TIME FOR JUSTICE

For the last couple of years we have been working feverishly to implement the doctrines of Interposition and the Lesser Magistrate. God has answered our prayers and raised up a champion for His cause to end the American holocaust one state at a time.

The state is Oklahoma. The godly statesman championing the cause of abolition, state sovereignty, audit state government agencies, and return to a proper role of government is Dan Fisher.

It is imperative that we have all hands on deck and boots on the ground to help this dear brother lead justice to victory. This will be OSA’s spring regional event. We will join with other like-minded believers with like precious faith to Ignore Roe, Establish Justice, and Abolish Abortion Now in the state of Oklahoma. Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

Kentucky Representative Dan Johnson has Passed Away

A couple of days ago, I awoke to Proverbs 3:5, 6 going over and over in my mind. I told my wife that usually means we need to brace ourselves for something significant that is going to happen that will demand we trust God in a greater capacity. It was the morning of the recent election debacle of the Alabama senate race.
That loss was obvious and it did hurt. I was deeply saddened for our nation. It appears that God is not done judging our nation. Isaiah 3 warns men and nations of God’s judgment when our sayings and doings are against Him. The honorable man is set aside as God turns us over to weak, inept, wicked rulers. All of us must make a resolute commitment in the midst of these trying times that “As for me and my house, we will still serve the Lord!”
Right after that, I received a phone call from Pastor Joseph Spurgeon, our OSA leader in Kentucky. He called to let me know that Dan Johnson who we worked with in KY to introduce a bill of abolition wrote a Facebook post that seemed to indicate he was contemplating suicide. Joseph tried to call and I tried to text him to reach out to him, but it was too late. He took his own life.
The loss of the senate race and the loss of this man’s life is related. They both were hounded by the media and both had a long list of accusations against them. I believed Roy Moore was innocent and still do. As far as Dan Johnson is concerned, I did not know him as well. So, I don’t know what may be true or false, distorted or frabicated. Bottom line, he could not handle it and he took his own life.
I’ve experienced a lot of heartache and brokenness in this battle. This was a devastating blow on many different levels. My heart is broken and I grieve for his family.
This battle is not a game. There are real casualties. It is therefore prudent we take more serious the warning of the Apostle Peter. He declared, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8)
In light of this tragedy, I adjure you to cling to the Lord, love one another, bear one another’s burdens, and cover each other’s backs in this battle. Please also pray for Pastor Joseph. He is going to represent OSA to this family. We must stand ready to help this family as their world has just been shattered by the loss of their husband, father, and pastor.

Commentary on Roy Moore for Senate

I am 57 years old. And in all my days, I have never witnessed such a vicious political attack upon a man as was unleashed against Republican-nominee for U. S. Senate Roy Moore. The only thing that ever came close was how Pat Buchanan was ganged up on back in 1996 during his presidential bid.

Like with Buchanan, Moore was attacked from all sides – by both the left and the right; by both the Republican Establishment and the Democrats; by both the liberal talking-heads and the conservative talking-heads.

Yes, Trump was attacked from all sides during his bid for president also, but compared to the ruthless assault on Moore, it was a squall; the attack on Moore was a tsunami.

That Moore has stood resolute during it all speaks volumes about his character.

THE MOTIVE FOR THE ATTACK

The motive behind the attack is found in Mitch McConnell.

Most do not realize McConnell is fighting for his political life – and Moore is at the center of it. McConnell sent 10 million dollars into Alabama to try and defeat Moore in the September 26th primary. But Moore won.

Countless news stories were published prior to the primary and subsequent to it declaring McConnell’s political doom if Moore wins this senate seat. This is why McConnell was in front of national tv cameras just 30 minutes after the Washington Post smear against Moore was published putting the thought into the minds of Americans that Moore should resign from the campaign. Five days later, he was demanding Moore quit the race outright.

McConnell has micro-managed this smear against Moore; the tyrant has been forced to come out of his lair; and show his fangs.  I learned long ago the Republican blue bloods would always rather have a Democrat in office than a true Christian man. They fear a man like Moore because he can’t be bought.

Understand, this is a war between Steve Bannon and Mitch McConnell. Bannon won many to his cause when he announced he was leaving the Trump administration to devote himself to the specific task of taking down the Republican Establishment. A worthy and needed goal.

McConnell’s Senate establishment cronies are now dropping like flies – Flake, Corker, Gutierrez – have all announced they are not going to seek re-election.

FOX NEWS has also been busy doing McConnell’s bidding by attacking Moore.

