The Make A Wish Foundation exists to bless children who face life threatening diseases. They have contacted Jeremiah to let him know that he can go on a special trip, meet someone famous, or set up a legacy foundation to help others.

What does our 16 year old sold out to the Lord, All Star, State Champion Football player desire? How about setting up a meeting with Gov. Office of the Governor Greg Abbott of Texas to demand Texas abolish abortion in the Lone Star state?

Just when I think this kid has done enough suffering to serve the Lord and to touch others, he comes up with this. Gotta love him!!!

While the battle rages from within concerning the life of our son, there is another battle raging from without. There are 10 gentle Christians who interposed at a death camp in Louisville, KY last year to rescue their preborn neighbor. We are now facing the full weight of the federal government.

The Feds have been pursuing depositions to get ready for a possible trial in July. As they have interrogated our brothers and sisters, it is now clear they do not want this to go to trial.

Our government is scrambling to negotiate a deal to avoid a trial. I think it is beginning to dawn on them, we are not the ones on trial, but this corrupt wicked system that has unleashed a covenant of death savaging our nation.

At the appointed time, I’m going to release my written deposition that lays out the Biblical, historical, and governmental justification for the doctrines of Interposition and the Lesser Magistrate to end the American holocaust.

To all my new found friends who have followed our faith journey concerning our son, Jeremiah, one of the ways to support him is to join the battle for the souls of men, the lives of babies, and the future of our blood stained, perverted nation.

“The mind of man plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps” (Proverbs 16:9).

God’s directing our steps.

It’s not where we planned.

38 days ago Jeremiah was told his sports injury was really a malignant tumor in his chest. A surgery, two countries, three hospitals, and countless doctors later, it feels like forever.

When we brought Jeremiah to Tijuana for alternative care, our heart was to increase Jeremiah’s chance of survival.

Osteoblastic Osteosarcoma is an aggressive bone cancer. It is resistant to radiation and has already spread (metastasized). Jeremiah has spots on his lung, a large tumor in his chest, and another in his back.

Jeremiah has a 10% chance of survival.

He received excellent care at McLane’s Children’s Hospital, where he had emergency spinal surgery to prevent permanent paralysis and loss of bathroom control. Unfortunately the neurosurgeon was unable to remove the entire tumor.

Traditional methods couldn’t cure him but it could possibly extend his life. With such bad odds, we began to look beyond traditional methods. Angeles Hospital Functional Oncology Center in Tijuana seemed to provide the best combination of hospital care and alternative treatments.

The alternative methods were working. Jeremiah was improving. His physical therapy was helping too. Rusty was encouraged.

And then the cancer struck back.

The tumor in Jeremiah’s chest caused his left lung to fill with blood. The surgeons from Angeles Hospital felt that to attempt to remove it would risk Jeremiah’s life.

We needed a hospital with the expertise and willingness to remove the tumor.

This brings us to where we are now. With sirens wailing, Jeremiah was transported in an ambulance to the border. He was met on the San Diego side by an ambulance from Rady Children’s Hospital. He is in PICU. They are administering oxygen while his lung is slowly drained of blood. They are unsure of the cause of the blood, though they suspect it is in some way related to the tumor.

We appreciate the hospital’s willingness to assist Jeremiah and stabilize him. We are also grateful for the diligent staff in the PICU who, even now, is attending to him.

Sadly, Rady Children’s Hospital for a number of reasons will not treat Jeremiah. The situation is that dire. Their suggested course of action is chemo therapy to shrink the tumor and then surgery. A smaller tumor would lessen the risks of surgery and give Jeremiah a better chance at life.

We are currently working on a medevac flight back to Texas for Jeremiah and Rusty.

Chemo and surgery have risks for Jeremiah. But doing nothing means the battle is over and the race has been run for Jeremiah. Based upon this new development, Rusty had a heart to heart talk with his son.

He stated, “Son, we have been told three times that humanly speaking holistic and other means have gone as far as they can. We have one option left with two choices. We are going home. We are either going home so you can go home to be with the Lord or we are going home to continue to fight.” When asked by Rusty what he wanted to do, Jeremiah replied, “I want to fight.” Rusty’s response, Then fight we shall!”

Matthew Henry once said, “We need to fight until we win or we need to fight until we die.” Whether he lives to serve God or dies to meet God, Jeremiah’s hope and healing is secure. Either way, Jeremiah wins and Christ is glorified.

The journey of faith continues. We do not know what the future holds for Jeremiah, but we fully love and trust the Holy One who holds all our futures in His mighty and capable hands. The Lord richly bless all of you in Jesus’ name!

I called Kendra to get on a plane to come to Tijuana immediately. it is not water, but blood from the tumor that is filling Jeremiah’s lung. They are contemplating a major surgery tomorrow to remove the tumor, drain the blood, and clean the lung. They are calling it a heroic effort.

It is serous enough that they thought it was important for Kendra to be here. My heart is broken into a million pieces and we are looking to the ONE who came to mend broken hearts.

