed abortion and every other controversial subject under the sun. There was a different spirit, a friendly rapport, after spending more than an hour working their way through these subjects.

On the same corner where a Kansas Pastor  and Chet Gallagher were arrested last year, we finished up Word in Warfare by reading Revelations.

Most of the ladies still in town went to Church at River Crossing, a non-denominational church pastored by Mike Atkins.  Gary Jelich and Michael Sugar stood on the highway and held the Malachi sign that asks, “Where is your church?” . The rest of the men went into the residential area with signs after being removed from church property.

The Pharisee who prayed about himself thanking God he wasn’t like other men was the sermon topic. Pastor Atkins said he didn’t believe in our methodology.  He said that he had talked with Brent Blue and hadn’t been able to get him to quit doing abortions.  (This was at our leader’s request after Pastor Atkins was missing in action on vacation last year while we were here.)  He told the congregation he has saved a baby.  He said our people shouldn’t have come , that local pastors have spiritual authority for Jackson.

Following services, Heather Mechanic explains in Spanish to a Hispanic gentleman why we’ve come.

A gray-haired woman identified as being a witch who burned incense and did incantations last year while we were in town, was on church property with a sign, though OSA wasn’t allowed on the property with signs.  She complained to a young assistant pastor about us.  He told her she had the authority to call the police.  She wasn’t a church member but said she visits once a month.

A man leaving after the service, thanked our people for being there and handed us a $100 bill saying he wanted to buy lunch for everyone.

One of our saints went to Presbyterian Church of Jackson Hole whose pastor also said he didn’t agree with our methods.  “We have fervently pro-life people and also have fervently pro-choice people,” he said, “but we all come together for the sake of the gospel of Christ.”

Here’s the link to see this video via YouTube.  (We can’t help but agree with Flip that the pastors are what’s wrong with Jackson, Wyoming )