FOX’s FICTION

On November 21st, 2017, Gregg Jarrett, legal analyst for FOX NEWS, issued an editorial piece to further assault Moore. It had an entire section subtitled Moore’s History of Lawlessness.

Jarrett states in the section, “It is not within the legal province of state court judges to render the final word on the U.S. Constitution. Under the Supremacy Clause, such matters are decided by the federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.”

And this is a lie.

The Supremacy Clause is Article 6, paragraph 2 of the Constitution. And when one looks there, they notice that the Supreme Court is not mentioned there. They notice that federal courts are notmentioned there. What has the “supremacy” there is the Constitution itself.

Jarrett gets this idea that the SCOTUS is the final arbiter of what is or isn’t constitutional from the SCOTUS itself. The Supreme Court has, through its court opinions over the years, written itself powers that are completely foreign to the Constitution and would have been repugnant to America’s founders.

Jarrett is espousing what is known as ‘judicial supremacy” – and judicial supremacy is a fiction.

Thomas Jefferson warned of this 200 years ago. He wrote in a letter in 1820 to an early judicial supremacist: “You seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.” He went on to write: “The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots.”

All government officials from a policeman to the president take an oath to uphold the Constitution – including state judges. They do not take an oath of subservience to the federal government; they do not take an oath to uphold unjust/immoral, constitutionally repugnant court opinions by the Supreme Court.

Jarrett goes on with his fiction against Moore by stating, “In the seminal case of Ableman v. Booth (62 U.S. 506), the Supreme Court held that state court judges can never issue rulings that contradict the decisions of federal courts.” Again, the Supreme Court has ruled this – but it is not found anywhere in the Constitution.

Jarrett fails to understand that a tyrant always tries to accrue all power to himself. And that includes an oligarchy like the Supreme Court. An oligarchy that has been busy trampling representative government in America for decades now.

We now have social transformation without representation.

The federal judiciary is the tyrant here in America. The federal courts are the dispensers of injustice and immorality – and the other branches of government must defy them. They are duty-bound by the Constitution to check them.

The “lawlessness” Jarrett accuses Moore of is for “his refusal to abide by a United States Supreme Court decision” which Jarrett later refers to as “federal law.” The Supreme Court decision he refers to had to do with homosexual marriage.

And this is another fiction espoused by Jarrett – that whenever the Supreme Court issues an opinion – “it is the law of the land.” After the decision by the SCOTUS, 72 prominent legal scholars issued a statement agreeing with Moore that the Obergefell decision was “not the law of the land” and calling upon all federal and state officials to oppose the Court’s opinion.

The one displaying “lawlessness” in this matter was the Supreme Court – Moore was trying to restore order.

Jarrett then maligns Moore’s character by stating Moore “has shown nothing but contempt for the rule of law…”

Here’s a news flash for Gregg Jarrett – the rule of law is not whatever the SCOTUS says it is.

Jarrett employs here a common tactic of the statist. Government officials make egregious immoral or unjust law, policy, or court opinion; a public official like Moore interposes against the evil; and the statists castigate the interposing official as “lawless” because “We must uphold the rule of law!”

But what if an unjust or immoral court opinion has been made? Are we to respect it just because the judiciary declares it to be part of the rule of law? To do so is to stand the rule of law on its head.

After his long list of easily refuted lies, Jarrett concludes his hit piece against Moore by stating, “On this basis alone, Roy Moore is not fit to serve in the United States Senate. The appalling accusations of sexual assault and harassment only reinforce that conclusion.”

And that is the crux of Jarrett’s article. Unable to refute Moore’s position and arguments, Jarrett finds it convenient to join with nefarious men and women and attack the messenger rather than the message. Another common leftist tactic.

Sex as a Political Weapon

Our nation gave God His official eviction notice decades ago. Our public policy was clear. God get out of our government, vacate our schools and leave our children alone. With that rebellion against the majesty of heaven, who in times past was our benevolent benefactor, the floodgates of immorality opened its mouth to devour.

America foolishly removed the ancient landmarks and moral boundaries to protect our society from the serious consequences of violating God’s moral commandments that regulate the sexual practices of His creatures.

Sex was God’s idea. He made it practical for reproduction and He made it enjoyable to bless his fallen creatures. Sex is like nitroglycerin. Done God’s way, it brings healing. People with heart problems take nitro to heal their hearts. The same nitro, however, mishandled can blow us up. This is an apt picture of what has savaged our nation for years.

Fornication, adultery, homosexuality, and others deviant practices have led the way to child sacrifice and the shedding of innocent blood. These abominable practices have led to massive ruination to men and nations that allowed them to run rampant.

