Open Letter to Civil Magistrates and Citizens of South Dakota
South Dakota has led the way in securing the liberty of its citizens during this politically charged pandemic. The governor and the legislators took a principled stand against the overreach of the federal government to safeguard freedom. They are to be commended for doing their duty in keeping with their oath of office.
South Dakota, more than most states these days, seems to have a greater commitment concerning the original intent of America’s founding documents. These treasured documents established a form of government known as federalism. True federalism understands that all levels and branches of government possess lawful authority.
An important aspect of federalism is that whenever one branch of government begins to play the tyrant, it is incumbent upon all other branches (whether federal, state, county, or local) to resist that branch – even if that branch is the Supreme Court itself.
Our nation has a rich heritage when it comes to the proper role of checks and balances to preserve our freedoms.
Wisconsin, for instance, understood its duty as a state when it came to the injustice and suffering associated with slavery. In 1859, the Wisconsin legislature and the Wisconsin Supreme Court defied the U.S. Supreme Court and interposed against the federal Fugitive Slave Act by declaring it “null, void, and of no authority” in the state of Wisconsin.
Wisconsin interposed – Wisconsin simply said no to an unjust law and immoral court opinion. During the dark days of slavery, Wisconsin courageously preserved freedom.
In our day, it has become painfully clear that the federal judiciary continues to play the tyrant. The U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) has consistently been the dispenser of unjust, immoral, and unconstitutional court opinions, including, preborn babies can be murdered and a man can “marry” a man.
Tragically, to our national dishonor, every governor, every state attorney general, every state legislature, and every sheriff has complied with these corrupt opinions. None of these lawful authorities provided the necessary check and balances to stop these egregious evils currently savaging our nation. They have adhered to the common song of the day, which is, “The Supreme Court has ruled – all we can do is obey.”
This mantra is a lie. This is not how our founders intended the states to respond to blatant evil perpetrated by the federal government. Rather, they expected interposition by the states. They expected other branches and levels of government to restrain tyranny. The song of their day was “Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.”
The idea that U. S. Supreme Court opinion is “the law of the land” is repugnant to our form of government. The idea that SCOTUS is the final arbiter of what is or what is not constitutional is absurd. The notion that all other branches of government must bow down to the court opinions of SCOTUS is preposterous. Our Founding Fathers would have considered Roe vs. Wade, Obergefell vs. Hodges and similar iniquitous decrees as legal fiction and pretend legislation. They would have never stood down and allowed this murderous rampage and perversion to become established in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Thomas Jefferson, the author of the Declaration of Independence, repudiated the idea that the Supreme Court was the “final arbiter” of what is or what is not constitutional. He stated, “The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal.”
Men will forbear and so we should for a season. There comes a point, however, when forbearance becomes sin. There comes a point where forbearance becomes cowardice in the face of evil. There comes a point when the lesser magistrates and citizens must realize they no longer have the convenience of acting indifferent towards the unjust and immoral actions of their government.
The Declaration of Independence states, “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and, accordingly, all experience has shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”
It is in this spirit; we encourage the state of South Dakota to make redemptive history. We beseech you to become the first state to secure the life, liberty, and property of both born and preborn. You have checked the Feds when it comes to your personal freedoms, now it is time to check them when it comes to the two most pressing issues as it pertains to our national survival, the defense of innocent life and preserving the God ordained institution of marriage between one man and one woman.
A little-known doctrine in our day that has been employed by men for thousands of years and has proven to peaceably rein in the lawless acts of government officials is the doctrine of the lesser magistrate. The doctrine simply stated is:
Whenever the higher-ranking civil authority makes unjust, immoral, or constitutionally repugnant laws, policies, or court opinions, the lower-ranking civil authority has both the God-given right and duty not to obey the superior authority, and if necessary, actively resist them.
South Dakota recently exercised this doctrine to deal with the symptoms of tyranny, it is now time to take the ax of God’s truth to the root of our bloody idolatries and end the injustice and suffering perpetrated against our own sons and daughters in the womb.
Our national sins and abominations have brought national calamity upon us. The time for religious and political games is over. Either we end these abominations, or these abominations will end America as we know it. The writing is on the wall. God forbid we fail to do our duty to abolish abortion and grant the preborn the same right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness that we, the born, enjoy.
May Christ rally the hearts of the citizens of South Dakota to establish righteousness and justice once again. May South Dakota make redemptive history. May this state lead the way to protect the preborn and preserve the God ordained institution of marriage in Jesus’ name!