Please pray for our home and the rest of the family. It is difficult to take care of everybody from here.

This is the live feed from my personal page relating our battle against cancer with Jeremiah and our battle to end the American holocaust. It is mind boggling and quite fascinating to discover the similarities. Suffice it to say, the battle from within and the battle from without has taken on a whole new dimension. If you find any merit, please pass it on in your sphere of influence.

The Thomas nation is not concerned with Jeremiah dying. Our Lord has conquered death, hell and the grave. This is why the Scriptures can boast, “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory” (1 Corinthians 15:55).

Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life and Jeremiah’s soul knows that truth quite well and it has set him free. He is in a win/win situation. The Apostle Paul reveals the truth, “To live is Christ and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21). He went on to reveal that to depart and be with Christ is better, it remains a far superior option (Philippians 1:23).

But as family devoted to loving, obeying and serving God, who have feet of clay and see in a mirror dimly, our prayerful desire is for us to have Jeremiah stay with us. We long to see him grow up, become a man of God, and do great exploits to advance the Kingdom of God in the earth.

Amazingly at 16, God has already powerfully used him to touch and change the life of many. In the midst of this current distress, we are keeping our eye on the prize. We want to thank all of you who have decided to come on this journey of faith with us. Knowing, that all things work together for good to those who love God and are the called according to His purpose. The Lord richly bless you!

As we are fighting for the life of our son, Jeremiah, we must not abandon the fight for the preborn. As way of reminder, here are a couple of charges from the local pastors hosting our OSA National Event in Indianapolis from July 14-21st. Please mark your calendars, rally others, and let’s storm the gates of hell together. They will not prevail against the Church of the living God!

This year, in the state of Indiana, more than 7,000 innocent babies will be slaughtered before they escape their mother’s womb. The worst part is they could have been saved if only the overwhelming Republican majority at the Indiana State House had made a priority of rescuing them. Instead, these “pro-life” legislatures, along with most of the “pro-life” organizations in Indiana lobbied against the bill that could have put an end to the bloodshed. Sadly this is no surprise when one takes time to consider Indiana’s bloodstained history as one of only a few states where abortion was legal even before Roe passed. There is much injustice to be exposed and confronted in our state. I would like to personally invite you to join us for this OSA National event, as we seek to expose darkness, confront injustice, call for repentance, and seek to institute mercy on behalf of the preborn. -Pastor Derin Stidd, Aletheia Church

Every age has its evil, and though there are many evils in our age, the evil of abortion is, perhaps, the deadliest. In our nation, during our lifetime more than 60 million children have lost their lives through the abortion holocaust. We have sacrificed these precious lives on the altar of convenience. The Pro-Life movement cannot stop it. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only hope for all who are affected by this holocaust, and the Church of Jesus Christ is the messenger that God has ordained to bring the Gospel to this world. Come and join for a time of prayer, worship, fellowship, ministry, and training on how the Church can get involved in this battle. Let us lock arms in this effort, for the very gates of Hell do not stand a chance against Christ and His Church. -Pastor James “Kip” Farrar, Aletheia Church

We made it safely to Tijuana. Through the Lord we overcame every obstacle and there were a few. Yikes.

Jeremiah is registered in the hospital. They have removed the stitches on his biopsy, removed the staples from his surgery, took pliminary tests, established his diet plan, took an ex-ray and put in an IV.

His spirits are high and attitude good. He is looking forward to the treaments and what this hospital offers to help him overcome.

Our family is blessed beyond measure to find such support during this difficult time. We thank each and everyone.

Please pray for healing, but also that God would continue to use Jeremiah’s trial to reveal God’s salvation, healing, and deliverance to others. We are blown away at the testimonies of how God is touching so many lives. This truly is a painful gift.

Keep pressing on saints to the high call and prize. Love ya!

Today Jeremiah walked today with a walker and took a shower. He is a new man.

Tomorrow, we should get the results of the biopsy. And though we are completely relying on the Great Physicians for the miracle we need, there are practical steps that need to be taken.

At first, we were looking to go to St. Jude in Memphis. Since then, so many wonderful people have offered advice ranging from traditional to non-traditional means to treat his ailment. It could be a little overwhelming, but we appreciate the concern, prayers, and support.

Today, I think we made an initial decision of direction. There is a place in Tijuana that specializes in thermos therapy. They first cleanse the system of all the junk, feed his system with serious nutritional foods to boost the immune system. Afterwards, they do a treatment called thermos therapy. Apparently, cancer cannot survive above the temperature of 106 degrees. The treatment goes a little beyond that degree to beat back the cancer and then the renewed immune system wipes it out.

There have been good results from this treatment. So, God willing, we plan on setting up a base of operation in Scottsdale, AR. from there we will transport Jeremiah back and forth from Tijuana for this treatment.

Please keep Jeremiah and our plans in prayer. we make our plans, but God directs our steps. May we see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