Ironically, those who have championed the sexual revolution now use the sexual immorality that they have promoted as a political weapon to take on and take out their enemies. Tragically, many who name the name of Christ are clueless when it come to the spiritual warfare we are engaged in and inadvertently have the moral sensibilities manipulated to join with the enemies of the cross as they further their Rules for Radicals defiling our nation.

It is time to open our eyes, our hearts, our understanding and open God’s Word to do as the Scriptures demand, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled” (2 Corinthians 10:3-6).

Open Letter to Alabama

“You Are Being Played”
Dear Alabama Christians,
In my 50 years of following national political races I don’t know if I’ve ever seen one as strange as the current U.S. Senate race in your state.
First, we had the national Republican Party in the September Senate run-off working against the state’s more popular candidate Judge Roy Moore in favor of their establishment candidate, and former D.C. lobbyist, Luther Strange. The D.C. Republicans flooded Strange with money only to see him lose by a significant 9-point margin.
Then, in the general election, this very same GOP-Washington establishment continues to undermine Moore in favor of electing a Senator from the Democratic Party. We might have to go all the way back to Goldwater to find anything that resembles these unusual political circumstances.
In their attempt to destroy their own candidate, the Republican hierarchy has colluded with their media nemesis, the Washington Post, to promote a smear campaign against Judge Roy Moore.
GOP – WASHINGTON POST COLLUSION
On November 9th, 2017, the Washington Post broke the story of four women with their allegedaccounts of their 38-year-old dating experience with Roy Moore. As soon as the story broke, the usual cast of “Swamp” creatures surfaced with feigned outrage demanding that Moore step down from the race. McConnell, McCain, Flake, and Romney issued their immediate demand without any examination of facts. Their instant condemnation of Moore gave evidence of their orchestration. Within days, other GOP establishment elites including Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, chimed in to condemn Moore.
The Washington Post describes the accusers claims of dates they went on with Moore when they were in their late teens. The more serious charge of the four was given by Leigh Corfman who alleged that, when she was 14, Moore sexually assaulted her.
Corfman would have been the key witness in bringing down Moore, but within days, substantial credibility issues of this witness were uncovered when it was found out that Corfman had been married three times, filed bankruptcy three times, and had accused three pastors of sexual misconduct. The last of these points completely discredited her testimony, but the national press and the GOP establishment continue to repeat the allegations as though they were true.
The Post story further crumbled when one of the accusers, Debbie Gibson, turned out to be a Democrat operative, having worked for Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and at the time was campaigning for Doug Jones.
So when the initial round of accusers lacked the hoped-for effect, the establishment rolled out one Beverly Young Nelson on November 13, accompanied by none other than the infamous feminist, Gloria Allred, all set for a prime time New York City press conference. Should we expect anyone less than Ms. Allred for such an event?
Ms. Nelson produced a tearful scene of Moore taking her in his car when she was 16 years old behind a restaurant and sexually assaulting her. It was compelling theater complete with a yearbook signature, tears, tissues, and comforting hugs from Ms. Allred. So convincing was the display that at the time it moved some conservatives away from Moore.
But like Ms. Corfman, upon closer examination of the evidence, Ms. Nelson’s accounts also started crumbling. Within hours, photos of the yearbook were examined and found to be a forgery. Ms. Nelson’s step-son went public, declaring his step-mother’s allegations to be “one hundred percent lies” and on the following day, evidence surfaced revealing that Judge Moore had presided over Mrs. Nelson’s 1999 divorce without her objection. A second Moore accuser totally discredited!
By this time the citizens of Alabama were starting to awaken to the lies and smear campaign against Judge Moore.
SAUL ALINSKY TACTICS
The tactics used against Judge Moore are right out of the Marxist, Saul Alinsky’s playbook in his Rules for Radicals.
“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”
“If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside.”
“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”
“Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)”
The opposition to Judge Roy Moore used a classic Alinsky approach of destroying the man, not his ideas. They know they cannot win the election debate over issues that affect the people of Alabama so they sought to destroy the person.
THE FALSE WITNESS BUSINESS MODEL
Always throughout human history, a deep pool of false witnesses has been available anytime and at any price, and 2017 Alabama is not an exception.
Usually, in the more public high-profile cases where corrupt men procure their liars, they do a more thorough job of vetting their false witnesses. Ms. Corfman and Ms. Nelson’s credibility was destroyed so quickly that we can conclude that their organizers have been very sloppy in their recruitment and orchestration.