With the death of Ruth Bader Ginsgurg, honestly, I’m shocked at the discernment level of confessing Christians. The “luv” gospel in America has ruined much of the church’s ability to think and judge things Biblically.
Her death reveals just how Biblically illiterate this nation and the pro-life movement have become. Jesus taught us that we would know things and people by the fruit they produce in this life. He stated this in reference to “false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves” (Matthew 7:15, 16).
This brings up a serious question. Is it sinful for Christians to rejoice over the death of the wicked, like Ruth Bader Ginsburg? In most theological positions, there is a divine tension that seeks to keep us on the straight and narrow to discover the true meaning of Scripture.
What does the Scriptures teach on this critical topic? On the one hand, we know that God does not rejoice over the death of the wicked.
Ezekiel 33:11 states, “Say to them: As I live, says the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live.”
Is that all that God’s word has to say on this matter? Hardly!
Proverbs declares, “Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; Lest the Lord see it, and it displease Him, and He turn away His wrath from him.”
It is interesting to note, the reason why God does not want the righteous to gloat over their enemies falling, is it may convince Him to remove His wrath from them.
Proverbs 11:10 teaches, “When it goes well with the righteous, the city rejoices; And when the wicked perish, there is jubilation.”
No indication here that God condemns His people for being jubilant at the death of the wicked. In fact, God’s word states it as an expectation and proper response from the righteous.
When the seer Jehu confronted righteous king Jehoshaphat, he warned,  “And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to King Jehoshaphat, “Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord? Therefore the wrath of the Lord is upon you” (2 Chronicles 19:2).
Remember in the book of Revelation, how God judged the Great Harlot “drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus?” How did God command His people to respond to His judgement upon this wicked city?
First, heaven, itself, exalted over the fall of spiritual Babylon, “After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” Again they said, “Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever” (Revelation 19:1-3)!
Another passage speaks to the martyred saints on earth, “Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her” (Revelation 18:20).
If we are blood-bought, born again Christians and do not think we are holier than God, more loving than God, more compassionate than God, more wiser than God, and more just than God, Scripture assures us, it is not sin to rejoice over the death of the wicked, especially, the wicked who dies drunk with the blood of innocent babies dripping from their blood stained hands. The judge is now being judged by the Supreme Judge of the universe.
It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). There are no second chances after one dies and no murderer has eternal life abiding in them (1 John 3:15)

Thank God not everyone in our government has been duped by the Covid 19 “PLANDEMIC.”
Attorney General William Barr said Wednesday evening “other than slavery, which was a different kind of restraint,” coronavirus lockdowns were the “greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history.”
Based upon this truth, OSA is heading to South Dakota, October 21st-24th. We need some good soldiers of Jesus Christ to come and help spread the Gospel of the Kingdom to abolish abortion in South Dakota.
One of the main reasons why we chose South Dakota for our Fall regional event is this state more than others exercised the doctrines of the lesser magistrate and interposition to protect the freedoms of its citizens. Governor Kristi Noem strengthened by the commitments of lesser magistrates in SD took a stand to say no to the Feds when it came to their overreach concerning the Covid 19 pandemic hoax.
She upheld the Constitutional rights of her citizens. No lockdowns and mandatory mask mandates as she challenged her constituents to be smart and accept personal responsibility. This hearkens back to one of the chief cornerstones of our nation, “Self-government is the key to liberty.”
Clearly, Gov. Noem adheres to the 10th Amendment, nullification, the doctrine of the lesser magistrate, and the doctrine of interposition in her heroic stance against federal tyranny. She did this to uphold her oath of office to safeguard the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of the citizens of South Dakota. She is to be highly commended for her principled stand.
We are going to appeal to her, the church, and the magistrates of South Dakota to take the next important step in the application of these precious doctrines this state has stood upon to check tyranny and preserve freedom.
We will beseech this state to take the next critical step, cross the line of obedience to God, and make redemptive history in our nation. The same doctrines this state just exercised needs to be implemented when it comes to the two most important issues for our national survival, the defense of the preborn and preserving their right to life, liberty, and property and preserving the God ordained institution of marriage and family.
As I write, emails to all the churches and magistrates are being gathered to send out church and magistrate packets throughout South Dakota to help prepare the way of the Lord.
Mark your calendars, and plan on joining us as we seek to liberate America from blood-guiltiness one state at a time. Hope to see you there in Jesus’ name!