Alabama Christians, do you think that the four women who came out at the same time on November 9 to give their story to the Washington Post did this spontaneously after 38 years had elapsed? Do you think Ms. Nelson also, after 38 plus years, had a sudden inspiration to call Gloria Allred to help ease her pain?
No and no. All of this has been orchestrated by political agents looking to destroy a good man. Can you imagine the expense, time, and research these men must have gone through to coordinate these attacks on Judge Moore? We also know from our own biblical history, false witnesses do not come without a cost.
Let me also ask you your thoughts on the Washington Post. Do you think that this deep-state paper which has continually labored to keep the pedophilia and assorted sexual perversions of their political associates under wraps, now on November 9, suddenly became concerned with the welfare of women in Alabama dating from 1977? Has the Washington Post suddenly seen the light about the moral condition of the country and its politicians?
No, not at all. BUT THEY KNOW YOU DO. They know that the Christian people of Alabama demand character in their political leaders while across the political aisle; issues of character are mostly irrelevant.
Thus, we have the real purpose of the Washington Post article: to orchestrate a smear campaign against Moore in order to suppress the Christian vote in the Alabama Senate race.
These people know the mind of the average Christian and their desire for godly character and public morality. If they can take the experience of dating younger women and turn it into the perception of an under-age sexual assault, then they would have driven a permanent wedge between Christian voters and their Christian candidate.
My call to the Christian community in Alabama is to stop being naïve. Seek to know how the world works. YOU ARE BEING PLAYED. Being played is defined as:
“Lied to, set up to be taken advantage of. To be cheated by a set up of actions or circumstances that have been deliberately planned.”
Do you think that instead of being emotionally manipulated by false reports it would be prudent to reserve judgment until the facts are discerned? Do you think the proverb applies to the circumstances regarding Judge Moore?
“The first one to present his case seems right, until another comes forward and questions him.” Proverbs 18:17
BEARING FALSE WITNESS 38 YEARS LATER
In times past, bearing false witness (or more commonly known today as ‘slander’) came with severe penalties. In the case laws of the Bible, slander came with a greater civil penalty than many sexual sins and thievery. One can always restore a stolen bike or a car but how can a good name be restored after it is dragged through the mud with lies and deceit?
As a Christian, should not your outrage and anger be directed at these false witnesses and those who have orchestrated such lies?
For these women to bring up accusations based on an alleged incident 38 years ago is on its face, absurd. This is why in the Christian West we have “Statutes of Limitation” written into our legal system.
Sir William Blackstone, the most respected jurist who greatly impacted early American jurisprudence, wrote in his Commentaries on the Laws of England:
“The use of these statutes of limitation is to preserve the peace of the kingdom and to prevent those innumerable perjuries which might ensue if a man were allowed to bring an action for an injury committed at any distance of time.”
If the ruling establishment is successful in Judge Moore’s election defeat, then what Christian man in Alabama or the nation would not be susceptible to the same defamation when allegations, by themselves, become the new standard for guilt?
CONCLUSION
Conservatives across the country have written much about the out of state influences in your Senate race. There is an ever-growing number of Alabamians who realize that their Senate election is being manipulated by political operatives in Washington, D.C. They do not view this kindly.
The tide has taken a turn in the second week after the Post story broke. Many national
commentators including President Trump are now taking a more reserved position, declaring: “Let the people of Alabama decide their own election.”
Christian, naiveté is not a virtue. Be aware of the deceptions of this world and the devices of how corrupt men manipulate both mind and emotion for their political purposes. Use your common sense and biblical wisdom to understand the recent events in your state.
Your Senate race has garnered national attention because it is one of the most important ones in decades, important because it will help determine the leadership and future direction of the Republican Party and to the eventual restoration of the American republic.
This election goes beyond a battle between two opposite political views and candidates of Moore vs. Jones. It is also a battle against two forces with two different visions for the future of the GOP. The players are McConnell and Ryan on one side, representing the older establishment, globalist, Bush wing of the Republican Party vs. Steve Bannon and President Trump, who embody the America-First, anti-globalist, economic nationalism movement.
NOT voting for Judge Moore on December 12, is a vote for partial-birth abortion, same-sex marriage, globalism, open borders and a liberal Supreme Court.
Finally, remember the account in Genesis 39 when Joseph was falsely accused of a sexual assault by Potiphar’s wife. Joseph spent two years in an Egyptian prison before he was vindicated. We don’t have two years to wait. Judge Roy Moore needs to be vindicated by the people of Alabama on December 12.