Hot off the press. If you find any merit, please pass it on in your sphere of influence. Thanks!

Climate Change and the Judgement of God

“…the rebellious dwell in a dry land” (Psalms 68:6b).

Dry lands are prone to become kindling wood for massive fires. God’s Word traces the source of this dryness to the rebellious inhabitants of the land. This Biblical concept will lay the foundation to construct the rest of this article.

One cannot escape the reports raging each day as fires scorch the Western part of our beleaguered nation. Headlines read, “Wildfires scorch western United States: ‘It is apocalyptic.’” Nancy Pelosi weighing in on this tragedy announced, “Mother Earth is angry,” the San Francisco Democrat said during an appearance Thursday on MSNBC. “She’s telling us — whether she’s telling us with hurricanes on the Gulf Coast, fires in the West, whatever it is … that the climate crisis is real and has an impact.”

Though Pelosi claims to be a Catholic, her voting record, political ideology, and worldview does not reflect her professed religion. Mother Earth is angry? Climate crisis is real and has impact? Is Pelosi’s’ notion of Mother Earth Biblical?

According to gotquestions.org:

The earliest written and most reliably dated references to Mother Nature are found in Mycenaean Greek transcripts dated in 12 or 13 BC. The term Mother Earth is transliterated as “ma-ga” or “Mother Gaia.” This notion had its roots in the pre-Socratic philosophers who had “invented” Nature, and it was further championed by the Greek philosopher Aristotle. Other cultures have embraced the notion that “nature” had its own spirit and relevancy unique from God the Father. The American Indian is one such culture that believes that there is something called an “Earth Mother” that provides the water of life that gives them the abundant provision of food. In reality, no one but God provides our basic needs of food, shelter, water, and life.

The term Mother Nature is sometimes used in a general way to refer to the environment as a whole. The term is sometimes used in association with political and cultural ideologies such as global warming, environmentalism, and climate change. For some, news reports of rising temperatures, rising sea levels, savage wildfires, earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, the emergence of new and even ancient diseases, and the like demonstrate that “Mother Nature” is a kind of capricious goddess who wreaks havoc throughout the earth.

It is God who controls the forces of nature: “But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding. When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses” (Jeremiah 10:12–13). Jesus demonstrated His divine power over nature by calming the raging sea (Matthew 8:26). It is also true that there are natural laws at work in our environment; these are systems God instituted (Genesis 8:22). God created our world; human sin damaged it (Romans 8:19–22). Yet God still holds our world together (Colossians 1:16–17). There is no capricious goddess at play.

Another bizarre idea is that Mother Nature is somehow the wife/consort of God and she rules in heaven alongside Him. This idea of a “mother and father god” is seen in some Roman Catholic traditions that declare Mary to be the “queen of heaven.” The Bible, however, declares that God, in the triune Godhead, rules heaven and earth alone and unaided (Daniel 4:25). Nature is His creation and He alone sustains and protects it and, in doing so, He testifies to His goodness and kindness toward it. “He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy” (Acts 14:17).

Clearly, Pelosi and her ilk that look to appease angry Mother Earth are held captive to a pagan view. Appallingly, they promote it with every disaster that strikes our blood stained and perverted land. What does the pernicious goddess they worship desire from us hapless humans, besides the blood of massacred babies by abortion, the perversion of sodomy, gender confusion, and the breakdown of the God ordained institution of marriage?

Politically, it is the establishment of Marxism. We must remember the mantra that fuels much of the Democratic party. They refuse to let a crisis go to waste when it comes to establishing Marxism in the land of the free and the home of the brave. In fact, Pelosi reiterated this refrain recently concerning the Covid 19 hoax, “Covid pandemic is ‘an opportunity. Every crisis is.’”

There is another other major problem our nation deals with as it grapples with angry skies, natural disasters, and the increase of plagues. It reveals the main root of our woes. America no longer believes that we are “One Nation under God.” In God We Trust inscribed on our currency is in name only. Some may still draw nigh to God with our lips, but most hearts are far from Him (Matthew 15:8).

America officially abandoned the notion that God is the Supreme Sovereign that individuals and nations will give an account on that Great Day. SCOTUS rendered the eviction notice through several iniquitous decrees. We have gone from a God-fearing nation to a godless nation. The bitter fruit of that spiritual treachery is evident to those who have eyes that see (Matthew 13:15).

As Americans go further into apostasy and idolatry, we are left with two failed options that have led to the ruination of countries. The state, or the individual becomes the supreme sovereigns. Historically, government as god, statism, has led to tyranny and the massacre of citizens the statists claimed to serve. The other option, the individual, as the absolute sovereign has led to chaos, confusion, and anarchy.

Only One Nation under God provides the much-needed tension between authority and liberty. Our Founding Fathers sought to establish a just and orderly society on one hand with maximum individual freedom on the other hand.

Robert Winthrop understood this historical legacy. Winthrop was an American philanthropist and statesmen in the 1800s. He served as a congressman of Massachusetts and as a one-time speaker of the United States House of Representatives. In a speech to the Massachusetts Bible Society, Winthrop said:

All societies of men must be governed in some way or other. Men, in a word, must necessarily be controlled either by a power within them, or by a power without them; either by the Word of God, or by the strong arm of man; either by the Bible or by the bayonet. It may do for other countries and other governments to talk about the State supporting religion. Here, under our own free institutions, it is Religion which must support the State.

Due to America’s rebellion against God and our own founding as a people, we have been reduced to absurdity. Great delusions have established deceitful deceptions amongst the masses. The inmates are running the asylum. Instead of humbling ourselves and returning to the God of our Fathers, we look to more government programs, more education, more bail outs, junk science, and political ideologies that have betrayed us and is leading to our demise.

Jeremiah, the prophet, pinpoints this disturbing reality, “For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, and hewn themselves cisterns—broken cisterns that can hold no water” (Jeremiah 2:13).

America has followed in Israel’s footsteps by hardening our hearts, stiffening our necks, and going a whoring after other gods. We abandoned the Lord who blessed us, and severe consequences have come upon us as a result. Do we consider our ways and repent? No, thus our cures to what ails us has become worse than our disease. We double down on stupidity, rebellion, idolatry, and spiritual harlotry.

We blindly ignore the warning from Psalms 9:17, “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” Is it a mere coincidence that hell is associated with the element of fire? I think not. It is directly connected. The rebellious shall dwell in a dry land.

God warned Israel as they were coming into the Promised Land, “Do not defile yourselves with any of these things; for by all these the nations are defiled, which I am casting out before you. For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants” (Leviticus 18:24, 25).

What were the pagan nations doing that caused “nature” to rebel against them and vomit them out? They were practicing all kinds of sexual immorality that led to child sacrifice and the shedding of innocent blood. God warned Israel of this wretched condition and cautioned them as well. If they ended up doing what these pagans nations did, they would suffer a similar fate (Leviticus 18:28). Has not America shed innocent blood by sacrificing our sons and daughters on the altar of convenience? Have we not paraded our sin like Sodom? Have we not gloried in our shame? Is it therefore shocking that we see the warnings of the past come to pass in our day?

America has become ignorant or willfully ignorant to certain Biblical realities. There is a true and living God and apart from Him, there is no other (Deuteronomy 4:35, 39). The Lord has the power to change the landscape of the earth. It is not based upon global warming, an ice age, climate crisis or human consumption of modern energy. It is based upon the immoral consumption of the inhabitants of the land.

The God of the Bible turns dead men into living men (Ephesians 2:1). He turns watered gardens into desolations (Psalms 107:4). He turns our mourning into dancing (Psalms 30:11). He calls us at times to turn our laughter to mourning and our joy to grief (James 4:9). He turns seas into highways (Exodus 14:29). He turns dry bones into living armies (Ezekiel 37:1-14). He turns our glory into shame (Hosea 4:7). He turns our ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3).

He sets up kingdoms and knocks them down as He rules and reigns in the affairs of man (Daniel 4:17). He possesses and dispossess nations based upon His holy commandments that are either broken or upheld amongst men and nations (Deuteronomy 28).

As stated prior, when our Lord walked the earth He created, He demonstrated His divine power by calming the raging seas. As the seas raged yesterday and as Americans are being dispossessed today by natural disasters, both the Apostles of old and our citizens are fearful and rightly so.

The only difference between “nature” continuing to vomit us out or the seas to calm is based upon our response to God in this desperate hour. Will America continue to try and appease Mother Earth by establishing Marxism in our defiled land or will we like the Apostles cry out, “Lord, save us! We are perishing” (Matthew 8:25)!