Statement of Support for Roy Moore
God willing this will be my statement in Birmingham:
I’d like first to address the Chief. Those who are gathered here are not your fair weather friends or sunshine patriots. We are brothers and sisters in Christ who love and care deeply for you and your precious family. We want you to know that you still have many friends across this nation that refuse to jump on the political bandwagon to distance themselves from you or throw you under the bus during your time of severe trial.
Secondly, those who made these accusations know the statute of limitation has long passed and the accused will have no chance to face his accusers in a court of law to prove innocence or guilt. These accusations are for one reason only and that is to try Roy Moore in the court of public opinion in the hopes of derailing his campaign for senate in the state of Alabama.
The timing is incredibly suspicious and the usual suspects that have helped to beat the drum in the media are clearly promoting a political witch hunt. They do not want Roy Moore in Washington DC. They know that he will work to break up their good ole boy network of swamp dwellers that have had a stranglehold on our beleaguered nation for years.
Thirdly, Roy Moore is one of the most scrutinized public figures in America today. He has gone up against the Southern Poverty Law Center, the ACLU, the Democratic establishment and now, he is up against the Republican establishment. They have spent millions of dollars to dig up dirt to defeat this man throughout his career. And now that he is on the verge of winning the senate seat, they parade all these “Johnny-come-lately” accusers to orchestrate a smear campaign to besmirch him. I’m not buying what these scandal mongers are selling and would encourage you to do the same.
Lastly, I would like to address the citizens of Alabama. This is your state and Roy Moore is your native son. Do not let Washington DC, California, and New York dictate to you their preferred outcome in this race. You know Roy Moore. You know his family, his character, his principles, his heritage, and his commitment to God and the importance of righteousness to secure a future and a hope for our nation. Do not flinch or hesitate on December 12th. Send the strongest possible message to the powers that be, Alabama will not bow nor kiss the ring of political hacks who have sold their souls to the devil to maintain their political power. And as you pull the lever to vote for Roy Moore, please remember your theme song, Sweet Home Alabama, “Southern man don’t need you around anyhow.”

The Gentle Revolution Marches On

The pursuit of liberating America from blood guiltiness one state at a time marches on. Thanks to all who came to sow the vision and mission in Indiana for our regional event, “Leaders A time Like This Demands!” Good Kingdom fruit has been produced.
Two of the local pastors that hosted us called me to let me know the outcome of our labors. They held a meeting in their church after we left and the church voted unanimously to take on and fulfill a three fold mission. They have committed to prophetic ministries with the short term strategy of storming the gates of hell at their local death camp in Indianapolis. They will also work to rally other pastors and churches in their area to do the same.
They have committed to mercy ministries. They will use their church resources to help any woman who changes her mind to save the life of her child. Lastly, they are fully committed to the long term goal of fulfilling the mission to the magistrates in their state. They will work to raise up godly lobbyists to instruct civil magistrates on their duty to ignore Roe, establish justice, and abolish all abortion in the Hoosier state.
Hoosiers for Life have submitted another bill called Protection at Conception Act that will be introduced next session. Aletheia Church, our host church, will work to raise up the support this bill needs to help make Indiana completely abortion free. Obviously, this is a huge burden to carry and OSA is committed to help support this great work. We will follow up with whatever materials, resources, and man power necessary to help the locals in Indiana be delivered from this evil.
Pastor Derin Stidd, who wants to partner with OSA in the future, stated:
When Rusty Thomas and OSA came to Indiana this last week I honestly did not know what to expect from the people they were bringing. Can I just say, I was blown away? Many of these people have been in this battle longer than I have been alive. They were battle hardened brothers and sisters. But they were also some of the most grace filled, humble, and compassionate people I have ever met. They demonstrated to me repeatedly that you don’t have to choose between being prophetic and being humble.
And another thing stuck out to me. In the midst of all that is happening Rusty did not say one single unkind thing about any other person or organization. Opportunity to do so was abundant, and it did not happen. They came, worked hard at what they are good at, they blessed us tremendously, and they taught us so much!

I want to take a minute to say THANK YOU! To Rusty Thomas, Kendra Thomas, Chet Gallagher, Matt Trewhella, and so many other amazing people from Operation Rescue/Operation Save America who came to Indiana to partner along side us in the battle to protect pre born babies.
You guys sowed so much into us. Thank you for the out pouring of love, and service that you brought to Indiana with you!
Pastor Rusty I want to especially thank you for pouring so much into me. Not just in the area of abolition, but as Christian, as a father, and as a pastor. Spending a weekend with you was like getting a seminary degree in all of the things that they can’t teach you in seminary. I love you brother, as well as your family and your ministry!

One other major blessing that came out of our regional event was captured on this video. What started as a hostile encounter ended with the salvation of a precious soul haunted by the guilt of abortion. Enjoy!