Choose wisely America, your future and hope hangs in the balance!

1) God has provided a peg in the Temple in South Dakota. He has raised up a host pastor to welcome, bless, and work with OSA. He is working on securing a location for OSA to meet in Sioux Falls and a meeting with the Governor. If he cannot find a meeting place, he has volunteered his church to host us. It is a rural church forty minutes away from Sioux Falls. By next week, we will know for sure and pass on the info ASAP.

2) There is a meeting soon that has the potential to bless and expand the movement to abolish abortion in our bloodstained and defiled land. It is not for public consumption yet, but please be praying. If God deems fit to secure these relationships, it will dramatically increase our impact to advance the Kingdom of God to vanquish this evil savaging our nation.

3) Kendra is just about done writing the rough draft of Jeremiah Strong. Tears flowed freely as she read me her writings. We are going to work on editing together and then submit it to a professional editor before submitting the book to an established publishing company.

Just as Jeremiah’s life and death touched and changed many lives for the Kingdom throughout the world, this book and potential feature film will continue the Holy Spirit’s anointing to break the yoke upon the souls of men. Your prayers are welcomed and needed. THANKS!!!

Update on Church Arise: Operation Abolish Abortion South Dakota

We plan on sending this Open Letter to Civil Magistrates and Citizens of South Dakota to each magistrate in South Dakota and publish it as a paid ad on our opening rally, Wednesday, October 21st, in the main newspaper in Pierre, SD. This is the capital city. The cost is $1,600.00.

If you care to help underwrite this ad, please donate at our website at https://store.operationsaveamerica.org/donate.asp. We deeply appreciate the support. BTW, feel free to use this as a model to send to your magistrates in your states.

Apologia Church and End Abortion Now just dropped this interview that took place this past February at the Abolish Abortion Now conference in Oklahoma.
It covers a lot of territory. It highlights being being birthed into the battle, rescue, abolition, the failures of the pro-life movement, and the call to city, county, and states to Ignore Roe, Establish Justice, and Abolish All Abortion Now.
If you find any merit, please pass it on in your sphere of influence. Thanks!

The Rescuers

Yesterday, courageous saints in the Lord interposed and did a rescue at the gates of hell in Sterling, MI.

The team was led by Mission Man, Cal Zastrow, who did a wonderful and effective job. There were other usual suspects that participated as well, Chet Gallagher, Eva Edl, and Cal’s daughter, Eva.

As far as we know, there were three or more saves, plus many turn aways. We pray these deceived parents will not return to do the unspeakable to their own children.

Worship at the Gates of Hell

The rescuers were arrested, booked, and then released. While a short time in jail, they took the opportunity to evangelize and got to pray with other inmates. We do not know what they may F.A.C.E. in the future, so prayers are needed and necessary for these brave defenders of life.

Next step is the fulfillment of Scripture, “You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you” (Matthew 10:18-20).

May the Lord prosper His cause and may the truth be revealed. It is our government that is the law breaker and those who seek to save innocent life, they are the law keepers.

In the days of lawlessness, those who keep the law become the outlaws!

The vision and mission of Church Arise: Operation Abolish Abortion South Dakota. Please spread far and wide. Thanks!

Church Arise: Operation Abolish Abortion South Dakota
There will be a day set apart for fasting and prayer on Monday, October 19th, 2020.
Starting on Wednesday, October 21st at 8 am, we will have a day of prayer leading up to our opening rally that evening. The prayer effort will start at 8 AM and conclude at 4 PM. Pastor Ante will be leading this prayer effort. Contact him at revival4today@hotmail.com to help prepare the way of the Lord through intercession.
There will be three rally nights scheduled. They will start on Wednesday, October 21, at 6:30 pm and conclude Friday, October 23rd. The goal is to bring the full abolition vision, mission, and message to South Dakota as the only Biblically consistent response to the American holocaust.
There will be street activities scheduled for Thursday to Saturday mornings. There will be different teams and venues assignments given each day.
We will also be working on the mission to the magistrates.
Please keep this in much prayer and plan on attending. Also, if you have any contacts in the area that can help secure a host church or are willing to help in some capacity in spreading the vision and mission, please let us know ASAP. Thanks!
Hope to see you there -Rusty
